    Drinking noises.........
    I have to say I found this podcast a little over a month ago and I’ve been listening to it all day work. There’s a wealth of information from people who specialize in their fields and the podcast is extremely informative. HOWEVER, Some episodes I have to stop listening to because the noise from the host swallowing in the mic drives me absolutely mad. It’s like someone eating popcorn next to you at the theater or eating candy out of plastic bags. It’s so distracting and i just wish he would either mute the mic until he talks, or move away from the mic before he drinks. It’s unfortunate that I’ve missed the information in some episodes because it’s distracting and it just drives me nuts. Specifically the episode with Dane Johnson on ulcerative colitis and crohns. Stu is drinking while he’s talking and it’s like he’s got the mic right on his throat and you hear the graveling swallowing multiple times. I had to stop the episode. It’s happened a handful of other times but on a lighter scale. Anyway. Hopefully it can be address as I love the information and the guests.

    Just listened to 2016 interview and remembering the great work and thoughts that Chris has for daily living. I attended several meditation sessions with Chris in 2015 and 2016 and had the best experience ever! He’s awesome!

    Holy Thought Bombs, Batman!
    Listened to the Dr. Joe Dispenza interview with hosts Guy Lawrence and Stuart Cooke. Wow. There were so many thought bombs lobbed between my ears, I couldn't write them down fast enough. And then listened to the interview w/Dr. Jeffery Fannin and it has double the writer-downers (it's so important you should write it down) of the first podcast I listened to. Definitely subscribed and highly recommended!

    What a great way to pick up some very clear information on good diet and what to eat! The podcast with Nina Teicholz on dietary fat was a revalation....everything I've been taught or read my entire life on good fat/bad fat has been upended. So well explained and backed up. More, more, more...

    Im an Aussie mum of 4 daughters who has been living in Singapore for 8 years. I saw that a couple of friends had “liked” the 180 Nutrition page of FB & that you were posting some good info. I got adrenal fatigue late last year (4 young kids, crosscutting 5 days per week, squad swimming 2 days a week, stress etc) created the perfect storm & I was told by my dr to slow down. One of the ways I’ve slowed down is by doing yoga & taking daily walks. Discovered your pocasts after getting into Ben Greenfield & Shawn Stevenson but find yours much more relatable. I’m in Sydney this weekend for a friend’s 40th & have ordered some of your protein bars & powder to use on the flight back to Singapore instead of Scoot’s awful food! My only criticism is probably the sound quality - I think the big guys in the US are probably in flashy studios recording their podcasts & you guys probably don’t have the budget for that! But other than that - I’ve been going though your back catalogue & taking in everything! Cant wait to go for my daily walks to listen! Keep up the great work!

    Sound advice
    This podcast delivers terrific discussions on nutrition with interesting and informed guests, by hosts who ask all the right questions. However, the sound quality is really poor. The voices vary from barely audible to deafening. I find I have to constantly play with the volume to keep the discussion at a comfortable volume. I often have to "rewind" to hear “quiet” sections I have missed and in the same podcast the volume can be uncomfortably loud for short periods. This makes the podcast very difficult to listen to whilst you are doing anything else. Guys, please pay attention to your sound quality as it really detracts from the ability to enjoy and learn from your great content.

    I enjoyed listening to the podcast that had Nora Gedgaudas on the show. The only problem I have was that someone on the podcast (not Nora) was drinking. I listen to these podcasts with my ear buds in. So I have to tell you that I can’t stand hearing someone make to sound of drinking fluid right in my ear. Seems kinda like a no no for someone holding a podcast.

    I enjoy the show. VERY informative.....however, the sound/mics seem to go in and out....the quality of the sound needs improvements. Overall, the show is excellent and very informatvie.....
