    Music Too Loud
The content is wonderful; however, thre music at the beginning and end is too loud and goes on a really long time. It’s frustrating trying to hear her over the music. I had to give up. Will check back in a few weeks to see if the problem continues. It’s too bad because I really liked her and the riding plan ideas.

    My favorite podcast
I have learned so much about all aspects of horsemanship and riding by listening to this on the long drive to and from the barn.

I don’t know who’s not giving this 5 stars but I find the episodes helpful and easy to understand, on topics that really matter! Absolutely worth a listen!

    Great teacher
Lorna is a great teacher. She has a way of breaking concepts down to make them easier to understand. I listen to this podcast on my way to the barn, and apply the information during my ride. She’s made me a better rider. I’m grateful that she generously offers her time and wisdom to make this podcast.

    Amazing!
At a few points I had to go back because I either couldn’t understand it or I was doing something and didn’t hear it but I only had to do that about 2-3 times. I didn’t quite understand the end even when I did rewind it so I’m going to listen to this again later when I’m on a horse. I would totally recommend this channel though and I already have to my best friend!

    THANK YOU LORNA
I LOVE this podcast. I don’t have a horse, but I love to ride. I have been to annoyed that I am powerless and how when I go back to my barn I will be horrible. But this podcast lets me get better, even when I am not on a horse. I am so grateful that I can ride through my mind! Thank you SOOOOO much Lorna!!!😄🐎🐴

    Love Love Love Lorna! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I listen to Daily Strides on my way to and from the barn where I board my horse, River. I’ve only had him for about 18 months. He is extremely sensitive, but emotionally guarded. I have to be fully present to him in order for him to “let me in”. Listening to Lorna really helps me get into a “horse mindset”. I love her cheerful voice and the little bits of laughter that are interspersed with her advice — which tell me that her advice is based on wisdom gained through years of experience. It’s like having a lovely, wise friend in the car with me as I drive an hour every day to and from the barn. Lorna gets me prepared before I get to the barn and talks to me about how things went on the long drive home. I would love to hang out with her!

Always gets me thinking and trying new approaches
Lorna provides wonderful insights that always seem to provide a new way of thinking about a problem I am struggling with. It is very practical, but at the same time gives food for thought that I can build on. Lorna has a clear, focused, and compassionate presentation. I always want to try out her suggestions right away!

    Love the Daily Strides podcast!
There are so many great episodes that give specific thinking points and details.. there are several perspectives and visuals that I find helpful... case in point... the snap your fingers trick;-)! Great reminder! I have recommended it to several people that ride primarily on their own as I there are so many common sense and safety issues that we can all overlook when we get over anxious. Appreciate your time and talent Lorna!!

    Great Podcasts!
I've learned quite a few things listening to Lorna.

    This is a great idea!
My only complaint is that I can’t access the 2014 lessons anymore! These are great for riders to improve even when they are riding alone! Short simple lessons that are easy to follow.

    Just what I needed!
As a new rider and taking this sport up in my 50’s, I definitely reached the point that went from passion and excitement to “what the hell am I thinking”. Had a scary “almost fall” but managed to stay on after a jump. Not a pretty sight. I was about ready to give up and revert to my past comfort level and came across the podcast about building my confidence to the next level. I loved hearing how my brain was saying these things to keep me safe, but my heart is now saying, keep going. The next level is just around the corner. I think I’ll ride tomorrow and use this as a stepping stone to more challenge. Thanks, Lorna!

    Loving this podcast!
As a person who loves riding my horses and listening to podcasts this was a perfect match for me! Now I can learn and have someone help me all through my little earbuds! I’m excited to apply what I’m learning to my riding and see where the lessons take me, such a wonderful idea for equestrians!

    So Helpful!
I love these podcasts. They are so relevant to what I am working on. From relaxation to using aids to improving my riding fitness. This program is definitely helping me.

    Absolutely Cool
This lady knows her stuff but more importantly she can put it across to riders of all levels. She can relate to the young rider and us older riders.....riders who are at entry level and riders who have some experience. Something for everyone. I love the podcasts as well as her web site. After listening to the chats about half halts, I was hooked. And the chats on relaxation are fabulous. Bravo, Lorna, keep it comin' and thank you so much for sharing!!!!

    This is awesome!!
Even though I was around horses very young, I started eventing three years ago at age 22. I had a good first season, only caring about jumping, had 2 seasons off since I was deployed. Now I'm getting my OTTB and myself back in shape and really learning to enjoy dressage and understand different things I'm doing with my body to help with our training. Just found this podcast and am already in love with what it's taught me. I plan on using several lessons in today's ride. Love it, thank you!!

Love! But Can't Play Older Podcasts
I love these podcasts. The content is useful and the speaker breaks down the information in a way that is easy to follow and put into practice. However, I just found this podcast and when I try to go and listen to older episodes that really interest me, they are not available to play. They show up in my feed and in the iTunes store, but they won't play.

    The best
This is my favorite podcast!!! It is filled with tips and ideas for the horse rider. I've found this to be very informative and the podcasts are not too long. I try to always have a notebook handy so I can jot down ideas while listening. This is a top listen!!!

    Lorna Leeson is the best!
Lorna Leeson's podcasts are the best. I love to listen to them while riding my horse. It's as if she is in the rink with me. Her suggestions and tips are always helpful. Her lessons have taught me and my horse so much!

I just subscribed to the 30 day rider’s challenge and have been listening to the podcast and have absolutely loved it!! I ride a lot alone and this has helped clarify questions I would normally ask my trainer but he’s not always available. Love the beautiful Irish accent and super positive “ you can do it “ attitude. Thank you Lorna, I look forward to many more of your excellent lessons via podcast..

So informative, friendly, easy to understand!
I really like this podcast! It's the perfect length to squeeze in anywhere and so informative! I really like how she explains things, and I think she reaches a wide audience of horse people, so there's something for everyone!

Wow! Lorna knows what she is talking about!
This is both upbeat and useful for anyone wanting horse riding lessons. It's clear Lorna is super passionate about this and even as someone who has only ridden horses a few times before she made it really easy to understand. Spot on!

    Love These Downloads!
I have had such a good time listening and riding to the downloads that I signed up to be a member. Lorna is so upbeat and positive that is makes me feel more relaxed about my riding. I can't actually imagine not having the downloads now because they are a real bright spot in my day. I get to learn something new every day of the week, which makes me feel like I am progressing as an equestrian. Lorna has even taken the time to Skype with me on numerous occasions in order to coach me through some of my riding problems. Who does that? It's amazing!
