Jak4202000To much political talkUnsubscribing. More fight talk less politics.

nobodysiphoneGo Woke, Go BrokeDo you enjoy two white middle aged men in Montana using their white privilege to complain about...white privilege? Do you enjoy being condescended to by two white middle aged men unable to find gainful, meaningful, productive employment? Do you enjoy tuning into an MMA podcast to be lectured to about left wing talking points? Yea, neither do I. Which is why after all these years, I’ve tapped out. As have most other listeners. And advertisers. And MMA websites that will no longer employ these two pathetic neckbeard wimps. Too bad we can’t get a podcast with the boyfriends of these two cuckold’s wives. Cry harder.

Denny27Downhill slideThis show used to be an excellent show. It’s gone downhill in recent years. They make it a point to read emails complaining about fighter pay which it appears the only one’s complaining are not the fighters themselves. Their holier than art thou attitude has become unbearable. They believe their political view is the only sane view in the world and make fun of anyone that has opposing views. Even ones who speak out against human trafficking. The 25% of the show where they talk about the fights is still very good. If you can get past the politics and horrible music.

jeikenatorSomething UniqueThe unfettered discourse on this podcast is the best thing about Mondays and has helped me keep my MMA fandom alive in a time when I have not enjoyed 99 percent of the podcasts or shows that will not criticize any of the power players at risk of losing access or favor. They’re real funny as well.

SaurbaneAn MMA Podcast That Doesn’t Make You Feel BadDo you find yourself at an MMA event, or watching one at a bar, and wonder why in the world most of the other fans are the way they are? Do you hesitate to talk about MMA with people for fear they will try to give you cryptocurrency advice, or start talking about how Andrew Tate “makes a lot of sense actually”? THIS PODCAST IS FOR YOU. Chad and Ben offer unfettered discourse that doesn’t pander to Ol’ Tomato Head or try to rationalize hanging out with war criminals, which is refreshing in the landscape of MMA fandom these days.

mrjonesv2Tip for the well rounded fight fanThis is the only podcast I listen to regularly. I used to love MMA and now it’s a little different, but still recognizable as the sport I fell in love with. It’s awesome having people who recognize and acknowledge those same flaws (unfettered, might I add), while still enjoying the in cage action. Also, the comaniacs are the best fan base in sports. Just a delightful group of humans.

Samuel.l.ipsomFun show!I’ve listened to just about every MMA podcast worth listening to and this one has something that genuinely makes me laugh every episode. Love them or hate them, they are funny and entertaining. If you don’t like them you don’t have to listen.

xxDarkhorse06xx70% Virtue Signaling + 30% MMA = Not Good EnoughThese guys were great until Chad Dundas began tethering his far left viewpoint to every single (completely unrelated) MMA topic discussed. I’ve loved these guys since their CagePotato days and was a premier Patreon patrons for years until they became persistently political. Neither seemed to mind they were alienating half their audience and boring all their audience. When platitudes like “using our platform to foment change” and “social responsibility” began creeping into the podcast I knew the end was near. At least Ben Fowlkes pulled back a bit but Chad started picking up his slack. The last straw for me was when they reviewed the movie The 13th Warrior. Ben loved the fight scenes and general badassery but Debbie Downer Chad, nest tears, described the movie as an allegory for “white privilege” encroaching on a peaceful migratory people similar to the American Indian. I bounced 10 minutes later. Can’t be pals with complete wimps looking for social brownie points.

Loves MMAGreat podcast but too politicalI’ve listened to this podcast for quite awhile and they both know their mma. This is a solid mma podcast. However what Chad and Ben don’t realize is that people watch sports to avoid politics and the drama in the news. Sadly Chad and Ben have made it clear almost every single show that they are hardcore liberals(democrats) and they think everyone else is a complete fool. They find every opportunity to mock and tear down any mma fighter who holds and expresses conservative thoughts. They used to find any opportunity to make fun of President Trump. Ben and chad should remember that ~50% of Americans are republicans. They’re also about 50% of the people that listen to this podcast. They are mma fans who listen to this podcast to hear about MMA - not the personal political criticisms that these hosts want. If you want a straight mma podcast - this isn’t the one for you.

icantfightVaccinePro vaccine mandate is a mood killer for me. Personally I’d rather you guys talk about mma. That’s what I tuned in for.
-
Josh406MMA commentary at its bestDoing a great job of representing the state of Montana with their wit and humor. My favorite podcast each week.
-
J zzzThey only live to get radical…These guys sound smart…. and hot… great job :)
-
Saba RIt’s 4:59 pm on a MondayAnd I’m leaving this review because my weekly fix of the Co Main Event Podcast has yet to be met. First, this is the best podcast (or forum for unfettered discourse) in the history of podcasts and second, stop slacking and post this weeks so I can mindlessly listen to it while I unpack.
-
TC826Awesome MMA PodcastChad and Ben give great insights into the mma world, and they’re hilarious. Definitely worth checking out if you’re even remotely interested in mma
-
mattvalloUsed to be greatNot everything is political. Can we at least enjoy the fights without all the virtue signaling and sjw fanfare. Used to be great. Now it’s msnbc with an occasional fight reference.
-
cwrichSimply the bestI’ll level with you. I haven’t watched MMA consistently since around 2015. I went from watching every event and every pay per view to maybe watching 2-3 fight cards per year. So, how good is this podcast? I still listen to every episode. Every week. I’ve followed both of these guys since their time at Cagepotato and am happy they are still doing great work. I may not love MMA like I used to, but this show is as good as it gets when it comes to sports-based podcasts.

PlainOatmealA tumultuous decline.Unfortunately I am no longer able to get any enjoyment from listening to this podcast. What used to be a focused discussion on the MMA news of the week, has now turned into an SPV to feed the hosts’ ego. Chad Dundas, a disgraced MMA journalist and aspiring novelist, has clearly lost his passion for the sport. This show is hosted by two middle aged men that are unable to understand the MMA personalities of today. The podcast was formerly centered around a focused discussion. Now the majority of it is feckless banter, feeble attempts at humor, and an endless sales pitch for premium content on patreon. These men have put themselves on a pedestal. They orate at us from their ivory tower. Refer to their fans as “little comaniacs”, and call certain fighters “adorable”. So after nearly 9 years, I have had to unsubscribe.

Nathan guytonGreat podcastSuch good back and forth with Ben and Chad. Love this podcast and love you guys :)
-
Street Walking Cheetah ChromeSimply the bestYou’d think I’d get sick of listening to Ben and Chad talk, since I’ve been listening to 3-4 CME podcasts per week for as long as I can remember at this point. But, I’ve got to tell you, I still look forward to each episode. AND, if you’re part of the Patreon crew, you get to mix up the MMA banter with book and movie club fun. Run, don’t walk, to your nearest Patreon and subscribe to these guys (unless you have a pile of trash knee like me —> in that case, leisurely stroll with a purpose).

Bran L KFun and funny MMA podcastHighly recommended!

jahwoofSo goodAs a fairly intelligent, sensitive dude that also craves fistic violence, I love this podcast. Chad and Ben are a necessary substitute for the good MMA watching buddies lacking in my life. With them it’s always big laughs, good people, great news and analysis. Pay a few bucks on Patreon and you can get way more content, too. Wouldn’t miss an episode.
-
max34One dude is ok, the other is a professional comedianChad is pretty lucky to have Ben Fowlkes as a friend. Ben easily could go into stand up comedy. Any topic- he is just hilarious!
-
T-nut68The best MMA podcast available right nowI listen every week.
-
JPK from Steeler CountryA fun listenTwo normal guys telling it with humor. They don’t take themselves too seriously and definitely keep it real as child drama and Ben’s hockey exploits sneak into the conversation during the MMA banter.
-
cantoxxxixFavorite MMA podcastBen & Chad are hilarious. I like the podcast so much that I signed up for their Patreon to get more.
-
B-PieceMy favoriteThis is my go to podcast. Hilarious and they know their mma. I’m also a Patreon fan and the extra content is awesome

zoos47UnsubscribeCompliments to these guys, fun and clever... easily the best MMA podcasters. But its just too much hate toward Dana white and UFC leadership. I can understand some criticism, but these guys are obviously getting jaded. Just too much. I’m done

the real pat batemanCheck it out!!Love this podcast!! It’s a weekly treasure.
-
b showers 19888Master tweet theatre is awesomeMMA fans and fighters get a bad rap for being Neanderthals but chad and Ben dispel this myth. This podcast is funny thoughtful and informative. Ben and chad also do a great job of poking fun of themselves and the absurd sport of mma.
-
MrErcMKeep breaking those solemn vows!Amazing podcast. Great format, great chemistry, and totally unfettered discourse. The Dundas Fowlkes experiment is a success. They chop it up like the pros they are.
-
scrambletwoBest Podcast Out There (MMA or otherwise)These guys have been making Mondays better for a long time, and have now expanded into additional — but consistently awesome — content offerings. An absolute must subscribe podcast.
-
dluhTHE BEST and it’s not closeI would listen to Folkes and Dundas talk about anything really. Their chemistry is unmatched and this is the best podcast of any genre period. PERIOD yo. If ya bois ever decide to quit the game, I’m throwing my smartphone in da gahbij.
-
Danmack34The chemistry is keyIf you can't tell by listening to one show the CME is one of the greats ! The chemistry between Chad and Ben is both comical and knowledgeable when breaking down the finer points of Fisticuffs.
-

BuddylampFunny. Insightful.Listened to my first episode today. These guys are hi- larious. I like their banter and I like that they "talk real". The format of the show is cool too. I really enjoyed the episodes just before Jones-Gusstafson.
-
ruralmurderBest Christmas special ever!Genius.
-
Jay realzGreat show and keep it that way.Long time listener and enjoy the show BUT PLEASE STOP INVITING US TO UNSUBSCRIBE!!!! We understand that it’s easy to unsubscribe and it was cool the first 20 times I heard it but not a smart strategy for someone who want to retain listeners. Subconsciously you’ll detour people from this podcast. Otherwise I enjoy the show.
-
FrttgkekSuperThis podcast is great all around. It’s a great way to catch up on MMA and is funny too.
