    Kris is the real deal
    I spend a lot of time researching and analyzing nutrition and fitness because so much of it is regurgitated trash. There is a lot of noise in fitness and a lot of garbage in nutrition. Kris cuts through the noise and sifts through the garbage, whether it’s Kaged supplements, his hardcore workout routines, or his no-excuses approach to life, he’s the real deal. You don’t know me Kris and probably never will, but I say thanks for bringing truth to the health and fitness industry while inspiring people like me to be a better human.

    This podcast is very interesting to listen too. It will not only inform you about different things you can adopt in your life to become the best version of yourself, but it will also inspire and motivate you as well. I’ve followed kris for a few years now and his online video trainers are great! He’s the kind of guy that will put in the work to prove whether or not something is beneficial and worthwhile. He definitely has the knowledge and the mileage to support it. His podcast brings in some interesting guests that are also very knowledgeable and it creates a lot of awareness in different healthy lifestyle techniques. Once you listen to one full episode, you won’t be able to stop. Awesome material.

    First episode I found was Kris talking to a client who had made a transformation. It was a great mix of motivation, information, and entertainment. I then went threw and listened to a bunch of guests on different episodes. Kris finds some very knowledgeable guests but I enjoy that each interview (that I have gotten to so far) is about something kris personally does. He’s not just inviting guests on to make more episodes, he’s teaching and diving deeper into actual practices he has adopted (I guess that is where the mileage part of the podcast gets its name!)

    Best trainer
    I’ve been following Kris for over 3 years now. I love his Kaged Muscle supplements, they are simply the best in the market. 6 months ago I was blessed to have him become my trainer. He has changed my life. I thought since I was working out each day I could keep eating whatever I wanted but I was never happy with how I looked under my clothes. I could never rally control my eating. With Kris as my guide I’ve lost 35lbs and gained my youth back. Having someone to be accountable to was the key. My mental health, physical health and overall well being have never been this great. He knows his stuff and the proof is in the pudding. Complete natural amazing changes.

    I owe a lot to Kris
    I’ve been following Kris now for about the past 9 years. Back then I was working in film crews, skateboarding, and partying, and we didn’t take the best care of ourselves. It was over work yourself for long hours and eat whatever. Then one of the guys found a routine on bodybuilding . com called the 12 Week Daily Trainer. Here was this guy Kris Gethin who kinda had the same past as I did, and filmed himself doing a transformation. So a few of us said screw it and followed along. I dropped about 80 pounds and got in better shape than I had been in high school. At that point I became the guy who told everyone I talked to, to go watch this Kris Gethin video series and follow it. And people saw what it did to me so they checked it out. I’ve now followed him from the bodybuilding . com free days, and now have been subscribed ever since they moved to that, I follow his personal companies and sites now, along with his email blasts, bought his first book, and listen to the podcast. It’s all great. This guy knows his stuff. I still to this day tell people to do the 12 Week. I’ve done it a ton of times and am doing it again right now. If you’re wanting to do a transformation do it.

    I have been a fan of KG for a few years now and followed his methodologies on my own as well. I recently started training with him 1 on 1 and in the short time we’ve been working together (5ish weeks) I’ve seen drastic results, nothing I would have been able to accomplish on my own. He meticulously plans everything from diet to daily workouts and I just have to show up. His wealth of knowledge has no equal. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to to dive in!
