Stumbled upon Leo about a month ago on TT & have been hooked since. Not only does Leo share with us his wins, but he shares his shadow self as well, which is so refreshing in a landscape where so many others are “faking it until they make it.” 10/10 highly recommend.

This most recent episode tonight hit my soul. I am learning to sit with myself.. I am on tornado #5000. Feeling like the Cynthia doll.. but girl we are somehow surging and hearing each episode has made me feel seen.. and understood. I love it. Truly inspiring and foooking funny. Honestly his timing was perfect.. I was trying to distract myself instead of sitting with myself and ya girl almost went bald.. we woulda been twinssssssieeesss but I decided to listen to the podcast instead. Thank youuu

I can not fathom the feeling I get when I listen or watch this podcast. Every single time I watch an episode or listen in general, it opens my eyes and has ears at attention because I relate to how he feels. He is 100% honest and I love that

It’s great knowing I am not the only one in this world having the these feelings and how to navigate them. Leo helps me by telling me how it is. Giving examples that I can relate to but the one thing I value the most is his vulnerability. Because he allows us in to show that he isn’t perfect, is human and wants to grow…effing 10/10. Thank you for giving me validation I needed to hear. I’m not alone here.

I try my best to be a very logical person and I feel like sometimes it’s difficult when logic intervenes with emotion. This podcast helped me solidify what I stand for and what I want for my life. Of when I should socially allow things and when I should draw the line. I always recommend this podcast to whoever lacks self empowerment because it is an amazing trait to have but a difficult one to obtain. It’s so weird how welcoming and relatable Leo is to any of his listeners because it sounds like he just called me on FaceTime and we just had a normal conversation. Hope to meet you some day!
