    What a great show, especially the T- ones. Great practical nutritional advice that I used for my training & races. Not only does he cover nutrition (extremely well), but also knowing what cooking utensils are in your hotel room or rental apartment, do you have a microwave, what & where are the nearby stores! Keep up the great work!

    I absolutely love this podcast, the information is so helpful and the format is great. I especially loved the information in the series covering REDs and low energy availability. I think this podcast is a valuable resource for all levels of endurance athletes.
