Crazy AZ Cat ManSuch great info!I’m learning so much by listening to these podcasts! There are times when I have to “wait” for things like oil changes, doctor appointments in the waiting room, etc…. I find filling my time with these informative podcasts has been really enriching and makes me feel like I am using my time wisely. Never a dull moment or topic, and I really enjoy the candid banter between the hosts. I’m becoming hooked and will do my best to listen to every one in the next few months during my “down time.”

longisland joeSo pleasantly surprised!My experience with vegan people is that there usually extreme. Nothing against you folks that are looking for that. Im just not. These people are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Being professional bodybuilders. The win for me though is there grounded non extreme approach. They dont sound high on whippets like a lot of these people do. Oh and there really open and vulnerable. I walk away from these episodes feeling I belong here. I can do this. Really amazing podcast!!

Giacomo and Dani bring two different styles of addressing each topic which I love because I can always relate to one if not both of their POVs. They make their content accessible and inclusive whether you’re a competitor, gym rat, or casual exercise buff. Love how their podcast feels so conversational but is packed with really well thought out content you can trust. I love listening during my gym workouts or walks. Their YT channel is great too. Thanks Giacomo and Dani! =)

The real talk about body image and potential pitfalls help me make better decisions and have compassion for myself. I love knowing that they share a vegan perspective. Dani and Giacomo are hilarious together and share lots of knowledge about vegan bodybuilding. They have so much knowledge on the subject of vegan muscle and bodybuilding - it’s refreshing to find someone who has been in the game for decades combined! They are real, humorous, and entertaining to listen to. They’ve literally changed the game for me with getting my protein in as a vegan trying to hit my macros with real food. If you don’t already, go follow them on YouTube where they share a plethora of high protein recipes!

I trust this podcast because Dani and Giacomo cover confusing topics in a fun and easy-to-understand manner that is backed by science, research and personal experience. Whether switching to veganism or still trying to figure it our years later or just a non-believer, this podcast is a great and easy listen! There are so many resources that discuss the horrors of animal agriculture, so I appreciate that this podcast celebrates how successful vegan athletes can be (without trying to oversell the vegan agenda).

perri628Awesome for New Vegans Looking to Build MuscleI happened upon Dani and Giacomo’s Facebook page, then website, then this awesome podcast when I was counting macros and decided I wanted to go vegan. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re vegan or want to eat less meat/dairy definitely check them out as other coaches who are not eating that way have good intentions but are missing the mark on what our bodies truly need. Thank you both for sharing your knowledge!

I live in California but am originally from the East Coast & listening to Giacomo’s accent, makes me feel right at home lol Muscles by Brussels is a great podcast to find very relevant content for anyone wanting to switch to a vegan lifestyle & those who are already there. And especially for vegan athletes who want to build some beautiful muscle. I give a major green thumbs up!!!

T-SlamSuperb info for the plant based strength / bodybuilding athlete!!Quite honestly this is the best source of information for any plant based athlete, or those who are plant curious. Dani and Giacomo are a blast to listen to without including too much fluff in their episodes (as opposed to those annoying podcasts that spend 45 minutes saying you can crush your goals, and then try to sell you something). Muscles By Brussels presents science backed research in an easy to understand way and provides valuable insight into physical as well as emotional improvement pertaining to bodybuilding and powers lifting. On a personal note, I cannot thank them enough for the physical transformation I underwent, mostly inspired by their podcast and other content. Give it a listen, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been listening for over a year now and each episode provides unique and helpful knowledge in all aspects of life- diet, fitness, vegan lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, hormone health...the list goes on! Dani and Giacomo really care about their listeners and make sure that each episode is jam packed with as much information as possible. It’s never stale and I always learn something new while listening. Even if you’re not a vegan or plant based athlete give their podcast a listen—- you won’t be sorry!

I feel like it’s partly their focus on evidence based nutrition but also their personalities. They seem like normal smart people who aren’t egomaniacs or fanatics repeating information without examining it. Also you don’t have to be a vegan to get a thorough understanding of nutrition and dieting strategies.

dashcraftDisappointedI really haven’t been enjoying these podcasts of late and it’s only hit or miss when I listen but really struggled with episode #63. It is disappointing to see you discuss other coaches and their programs you have not researched. You mention one that is obvious (even if you don’t mention her by name) and you totally misrepresented the program. It’s a great program and I have been very successful with it and her other coaching program. Neither is not like you describe it at all. Funny, that I don’t listen often, but Dani trashed her program on another episode too. I chose to not listen to you trash other coaches when you have no real idea about their programs.

The episodes are packed with great information on how to and why it is possible to live the vegan lifestyle and be fit. Vegan AnnaExcellent vegan and fitness podcast!I've been vegan for 4 years and a fitness enthusiast for most my life. In my opinion, Dani and Giacomo model extraordinary examples of vegan fitness and overall health. Their podcasts are fresh, funny, helpful, and bring sound advice and reflection to both vegan and fitness culture. Also, since buying Dani's Flexible Dieting for Vegans E-book, I have made gains in both strength and overall physique—both things I had plateaued with last year. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in fitness/strength training/bodybuilding and living a vegan lifestyle!
