Robert and Russell are two of the best in the real estate world. I love the fact you all bring in experts, but hearing from you guys, more often would be great. The two of you have the ability to tell us how it is, while being optimistic. I know you two probably don’t think of yourselves as motivational speakers. But to me this is one of your major strengths. I need more of you talking about mindset and all of the other emotional stuff while blending in the education that you all provide.

Brad Sumrok exposed as charlatan

Wall Street Journal article May 23, 2022 exposes frequent guest Brad Sumrok AKA “APT KING” as a charlatan. Reflects badly on a otherwise informative show. The Real Estate Guys should be more careful who they associate with peddling bad investment.

Dooms Day Preppers

I used to enjoy listening to this podcast. Robert and Russell have morphed into Dooms day peppers. They used to give non bias info but constantly bring on old kooks saying how America is terrible. They are trying to use scare tactics to keep them and their guest pockets full. I’m sure they will have a canning episode, a candle making show and a bunker prep 101 summit at sea in the near future. They should take their own advice and flee America, go live on a coffee farm maintained by local poor people.

really enjoying your podcast lately, and I particularly loved the episode with Peter Schiff. His discussion on the current state of the economy was really eye-opening, and it's something that I've been thinking about a lot lately. The Ukraine and Russia issue is a perfect example of how global economic problems can have a direct impact on our everyday lives. I personally feel the effects of the crisis through higher oil prices, and it's something that's on everyone's mind. It was indeed great to hear such a wide-ranging discussion on the issue, and I'm looking forward to hearing more from you and your future guests.Thank you for continuing to produce such informative and engaging content!

This podcast is unique and tremendously valuable. No hype and solid facts about all things RE

The RE Guys are a must listen to. They provide information that is balanced and free from hype. They discuss the pros of cons of their topics and practical advice on how to execute. I’m 30 years old and it seems too many people my age just want to subscribe to the ‘hype’ of RE and take zero action. This show isn’t that. Thanks for all the information and content you put out!

This podcast is gambling that they’ll fit in x amount of commercials and listeners will stay tuned in. It’s probably why they’re not the front runners in finance/economic related podcasts. I will say that the information is useful. You just need to decide if you can put up with the advertisements.

Although I respect the hosts of the podcast. The podcast it’s self isn’t focused enough to keep listening. It’s just too many advertisements and banter. In one hour episodes 20 minutes could easily be cut out.

Great Content, But WAY too many ads

I really like the content, but I've never seen this many ads on any podcast before. Please guys, cut the ads back to just at the beginning or end instead of all the way through. It's extremely frustrating to listen to so many ads. You have great content but it gets lost in all the ads. Please, please, please cut back some of the ads so we can actually enjoy the content.
