    With all the misinformation out there, it’s not easy to separate the true experts from those who haven’t demonstrated true knowledge. For that reason, I’m pumped to have found this podcast. Admittedly, after being in the fitness industry for decades, I don’t listen to many fitness podcasts. They’re simply not worth it but this one is. If you’re looking for trusted information on fitness, nutrition, and a better life, look no further.

    Click- baity title, But its true! Randomly select any single episode in the library of this podcast and you are guaranteed to listen to an insightful guest, pick up a nice chunk of wisdom and probably get a good book recommendation from Andrew. It is hard to accurately describe the value this podcast has given me and the knowledge I have gained by learning from so many industry leaders(many of whom I did not know about until this show). Listen to this podcast and apply the things you learn and you will become a more sought after trainer.

    Dean and Andrew get incredible answers out of their guests. They ask the best questions and get into some pretty deep conversations with the people on their show. Listening to this feels like listening in on a great conversation between your buds. They’re likable, intelligent, and naturally entertaining. Five stars!

    I found this podcast from Dr. Mike and I started listening to all the episodes. Great job having on science based fitness experts. I’m super excited for Holly Baxter and love the episode with Sohee and Dr F@&$wad. One suggestion is; sometimes you talk to low or too far away from mic and it’s tough to hear. Keep it up and I’m excited for more episodes!
