    Favorite show on the air!
I never listened to sports radio until my friend Sierra relentlessly badgered me to give “Bump and Stacy” a listen. Glad she did. Bump has an effortless cool, Curtis is a sports savant, and Stacy has the charm and humor to make every show enjoyable. Even if she’s got some questionable takes, Stacy has a fan for life.

    Just not good. Unfortunately
I really wanted to like Bump and Stacy, but after giving it many chances, I can confidently say it’s just not a great sports talk show. The discussions often feel surface-level, with little real insight or analysis beyond the obvious talking points. Bump brings some good energy, but his breakdowns can be redundant, and he tends to repeat the same phrases without adding much depth. Stacy tries to keep the show moving, but the chemistry between the two feels forced at times, and their conversations rarely offer anything new for dedicated Seattle sports fans. To make things worse, the show relies heavily on cliches, and the banter can sometimes feel awkward rather than engaging. If you’re looking for truly insightful sports analysis or strong debates, there are better options out there. Overall, Bump and Stacy feels like background noise rather than must-listen content. I’d recommend checking out other Seattle sports shows if you want deeper discussions and better chemistry

    Bummer
Welp, I’m out on Bump and Stacy. I was starting to like them way more than Brock and Salk (especially Salk) but their complete misunderstanding of how and why Title IX works and the fact that the Department of Education is NOT the NCAA was beyond disappointing. If you don’t understand an important sports topic to this extent, then either interview an expert or just don’t bring it up. But please don’t spread ill-informed opinions that aren’t based on reality. It’s a disservice to your listeners.

Love Stacy, professional analysis, in depth knowledge and a refreshing viewpoint for sports talk. Love her, “three things”. 👍

    Peanut butter and jelly
Peanut butter is great, jam is wonderful, but what’s ever better? No, not a peanut butter and jelly, Bump and Stacy.

    Love Stacey
Love Stacy Rost. She is smart and funny. Her Patrick Mahomes imitation is dead on and funny. Listening to her is like having a friend in the car talking to me. Bump is great. Even though he is a Coug I like him. He brings a great perspective to the show. Keep up the great work

If you like being treated like a stupid child…
Bump and Stacy, the program where the hosts act like a married couple always agreeing on every topic to act as a united front against their listeners, who they treat as dumb children. On this program the listeners feelings and opinions are always wrong, if they disagree with the hosts. Any nuanced opinions are ignored as being too cumbersome to acknowledge. Only knee-jerk single sentence texts allowed. All the better to reinforce the idea that their audience is always wrong and deserving of constant condescension.

Fresher then other shows on network
If you don’t want to hear an ornery man that’s out of touch and should have a music show instead of sports then you came to the right place. Home of the fresh takes that don’t make athletes like Richard Sherman come on as a guest just to roast you. The best show on Seattle Sports!!!!! Bump & Stacy > Salk.

5 Star Show! Get off my dang lawn!
I love the show, I listen everyday. You guys are amazing people and the content is both insightful and fun. I finally wrote a review because of Bump’s get off my lawn segment. Keep that going. I also really enjoy Stacy’s headline rewrites. But the whole show is fire. Keep it up.

    Fresh Air
Stacy Rost is a breath of fresh air and Bump is so personable and (obviously) knowledgeable. Plus, they have great chemistry. Everything you want in afternoon sports radio.

    Belated Shout Out To Geno
Love the show, I have moved away from the great state of Washington so it is fantastic to listen and catch up when possible…….also, we were brutal on Geno when he had that sack for a really bad loss of yards weeks ago. I am a Russell Wilson fan, but he did that to us like 5 times every game. Anywho, Geno is playing beyond expectations (and very very good!) as well as every other position group-great coaching and great show! Thanks again

There is definitely some awkward tension between the hosts. Wouldn’t be surprised to see something go down. Stacey can be very annoying at times when she goes off script and Bump talks about golf (not a sport) way too much.

    Great mid day show
Bump and Stacy have great chemistry and share a fun, informative, and thought provoking view of all things Seattle sports. Keep killing the game you two - special shout out to Curtis you rock.

    Yeah Bump!!
All is good except for loser Stacy. She constantly lies! Boyfriend Brian? Nope! Idiot pizza commercials. Only pay $14.99 for a ONE topping pizza?? No one pays that much! Especially on Stacy’s recommendation! She never brings donuts either or wears blue!! She’d last 1/2 a day as my friend or roommate!

    Great show
Michael, Stacy, Curtis, and company put on a great show. Listening to their commentary makes me smarter and it’s always entertaining! Oh, and that was a good question, Stacy, a very good question.

    5 ⭐️ - for a variety of reasons
Like Julio I’m gonna violently swing for the fences… Stacy’s food tastes are just fine…mkay Stacy’s cali vacation recommendations are suspect. Bump is a Lakers fanboy. Curtis is NOT a fan of the classic bias of the coast on the east.. or something like that. For a variety of reasons, this is by far the best sports talk radio show in the town, right Stacy? For a variety of reasons… Because senior Bumpus married a Latina we get to hear his accento on the daily, which is pretty much “mo betta” than most gringos. Anyways, I can go on about this, that and the 3rd but it’s Tuesday tomorrow and I gotta go find me something teal to forget to wear…Stace! Lastly - Go Cougs!

    Real Radio
Love me some Bump & Stacy! I’ve met both of them at charity events and Bump was there when I had the honor to raise the 12th Man Flag to kick off the Blue Pride Fan Tour a few years ago. I’d been listening to Stacy for years, but when the chair next to her came open last year, I told my friends “wouldn’t it be awesome if they landed Michael Bumpus to pair with her?” A week later, it was reality! I love my Hawks, M’s, Kraken, Sounders et al. Bump is legit and Stacy is a lovely human. Both are Great Seattle Sports Fans who share their passion for sports on air. I Can’t wait to hear them share some news and enjoy the positive energy this show delivers every day! Charlie from e-Burg (formerly Charlie from Brier)

    Great Radio
As a diehard 12 in NJ, Bump and Stacy are easily my go to on Apple Podcasts. Knowledgeable, loose, and hilarious. Always looking to see what they have to say everyday. Keep it up!

Good show | Can be biased toward alma-maters
I like the show and hosts. They are enthusiastic and typically have realistic takes on WA State teams. The hosts are former UW and WA State alum, so I don’t expect love regarding GU basketball, but respect would be appreciated. Example: FL Atlantic is a great story and they acknowledge the weak conference, but hey they went 31-3 so this team is really good. All true, yet the only comment about your home state school from a small conference who consistently receives criticism nationally is…they disappointed again and need to step up their program. Really? GU was doing it long before the transfer portal. If you guys could only take off the purple and red hats long enough be as objective about GU. I suppose the ratings drive things, so the disrespect plays into that. Would just be nice to not get that in your home state.

Stacy is great, Bump needs to be replaced, maybe with KJ
I would love to hear “Stacy and KJ” every weekday. Stacy is super smart, energized, and positive. The show is almost worth listening to because of her. Unfortunately, Bump drags down the level of the show. He’s too full of himself and has tiresome opinions. He’s not terrible, but not very clever or likeable either.

    Fantastic
This is my go to podcast! Bump, Stacy, and Curtis have great insight on Seattle sports and are very relatable. I look forward to this show everyday. Go Hawks!

    A Daily Listeb
Bump is an energetic and smart analyst, Stacie is the best host 710’s ever had (except for her god-awful food takes), and Curtis should have his own show. Also, headline rewrites is laugh-out-loud quality every day. Bars.

    Always Entertaining
Are you not entertained? How are you not entertained? These two are radio gold. What more could we ask for from a self stated PB&J and a turkey cran sandwich on the radio waves? They blend an always clever/witty brand of comedy with thoughtful takes on the modern sports world. Listening to this show while cleaning the house has never failed to bring joy. Sometimes, I even get more done when Stace gets mad because it feels like you’re actually in trouble. The feels of this show are real. Get yourself some of this goodness and brighten your day.

    Exceptional
Bump and Stacy are great together, like a brother and sister. Stacy gets bonus points; good looking and “Angelo’s” in Burien, one of her favorite restaurants. Henry

The Bump and Stacy show is the best 4 hours of sports radio, period. The only reason I ever want to get in my car between 10-2. Thanks guys keep killing it! Come have dinner at Matt’s in the Market or Radiator Whiskey anytime, my treat!

    Awesome show
We love you Stacy, don’t let the haters get you down. Feels like you get a lot of undue flak and criticism going back to the Tom Jake and Stacy days (including from a certain one of those co-hosts) and I’ve always appreciated your contributions to the discourse in the Seattle sports scene. You’re a great host and, seemingly, an even better person; if people want to take shots at your job performance, there’s still nothing they can say about your professionalism and uplifting atmosphere you bring to the airwaves every day.

    Stacy is a Star
When Jake left I was a bit worried the show might struggle. What I learned is that Stacy is an absolute star and can gel with anyone. It’s my fav sports show in Seattle. She is delightful and extremely respectful and has grown so much. To the review below who outlined a list of negative things about Stacy, you’re so wrong. Sorry you don’t see it. Just keep being you Stacy. -Nelson (long time listener and caller)

Fun show ! It’s like listening to close friends
This is such a fun show to listen to! Since Bump has come on, it’s really gotten better. He and Stacy gel really well. Listening to them debate reminds me of my friends and I talking about sports. It’s animated, use emotion when logic doesn’t support our argument, it’s funny, admit when one loses, and gloat when one wins 😁 I recommend this show / podcast for anyone who is looking for an enjoyable & entertaining listen!

    Stacy has jumped the shark
For many years and through many staff changes I have been in the habit of listening to Seattle Sports at my desk during the work day. Stacy has finally driven me to break that habit. I can’t take it any longer. She is so needy for attention that she regularly interrupts/talks over her cohost “SHOUT OUT JENNIFER BUMPUS” and guests, she loses her train of thought several times per show because she’s distracted by the text messages coming in (and will readily abandon whatever topic she’s on to discuss personal attacks on her via the text line), and she rarely constructs an argument based on anything beyond information that can be gleaned from browsing the headlines at ESPN.com (or often not even that). I can’t remember the last time I learned something from Stacy (that didn’t have to do with her scholastic achievements or a Netflix reality series). She will ask guests a question, and rather than allowing them to answer, she’ll spend 30 seconds answering it herself before creating space for them to speak. I tried to stick it out, challenging myself that perhaps I was being too tough on her because she’s a woman and that’s less familiar in this context, but I can confidently say that gender is not affecting my opinion here. It’s clear that Stacy is more interested in presenting herself as the product than news or analysis on local sports. I think Curtis is a national treasure and Bump is great at his job and I will miss hearing each of them.

    Great show
Great show, I always get a laugh or two. Great hosts (including Curtis). My only beef is that it should be called the Stacy and Bump show

    Follow your Dreams
Like a John Hughes movie, she was the pretty, popular girl and I was the awkward 1980s teen. She could’ve led any clique, scoffed at anyone she deemed “lesser” and no one would’ve questioned it. But she was no cliché. She was sweet and kind to everyone, with a smile that could end war. Our senior year, we had most of our classes together and even became friendly, greeting each other daily, rolling our eyes at teachers’ attempts to scold and discussing plans for the future. I loved it. I loved every moment of it. All of my fantasies to the contrary, however, not once did it occur to me that an affection, attraction even, could be mutual. Why would it? She could be with anyone. On the last day of school, she asked me what I’d be doing for the summer. I have no idea what I said but what I do remember, what’s been burned in my memory since, is her response. “We should hang out before you leave for college.” All I could think was “What could she mean? Is this a trick?” There wasn’t a single disingenuous thing about her but someone like me had learned to put up defenses. I didn’t know how to take her comment at face value. I panicked and fled. I didn’t see her at all that summer. In fact, I didn’t see her again until our 30-year high school reunion, last July. She looked the same, lovelier even, if that’s possible. And as kind as ever. As she showed me pictures of her 3 kids and her husband, a civil engineer with an unmistakeable resemblance to the reflection in my mirror, she confessed the thing that both elated and destroyed me. “You know, I had a big crush…” You can guess the rest. I’m in no position to give advice but I will say this. Even if it scares you, follow your dreams, kids. Follow them as though you have nothing to lose. Like Bump and Stacy did. They do amazing work. Five stars. :)

    Seriously, sounds weird.
I listened on 2x speed and they sound super weird. So I listened at 1/2x and they still sounded weird. I’ll keep listening to different speeds and let you know when they don’t sound weird. So far, not promising. 5 stars. Big ups to Brian. 🥼🚀🍤

    Not a podcast
5 stars, even though this is a replay of a radio show and not a podcast. Bump, Stacey and CRog are smart, funny and knowledgeable.
