    I started listening to Mike’s show back when I started my coaching company in 2024. His message resonated well with me and the way in which I envisioned myself growing into my business. Over months of listening, his message finally convinced me that I needed to join the collective. The show and the collective have not disappointed. There is show much value in every episode and that I only compounded 10 fold by the tools and coaching provided in the collective.

Mike’s podcast is the breath of fresh air the fitness and nutrition space needed! What I love most is how authentic and down-to-earth he is. He doesn’t sugarcoat things or push unrealistic expectations. He shares his own struggles and challenges, making everything feel relatable and achievable.     I recently started with a coach October 2024. She referred me to your podcast. I don’t even listen to podcasts, but I was like what the heck- I’m learning, changing anyway- why not give it shot. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PODCAST. I look forward to listening to it like it’s Christmas morning! I wish it was on daily so I’m back listening from the past years. I love the direct, honest, realistic approach that Mike delivers. I have learned so much from this podcast. I especially like the ones about mindset- I feel like that’s half the battle.     This episode brought me to tears because it hit me hard and resonated so much. The idea that this fitness and nutrition journey is a lifestyle for the long run, and we will fail and need to get back up again and again and again, is exactly summing up my situation. I beat myself up a lot for not staying on track, and I tend to go all or nothing (1 donut so why not 6?) but I continue to learn and understand behavior and my own psyche. I have made great progress despite many setbacks. I am still trying. None of my efforts are wasted - brilliant! Adore listening to this dude!

    Great podcast with such useful information. I don’t know why it took me a while to stumble upon it, but it eventually showed up in my algorithm and I gave it a listen. I ended up binging a ton of episodes one weekend while I was cleaning the house. Whether you are experienced or new to fitness and nutrition, this podcast has something for everyone

    I have been working with a coach since July 1, 2023 when I decided to compete in my first figure competition at 50 years old. I have learned so much from my coach and his philosophy matches Mike’s “mind over macros” philosophy to a tee. I love listening to this podcast knowing I’m getting it all right with my fitness journey. I’m now 51 years old and won that figure competition and a pro card, if I can do this, anyone can.
