I made the mistake of going back and listening to all the old episodes and now there is a huge hole in my life everyday where Necronomipod used to be! By far my favorite podcast and now I Jones for new shows! I like this show because I could see myself hanging out with these guys and I have friends that we act similar when we get together. Pure gold gentlemen; please keep up the fantastic work! Side note for Mike and Ian: I watched the Adam Sandler remake of The Longest Yard last night forgetting that Stone Cold and Goldberg were in it! Thought of you guys! I’m a listener for life!

This is my favorite podcast! The stories are told so well and are treated with respect. The guys are so funny and their banter is so fun to listen to. I could listen to them just chat about anything.

It’s only like the 2nd or 3rd podcast I’ve been able to listen to regularly. The 1st is entirely unrelated and I can’t really remember any of the others. Anytime I find time or desire to listen to a podcast, this is my go-to. I struggle taking in auditory information, podcasts are not easy listening for me, but this one keeps me laughing and gives me info on a good variety of things I’d never have known about otherwise. Informative, but not boring or annoying. I tried a few true crime podcasts and this and casefile are the only ones I’ve been able to enjoy consistently. Thanks guys. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve recently come back after a weird time and it’s still hitting just like it did before.

Always loved the boys. Been listening since the days of the Bell Witch Episode back in 2019, back when they had the gray logo. Just amazing stuff, if you want to be entertained with humor, but be educated on the topic at the same time this is the podcast for you. Dave is hilarious, Ian is smart and insightful, and Mike is the in between guy who provides insightful and funny commentary, but from the perspective of an outsider who is not in the world of True Crime. Mike is so great because he learns as we the audience learns and his non expert opinion adds so much to the narrative of the story. To Dave, Mike, and Ian lots of love. Btw they have great merch, love my Mr. Muggs shirt.

I recently got into this type of podcast. My first one I found was good but full of banter I hated. I found you next and it was life changing! I like your banter lol I can relate. I’m totally absorbed into every episode. Patreon was the cherry on top. Your topics are deep and dark but then you throw in something funny to lighten the mood. I like your style. I feel like I really get to know all of you. I listen to you at work and it’s what gets me through. Thank you so much! PS. I like Ian the best…

I felt the need to alter my OG review. I burned through all of these episodes (2019-2025) in 5 months. Im going to have to get a patreon now. Absolutely ridiculous how much I enjoy this show. Excellent research, incredibly in-depth , I cackle loudly when good jokes are made. These three have done really well in being sympathetic, and are realistic in their knowledge. Keep it up gentlemen! I was never a podcast person, but I started getting into true crime podcasts a little while ago. A couple months ago you guys were recommended to me and since then I’ve been listening to you guys 8 hours a day at work! First thing I do is pop my headphones in and queue up a few episodes, and get on with my work. I’m a welder btw. Anyways thanks for making things better, once I get through all the free content I’ll be on to patron!

Don’t know if it’s because they’re millennials or what but their jokes are legitimately so bad and annoying. And they go on for minutes like dude just continue on with the story. Anyway, I like the way they tell stories and their commentary (without the jokes)

This guy Ian has a great delivery. The other guys are funny and great impressions. Very interesting topics.

I’ve spent many hours the past two weeks listening to this podcast after accidentally stumbling across it. It’s made work more bearable for me and the Jonbenet Ramsey and Jonestown episodes were equal mixtures of enthralling, sad, and hilarious. I’m also now obsessed with Mothman. Ian is a great researcher and I appreciate hearing new facts about cases I thought I knew everything about previously. His voice is soothing and definitely is what initially drew me in to the pod. Mike? Lovable Handsome Bimbo with Great Legs(get a tattoo) Dave? Older Dude of My Dreams, great voice. GREAT taste in music and movies. Probably the Devil, but in a hot way. Definitely recommend this pod!! Interesting and laugh out loud funny!!

I just wanted to express how much I enjoy your podcast. With my long commute to work, it truly makes the drive much more bearable. The content is incredibly informative, and the chemistry between all three of you is fantastic. The banter is hilarious—it consistently has me laughing out loud. Ian, your voice is so smooth and velvety; Mike’s sports commentary is top-notch, and Dave’s dark humor is on another level. Overall, I’d give it 10 stars! Keep up the great work!

Even with all the joking and sarcasm Ian still manages to get the details of the stories. They are hilarious and inappropriate. 10/10

I clap cheeks to Necronomipod

Listened to an episode on a whim and now I am trying to run through the whole catalog. Haven’t jumped on the Patreon wagon yet but I can’t spend as much time as I want to going through the episodes. Once I run out and catch up I may have to go over there to catch up on the things they mention on these episodes. You guys are awesome.

Happened upon these guys while trying to find a legit suspense/true crime podcast that kept my attention. Didn’t realize they were from my hometown and I think Mike & Ian went to my brother HS (St Joes girl). Even though I still don’t know who Declan is I’m addicted to this podcast. I am a big true crime podcast listener. I had gone through all of the Morbid episodes and needed something new to binge. I tried several out, but nothing really stuck. I like to binge entire podcasts at once. Ian’s research is great and even though Mike and Dave get a bit raunchy and inappropriate, I enjoy the banter and jokes. I also love the different subjects….paranormal, cults, serial killers, conspiracies, etc. They have covered many cases that I had never heard of. I can see why this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea because there is a lot of banter, but I have binged the first three seasons in a matter of weeks. Hoping it continues to be great podcast when I get caught up!

This is a good enough podcast I suppose, but I am telling you huge swaths of it are a direct rip off of Scripps from Last Podcast On The Left. If you don’t believe me, listen to their series on Scientology, and then listen to the one from Last Podcast On The Left. They are identical, even to the descriptions of different events. I am surprised no one has noticed this before, because it seems like a blatant rip off of someone else’s copyrighted material.

I love this podcast! It’s well researched and presented in a way that keeps me interested. The guys are really funny, even if Mike talks about cucking a little too much. Also, Dave really oversold 30 Days of Night.

I’ve been binging this show for days on end after discovering it last week. The level and depth of the research is phenomenal. Their even-keeled well thought out approach to the cases is consistently engaging. The hosts have genuine chemistry that’s had me literally laughing out loud on numerous occasions. The hosts are down to earth and their discussions and humor are gritty and honest. The conversations frequently veer off into tangents, many of them coarse and lewd but it’s all done clearly in good fun with no malice behind it. As a woman I think it’s both impressive and refreshing to listen to guys being normal guys while covering true crime and the unknown. They’re not walking on eggshells or censoring their humor but it’s delightful not offensive. At the end of the day it’s clear they’re nice people who are empathetic to the victims they discuss and care deeply about the quality of their work. They are the antithesis of toxic masculinity. The show is a masterclass in balancing humor with tough often upsetting subject matter. 10/10

Hosts lack of knowledge about wrestling is annoying. Just tell the story and quit with the inside jokes and giggling. Hosts aren’t interesting . Stick to the story.

my favorite podcast, and the only one i can binge listen to. these guys are hilarious and make the darkest cases easier to listen to. truly dreading the day im fully caught up and have to wait for content.

These three got me through the pandemic, cancer treatment, divorce, and legal troubles. I’m pretty gay but I’d go straight for these guys, total daddy material.

Currently binging the entire podcast to the point where Ian is now the voice of my internal monologue. I always thought I hated podcasts with banter. Turns out I just hate podcasts with idiots who are partaking in the banter. Granted, these gentlemen can be a merry trio of idiots but I really love them. Love President Dave and Ian’s giggle. Mike is near perfection minus his lack of follow through with picture delivery… Also love the dark humor, it really sings to our generation. Keep up the great work.

Let me just say I found this show in like 2022 and I was waiting to write this review until I listened to ALL of the regular Sunday content and I’m now finally caught up. Totally worth it. I listen to these guys all the time and it’s one of the only podcasts that has been able to keep my attention. Best podcast. Love how factual and funny they are, and of course love the wrestling innuendos. They don’t stray away from the topic for minutes on end like so many other podcasts. Ian’s voice does kinda put me to sleep so I have to listen to the episodes 2-3 times to get all the i do but I’m also not complaining

I have listened to the whole archive, yes even the days when they sounded like they were talking into tin cans, so many times I have lost count. This show is my go to bedtime stories and my midday pick me up. Thank you Mike, Ian, and Dave. You may not be in the top charts on iTunes but you are the top of my charts! 🩷
