Yes!! A podcast about *everything* I need to embrace as I get older! I love the midlife nutrition episode and the breast cancer one as well. Y’all are so insightful and engaging — you make me think about better ways to live and accepting the facts of life. Keep on doing what you’re doing!

If you don’t like anything else, that hip intro music will get you going! I appreciate women giving advice to other women. I’m 26 but eventually I will be able to relate to these things, it’s nice getting words of advice from older women who have already gone through stuff! Words of wisdom from someone with more experience than you is really priceless!

The topics seems so timely for whatever is hitting in this new season of 50-something. Your stories and lists of solutions are great with just enough humor to make the crappy stuff survivable.

Finally, a podcast that addresses issues of women of a certain age. I love the enthusiasm of these hosts. You can hear how into the topics they are and it makes me get into it too—to the point I wish I could respond and get in to the conversation! Let’s face it, our bodies and minds change as we age, and now we have a podcast that isn’t afraid to address these changes.

I’m so glad that I found this podcast. Such relevant topics! This episode on skincare was quite interesting, highlighting some products I currently use, like the IT line & MakeUo eraser, & making good suggestions on products that are new to me. I hadn’t thought about the importance of Vitamin C products until now. You girls rock! Can’t wait to listen to the next episode.
