1MM@ B3@$+Real world stuff!Followed you guys from afar for several years now and 6 months ago I started this podcast from the very first episode. Love the content you guys put out and really helps out with athletes and personal training clients from various backgrounds and even when I teach in a college classroom. Thanks so much!

BigMarc5151Podcast for CoachesI’ve listened since episode 1. I was bummed when you guys took that long break but was excited when you jumped back into it. I dig the shorter episodes, a little less fluff that way. Always great guests with relative content. I have one small suggestion, I feel like the audio could be better. I drive a lot for work so I listen to tons of podcasts on fitness like yours to plain entertainment like Stone Cold Steve Austin and it seems that there is a lot of different mics to use. I know you guys are on Skype now but I don’t think talking through the mic on regular headphones is good enough. When I’m driving it gets pretty hard to hear, especially coach dos. So maybe in the future y’all can get your sponsors to get some good mics. Can’t knock a star off for that though. You guys are awesome, love the podcast.

meraz10Finally!!I have been fortunate enough to hear both of these great coaches speak at the Speed and Power Summit at the University of La Verne. This is BY FAR the best performance training/coaching podcast out right now! Thank you Coach Fleming and Coach Dos for taking the time to put out such great content for coaches of all levels!

jtnobbeThe Bomb diggity of podcastsWow, what can I say? These two dudes have a vast amount, a never-ending supply of knowledge just flowing from their brains. Every day I turn on the podcast BOOM! knowledge bomb. I hope one day to meet both of these guys, maybe have a beer or eight and just talk iron and development. LETS GO!

SCPodcasterDouble the Fun!It's hard enough to get 1 amazing coach doing something like this, nevermind 2! Coach Dos is a legend in our field- accomplished author, coach and speaker. Wil Fleming is a very accomplished weightlifter, business owner and coach. This podcast should be on every coach's list.
-
B. GannonBest podcast I know ofAs an avid weight lifter and division 3 track athlete I find the information that these two share is extremely helpful and educating. I listen to these guys while landscaping and the time flies by! In my opinion this is the best podcast out there.

BigMarcSCRestart the Podcast guys!Hey guys, I am an up in coming personal trainer and in school doing what I need to do to become a college strength coach. I love the podcast because I feel like I am listening to two buddies chat about practical topics. I listen to some other fitness podcast but those can get a little sciency. I have a Kinesiology background and still get lost sometimes. You guys keep the science talk to a minimum but the information at maximum. I learn something from you guys every episode. I know you guys are busy and havent put out an episode since last year. Myself and probably thousands of others are hoping you get it going again. I recently finished the last episode you guys made and now I have to listen to the science pods, ugh. Even if you guys did one 60 min pod a month, that would be just fine. Anyways, great show guys

Proud ParatrooperKnowledge Bombs being dropped left and right.Recently I have had to commute an hour to and from work every day. I have been crushing through all of the episodes. Not only have the podcasts reinforced concepts, but the insight that DOS and Will provide in taking complex ideas and simply explaining them is second to none. Keep up the great work, and hopefully this will be a podcast that continues to expand and inform the general population on genreral fitness as well as atheltic development.
-

-
docTrueChiropractic Physician, Rehab SpecialistAs a health care professional, let me just say you are doing yourself a huge injustice, if you are not listening to the valuable information Wil and Dos give on a weekly basis! There experience and knowledge on all things training and technique is amazing! I work with Wil on a daily basis, and he sets the gold standard when it comes to this field! If you want to become better, you have to listen to this valuable info/podcast! Great work!
-
VanBourneJust plain helpful every single time.Highly recommend this podcast! Helpful every time to newbies and others. Good info that relates to the athlete and the everyday person. And.... they don't feel the need to drop f-bombs all the time. It's one of the FEW fitness related podcasts that I can listen to with my 10 year old son. Why do fitness folks feel the need to cuss all the time? Just limits their audience. Off the soapbox, but these guys are great. Thanks Wil & Dos!
-
Uncle TannerA Must SubscribeWil and Dos are great hosts on this podcast. In addition to being entertaining, the knowledge and insight that I have been able to implement into my own training has been outstanding. In my opinion, it is one of the best athletic development and sports performance podcasts around. Like the title says… A Must Subscribe!
-
TNoperatorGreat showLet's have some more episodes! Keep the Performance Podcast going!

-
JKahn258Best there is!Will and Dos are always interesting and are always right to the point. They help you think differently and provide great insight and tips. Extremely recommend to new strength coaches and the old ones that think they know it all.
-
Ajmoreno91Amazing PodcastLove this podcast! From identifying the exercises in terms of movements instead of body parts, to functional real life strength instead of just aesthetics, to density training and periodization it all just makes sense. Love hearing from all the different guests as well such as Cosgrove and Pat Carroll, it's just an amazing collection of the most important weightlifting information I've ever found. Definitely something to subscribe and listen to if you care for real, non-fluff, and scientific weightlifting facts. - Armando Moreno
-
Not a beginnerVery Informative!Great podcast that covers a wide range of fitness topics presented in an educated manner.
-
WillwilkinsonEducationalLove this show. Always learning new training ideas from this. I am a CSCS and have strength coach experience. Wish I would have listened to this when i was in the field!
-
OkrikoFantasticThese two really know what they are talking about. Both from experience, research and being connecting with other professionals and top performers. Since I am new to weights, some of the abbreviations and technical terms are a bit hard to understand. Greatly enjoy!
-
BrattainSportsPerfNo Nonsense Nuggets of EducationThe performance podcast with Dos and Wil Fleming is a must for young and experienced coaches alike. I am about 30 episodes in and continue to listen weekly. I have known both Dos and Wil for over a year now through several encounters and they are just as real on the podcast as they are in person. They each have incredible wisdom and experience in their fields and specialties. I finish each episode with a list of thoughts and ideas to implement in my own training with athletes. As a lead Performance Coach and business owner this podcast is one of my first recommendations to all my interns and employees. I look forward to continued learning through these two. Keep up the good work guys. -Nick Brattain

Cool beans162739Solid info for coaches/ trainersI love the solid information and perspectives from this podcast. Great variety of topics as well. Keep up the good work!
-
WakemannaGreat resourceI always look forward to the show. As someone who's spent years in the industry it's great to see people dedicated to separating out the proverbial wheat from the chaff when it comes to all the information that's out there today, particularly online. This is a great listen for anyone who is interested in finding and passing on useful ideas and resources.

theaipaprojectFrickin' Genius! Aloha!Nothing beats listening to knowledgeable guys talking about training. It's the sort of talks you can imagine going on with a couple beers and sharing thoughts, knowledge, research, and experiences. Coach Dos and Coach Fleming have been instrumental in not only training my clients but my own training as well. Their podcast is filled with interviews with people I only read their articles but to hear them in speak and share there experience, has been a huge source for me. It's like having a bunch of mentors in one area. Mahalo for this coaches!
-
RBG strengthGreat Stuff Every EpisodeI love the podcast. Two great coaches with the best guests in the industry and practical info that can be used. The exact reason I listen any chance I get.
-
BtvajgrtBang for your Buck!Well of course any free information is bang for your buck. But I would pay for what Wil and Dos despense on this podcast. These guys take an open minded approach to many topics in strength and conditioning. Every episode gives you something to apply to yourself and program! Just the right length and always entertaining. It is worth your listen if you love strength and conditioning!
-
BmmongerKnowledge bombsAs a high school educator and performance coach. This podcast has been huge in expanding and reinforcing my coaching in the weightroom. Always learning new stuff from these guys. Keep up the great work.
-
Randy in WAThe real dealWil and Dos know their stuff and have the years of experience to back it up. I learn a ton every time I listen, and greatly enjoy the down-to-earth style. If you're not a trainer or coach (I'm not) you can still get a ton out of it, although you might need to jot down certain terms and look them up later as they both assume a certain level of knowledge. One of my very favorite podcasts!
-
David P DorseyAwesome podcast. Will & Dos provide us with great information week in and week out. I found out about them last night and started listening this morning. So far I've listened to about 7 in one day. A convienent day off IMO. Favorite episode so far has been the "Guide to Core Training". Great to find out I was implementing some of the same philosphies in my clients programs. Keep it up guys! Looking into applying for admission at COC winter 15' to take a class from Robert Dos Remedios. Well worth the subscription!
-
TranslucentYogaPantsPerformance PodcastI really enjoy how they cut to the chase and dive into topics, without making you sit through 15 minutes of chit chat. Both Fleming and Dos get it, and use the podcast as a means to educate the general public on effective athletic traning vs. dangerous and dated training protocals.
-
Coach_HeetGreat Podcast!I love this podcast! While I don't have anything creative or weird to say (I wouldn't eat dog poop!). I discovered this podcast a few weeks ago when I heard about the Mike Conroy interview. After listening to that podcast, I downloaded all 37. I started with #1 last Thursday and spent the last week going through each one! I recently traveled to Perform Better in Long Beach and spent the majority of my travel day listening to The Performance Podcast. While I didn't get a chance to introduce myself to Coach Dos I saw him walking around the conference on numerous occasions and was even part of his hands on! I wish Wil would have been able to make it. As a fellow Hoosier, it would have been nice to meet him and I even have a few friends who have trained at Force! I only wish I would have discovered Dos' Perform Better breakdown before the conference so I could have had an easier time picking which sessions to go to! So many great choices. Keep up the great work fellas! Looking forward to furture episodes. You've done less than 40 and have already interviewed some of the greats in S&C!

lomataGreat even for non-prosI’m a hobby lifter, not part of the fitness business. I listen to this on drives to work and it is fantastic. Between the two of them, Dos & Wil have knowledge on a wide range of lifting, fitness, health, & sports training topics and they’re willing to go into great detail in a way that’s easy to understand. Honestly, I think this is one of the big plusses for the podcast. They (and their guests too) are very down to earth, say as much as needed to explain a topic, but don’t over-explain it. The majority of folks with a similar platform really like to hear themselves speak. You don’t get that with Dos & Wil. They’re way more ear-friendly and explain things without ego. Also, I appreciate that their stances are usually prescriptive, but not definitive. They qualify statements when necessary and don’t get caught up in creating opinions for the sake of controversy. They’re really all about dishing out good fitness info for people like me to understand.

Frank BaumholtzHome RunThank You Wil and Dos. The performance podcast is hands down a home run when it comes to current trends and information in sport performance and strength and conditioning. I constantly go back and re-listen to past podcasts. Today I relisten to coach Conroy's USA Weightlifting Podcast. Gems in every single one. Thank You. Keep it up! Frank
-
Joeb003Awesome podcastI love listening to Will and Dos discuss all things health, fitness, and performance. These guys are super knowledgeable but are very humble and fun to listen to. The guests they have are great but it's also just fine listening to these guys talk about a certain topic. Have learned a lot and will continue to listen.
-
BigBlue05Well Done Gents!I'm enjoying the content as well as your approach and how it is delivered. Neither one of you acting or sounding off like a physician during surgery. Great content without feeling like I have to review muscle cell physiology.
-
MLFrederickMany topics, easy listening, solid guysI have listened through Ep. 24 so far. Got in the game late, so still trying to catch up. There is a lot to learn from listening to these podcasts, topics and guests are of wide variety throughout field of fitness/S&C. Always engaging and easy to have on during car rides for some performance insight/knowledge. Overall solid content and solid hosts in Wil and Dos. Appreciate your efforts in helping others in this field guys. Matt Frederick
-
BeckyWISwimgalTrue ProfessionalsI cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Wil and Dos are true professionals in the field of fitness and training. I have enjoyed each podcast's inclusion of scientific detail, but also practical advice to make my time in the gym all the more effective. Great content and information.

Coach JPSFitness Made SimpleAs someone who works with high school athletes as well as the general pop I have listened to every podcast thus far and taken something from each and every one! Coach Dos and Wil do an amazing job at providing information that is easy to digest and apply to whatever your goals are. Not only are these two of the top minds in our field, but they convey information in a humble way that is a pleaure to listen to. They also find many other bright minds within the field and get other perspectives on many other topics which again aide the listeners like myself! Thank you gentlemen and guests for taking the time to help all of us get just a little bit better every single day. Your efforts are truly appreciated!

Todd W; CSCS, USAW, USATFFood For ThoughtThe Performance Podcast is like a good discussion in a college classroom. Like many quality coaches I read a lot. However, listening to these guys discuss topical issues really seems to help me wrap my head around it all. There are tons of ways to get fit, strong, powerful, etc. Will and Dos do a great job connecting the dots and answering some of the who, what, when, where, why or "why nots" of training. Thanks guys. Quality stuff!

B'ron LongBest of the bestI bought Coach Dos' Power Training book and it has changed the way I workout. It's been the blueprint of my workouts for years. I recently ordered Cardio Strength Training and am starting to implement that in my workouts. I also use his principles and exercises in my coaching. Not only do these guys have the cutting edge info, they practice what they preach as well. You can see Wil & Dos "DOing WORK" on YouTube and their websites!
