Such a fall. Once was the best podcast around. Now no originality. Just awkward takes from a very awkward and out of place host👎

I enjoy listening to this show. I wouldn’t call the show nerdy but it def lacks a masculine perspective. The opinions are well thought out and plausible. My biggest gripe is how the guests are treated. Treat them like people. The sucking up comes off as extremely inauthentic and I get second hand embarrassment listening. This program has a chat gpt vibe that’s been told don’t offend anyone ever! Would get a lot more content if Jourdan didn’t spend the first 15 of every interview question uncomfortably flattering the guest. Celebs are people too would be my advice.

I love you Greg on JRVP and I love your football takes. Listening is a very easy decision to do. Fun and entertaining Footbal podcast.

Until they stop with the subtle jabs at how “awful” they think the country is because they rejected LA WOKE GARBAGE…I can’t give it a 5. Just stop. Talk Football.

Perhaps if the simpering morons who cover this game would stop orally servicing Patrick Mahomes and actually call out the absurdity of the officiating advantage the Chiefs have, something might change. Grow a spine, wankers.

I gave it a season of football and it’s just not that good, the guest are often more entertaining than the host, it never would have made it to this high of a rating if they didn’t steal it from ATN, HEED is way better!!

for a billion dollar enterprise, the fact that your out of studio guests have bad audio is just a slap in the face for those of us who listen. i skip most eps, like todays - 1/16/25, because of awful guest audio.

I loved this podcast could get enough of it cause everywhere I turned I heard about politics or racism but then in the week 18 recap how it must be hard for one coach cause he’s black listen to me in the NFL being black is an advantage.

First, the reason this show has such a high rating is because they kept they reviews from the ATN podcast (which were very high). This use to be my favorite podcast. Since the NFL got rid of two of the heroes I tried to enjoy this version of the show; I really tried. I listened the entire season because, while Gregg was never my favorite hero, he has so much NFL knowledge! Unfortunately, he has almost no personality or sense of fun. He needed Dan & Marc as much as they need him. I am simply not enjoying NFL Daily so sadly…I am out. I understand why Gregg stayed with the NFL but sadly, if this show is what he’s got to give, they will probably be releasing him sooner or later. If that happens, I hope Mark & Dan welcome him back.

This is a stale and bland show that lacks the fun, cleverness, relatability, and humor of its prior iteration (Around the NFL Podcast). It’s over-stuffed and undercooked. Get your mix of football news and touch of mirth elsewhere. HEED my warning. It’s not worth your time.

This show made me realize Marc and the old Zeuser were the magic behind it all. I feel like Gregg had the chance to jump ship with the boys but flaked. They should be together including the old boss. RIP old ATN

Same complaint as usual, even when the broncos are good they get the least amount of air time and discuss the 3-9 browns… it’s around the nfl without the comedy.

I would have given it a chance if they didn’t try to steal ATN’s reviews and numbers by just changing the name. Shoulda started new, tho nfl media will likely fire them all in a year or two. This was my ATN review “I listen religiously and it made me love football on a different level”

This is too big of a podcast to have audi blips and scratches. My highschool av weekly announcements had better overall audio quality in general putting aside the blips

Why listen to any show NFL media puts out? Like the Title says, yeah Greg is fine for a year or 2 whatever the contract is, what about Claybon wyche Colleen? When does NFL media fire them too? These guys are great but I won’t listen to more shows just for them to be canceled. If the guys were/are smart they would have left and started their own things. Colleen and Cynthia and Jrod all of em. BOOO

Good show - love Rosy - even though he seems to be trying to drag the episodes to the 1 hour mark (most likely mandated). Idea NFL give us these pods ad free with NFL Plus Premium - you’d keep my subscription year round.

Love the pod! Gregg was the best part of the original show and I think it’s even better now with him at the helm. Haven’t missed an episode yet since the rebrand. Keep up the great work!

Obviously I miss the old pod. It took a while for Gregg to find his rhythm. I love Gregg’s football analysis tho and wish him the best. What’s become clear now that the original has split into two pods, is the humor I love came from Dan and Marc, and the league spin and propaganda came from the shadowy league figures who still keep the bumper lanes on this pod, is accepted by Gregg. I wish Gregg and his guests could just speak freely. Lastly, I’m a Niners fan and it’s clear what Gregg and his occasional co-hosts think of this team when the Niners win and they spend 75% of the episode talking about the losing team. Or there’s always an implied “but” when talking about Brock Purdy. It’s kinda strange to me.

After atn ended. Tried to support Gregg but podcast isn’t that great. Standard and best, probably should give it 3 starts but due to the fact they got rid of my favorite podcast and replaced it with this show I’m taking stars away. Also, don’t use ATN reviews for this that’s misleading. Some people would say that how you spread misinformation

Using the ATN feed is insulting to all its fans. Gregg was my favorite part of ATN, but forcing him into the host role of a daily podcast was extremely stupid and short-sighted. NFL media has ruined so many lives, shows, and careers it’s almost impressive. Also, the DJ ads are unbearable.

Quick and too the point. Perfect length and Cynthia is a boss. Keep it up. Miss the old pod still but Gregg out here holding it together everyday. Reunion Pod at the Super Bowl?

This used to be called the Around the NFL Podcast, and it was incredible. Subterfuge ensued. The host was fired. Now you have this thing. The other show has been resurrected/reincarnated as the Heed the Call podcast. Ending @ the NFL is one of my 2 least favorite things about the NFL.

I feel like I learn things every day. This is a great balance of fun and football knowledge. Way to go, Gregg and crew!

It’s unfair that NFL Daily has been bestowed the old podcast feed of ATN and inherited all of ATN’s 5 star ratings. Misleading! If you’re good enough to make it on your own, make it on your own.

Been listening to ATN for over a decade. But a month or so into this half reboot, I give up. The show is not the same. There is no joy. There is no laughter. Unfortunately, this show treats football like a product, which it is to them because they work for the NFL. The original show was a show for real fans. Now it’s just about the ego of the host and point spreads. Simply put the show sold out and now it’s trash. If you want the magic back, listen to HTC.

Obviously bummed that ATN ended, but this new show is a great listen, and the depth of analysis is exactly what I’m looking for from a football podcast

As much as I like Gregg for his honesty and technical prowess, this show is missing the charm that made ATN unique from all other football podcasts. I enjoyed listening for the first month or so, but it’s slowly dropped to the bottom of my queue as its failed to bring me differentiating joy. HTC on the other hand has continued to grow on me and become a favorite, reminding me why ATN was my most listened to podcast for 8 years. NFL if you intended to lose me and the other thousands of fans who found ATN special, then you’ve succeeded, otherwise you really fudged up.

Lots of haters out there comparing ATN to Daily… it’s not the same show and that’s to be expected and also perfectly ok. Also so much hate for something that’s just getting going. Every show needs time to develop. Haters, relax. Gregg and co., keep doing your thing! Only critique is: Jordan Rodrigue - love your analysis and passion and you’ve got an amazing football mind but please please please work on being a little more concise!

I barely listen anymore

Patrick Claybon talks politics half the time. The show is a shell of its former self. Gregg is talented and eventually will be booted from the show so that Patrick can takeover and talk politics the entire time, which is what the NFL really wants.

I was a long time listener of Around the NFL. The other members of the cast, that are no longer there, brought a lot of personality and great analysis. This show gives some analysis but really lacks depth and life. It’s a struggle to listen to.

I love the Sunday recap show. Greg was the best and most insightful of the original Heroes. But the daily content is hard to get excited about. 3 stars for great Sunday content and 1 extra star in hopes that the daily content gets better.

This show feels flat. Miss the original and no longer seek out every new podcast drop.

Gregg is fine, but more of a typical analyst. Dan is the funniest person in NFL media coverage, and Marc is the most unique. Follow them over to Heed the Call podcast.

This is the show. You better hope you like one of Gregg’s pet teams, otherwise just wait for the pithy comments that offer no insight or analysis.

Gregg R is a terrible podcast host. The other two hosts carried him in the ATN Era and he’s just fallen flat on his face. He knows nothing of football. I’m disappointed I wasted my time
