    Amber is amazing!
This podcast is a must listen! I connected with Amber through my podcast, Law of Attraction Tribe, and she was a wealth of knowledge around women’s hormones, health and wellness. This is a topic where I’ve found very little help from traditional doctors and was at a loss. I’m so glad Amber is informing women and helping us to be our own health advocates.

Amber is a wealth of knowledge!
This podcast is FULL of honest, real and life changing information. The best part is that Amber has a way of being so gentle in her delivery never making you feel judged or shamed. She approaches this work with grace and love and you can feel it. Working one on one with her has been one of the best gifts I’ve given myself so far and I’m only a couple months in! Having someone guide you and support on your healing journey is a game changer and I feel like I’m finally moving in the right direction!

    Amber’s awesome podcasts
Amber discusses topics that other podcasts don’t such as digestion issues from binge eating / emotional eating. Most important, she talks about getting to the root of why you are doing it in the first place. If you don’t get to the “why” no self help books, diets or supplements will work. I have been doing 1:1 coaching with Amber since February and she has made such a difference in my perception of how I see myself. It’s not a quick fix as I’m uncovering areas of my life I didn’t realize were impacted by my eating disorder. I am slowly kicking self loathing to the curb. It’s uncomfortable but liberating at the same time. I am worth the investment to have the life I want. One step at a time. After 40+ years I finally had enough of thinking I can “handle it”.

Truly believe every woman and human would greatly benefit from Ambers expertise ❤️‍🩹
Though virtual I feel fully immersed in Amber’s hormone Harmony program even with my learning curve, the fact that she goes over the helpful education in more than one way so you truly learn and soak it in is much appreciated. I love that I can ask as many questions as I like and have what feels like full access to coaching - she’s patient and loving the entire time which is exactly what I need in these intimidating and trying stages of really delving into everything mindset and self care - it’s not easy to fully love yourself know yourself and improve on the daily 🥰 we all need a coach and Amber offers not only digestive and eating habits help but a plethora of knowledge in regards to all things mind, body, emotion spirit 🧘🏽‍♀️

A different & brilliant approach to mind-body healing
I frequently listen to a variety of podcasts and Amber’s is quickly becoming one of my favorites because of how clear she is with her message/teachings and more importantly how unique and effective her approach is to healing. I first heard Amber on the Blonde Files podcast with Arielle and was immediately taken by how profound yet clear method of addressing your relationship with your mind/body. After listening to that episode I started shifting my mindset with her suggested approaches and WOW!! I’m now going back and listening to every episode and I continue to see progress with my relationship with my body using her approaches. So much love and light for you, Amber!! This podcast needs to blow the eff up so the Amber gospel can spread

Can’t believe I’m just finding this!
Thanks to Whitney Port hosting Amber on her podcast With Whit, I am currently binging (no pun intended) this podcast because it is truly so helpful. I am a recovering amphetamine and benzodiazepine addict and have historically turned to food and binging to cope with my emotions in sobriety- which has inevitably led me back into relapse time and time again because I struggle with weight and issues. I am so excited to change my life and stop the painful cycle of addiction to drugs and replacing it with addiction to food. This podcast has helped me so much already in terms of learning helpful tools and knowing I am not alone in my struggles. Thanks so much, Amber! Truly changing lives for the better!
