Love this podcast - offers lots of great insight into how a film is the way it is from two great perspectives. I’ve learned a lot about films I haven’t seen in ages and films I need to watch.

Dan and Jared are fantastic to listen to! The podcast is great. Whether you’re on a walk, mowing the lawn or just kicking back with a drink, sit back and listen as they dive deep into some of their favorite films.

I discovered this show a few weeks ago with its Jaws episode and have been voraciously consuming the back catalog ever since. In a sea of film podcasts it’s hard to find one that stands out, but the conversations Dan and Jared have are more thoughtful and entertaining than a lot of the shows out there. Their guests are awesome and always bring even more fun and knowledge to the show. After only a few episodes I knew the show was going to bump something else from my podcast rotation. I highly recommend you give it a listen.

The premise of this show is perfect to generate interesting discussions of films that thrill some but not others and why. Easy recommendation and the hosts are very engaging.

I’ve listened to a lot of film podcasts over the years and the chemistry between the two and how much energy they bring into. The podcast is hard to not appreciate.

I love a podcast that feels like hanging out with a couple of friends, and that’s exactly what Concessions accomplishes. I feel like the friend who doesn’t know much about movies but is just happy to sit back and listen to two buds talk about the thing they’re passionate about. Looking forward to watching along with the pod!
