    Great podcast info with Dr Fitzgerald. Covered so well with exception of dosage. Needed to be more clear when talking normal and low dosing of Ozempic and Manjaro (trade names). Also the last half of the podcast was difficult due to the big time delay between the two of you. Not sure how you would have avoided this but made it difficult to listen. Othwise this would have been a 5 star. Gloria

    I’m a healthcare professional myself and have followed Jade for years. He’s one of the very few people I’ll consistently listen to for health-related info. Jade is continuously evolving as a lifelong student but remains grounded, reasonable & as unbiased as can be, which is difficult to do in this click-baity, dogmatic, influencer-driven world that we live in. Jade is so smart, insightful & well-rounded- he’s able to synthesize both integrative and western medicine approaches, as applicable and/or necessary. Most people tend to live in one camp and aren’t able to see or understand nuance. Jade is also an amazing teacher- he’s able to explain the science but can then translate complex topics in a way that makes it easy to understand & memorable, using examples, analogies, acronyms. He’s just the best!!

    52 and a new attitude
    Been a convert to Dr Jades method. Always been fit and a runner with moderate resistance training. So far I’m happy with results of increasing movement over cardio and 3x HIIT. Plus trying to get lots more protein.

    I am impressed with Dr. Teta in every possible way. He is so grounded in experience coupled with academia/research. I thought I developed a binge eating disorder for psychological reasons a few years ago, but I couldn't tell why that would’ve happened because nothing emotional had changed in my life. It’s ridiculously clear to me now that I was “exercising more, eating more.” I went on a 2-year journey of doing CrossFit-style workouts 5 times a week while training for Spartan Beast races, and I don’t think there was enough peanut butter in the world to satiate me! I thought about food every moment of the day and was waking up in the middle of the night to stare at food Two years later, I’ve completely recovered from that, and I’m very much in the “eat less, exercise less” camp. I look just as fit as I did before and I feel healthier than most any menopausal woman I meet. I truly believe Dr. Teta’s work could help most anyone get their hunger and cravings under control. Especially since he has such an emotionally intelligent and grounded way about him, he really understands people.

    I’ve been listening & following Jade for 6+ years. I love his lectures/talks, he makes things understandable. I enjoy discussions on all things health & fitness / hormones, metabolism, nutrition, working out…. Now that I’m over 50, I tend to really dial in on all of the above because it gets hard in 40’s and really really hard in 50’s because your body DOES change. I love all things health & wellness. Keep teaching & educating us on how to grow old gracefully but fit:))

    I found jade on Instagram a while back and started to listen to his podcast a year ago. For an anxious person I like how he incorporates stoicism stuff and also info on relationships and even how to deal with another person with a different political preference. Love the topics and on his episodes and when he involves guests.

    I stumbled upon the metabolic renewal program in August 2020. Really searching for something to take me to the next level and I jumped in. I just finished week 12 round one of the exercise, mindset, metabolic exercise, and meals program. I’ve realized that the mindset is my biggest stumbling point. So I just started round two today and podcasts will feature more prominently into my renewal. Thank you thank you thank you Jade and everyone on the team who encourages us. Really loved the emotional maturity podcast. It really helped me understand and appreciate that I am more next level, but often wallow down at basic level. I am grateful for my wisdom and continue to do the work to stay balanced.

    I have auto immune disorders of my thyroid (Grave’s and Hashimoto’s) and any woman with a thyroid d/o knows how this really puts off one’s metabolism. I’ve been searching for a program that’s tailored to my needs and so glad I found this program. As a physical therapist, I already knew this was a well thought program accommodating anyone at any level. Highly recommended! This has helped me to keep my thyroid levels in check.

    As a personal trainer and general health/ fitness enthusiast, this is my favorite podcast. Becoming a student again has never been so easy. Jade’s teaching style is great and he can explain complicated concepts so simply. I enjoy passing on his information to clients and also using it myself. I’ve not only learned how to become a “next level” human, but also metabolic detective for myself and others.

    I have followed Dr Teta for a while. I can’t even remember where I found him it’s been so long, but I think I heard him as a guest on another podcast. The more I pay attention to his Instagram and listen to his podcasts, the more I think he has this whole lifestyle thing right! Do what works best for you! Also, experiment, try things, and don’t get discouraged. I’ve tried all kinds of ways to “diet” and exercise and it’s finally sinking in on how to really ignite my metabolism and get some wins.     I have been following Dr. Teta's workout program for a few years now. It has changed my life as far as the way I look at how to workout and how to manage food.
