    Total faith in SCPD???
What about the 14 year gap in the investigation? Guess you're NOT from Suffolk County…I agree with the other reviewer I wouldn’t have the daughter babysit my pet rock. This podcast is an insult to the victims and supports the corruption that allowed the decade plus stall on the investigation and let this monster go free. Stopping gleaning other’s reporting and more importantly STOP victimizing the victims.

    Too many ads
Ok, just to let everyone know, this is not actually an original podcast. Each little episode is clipped from his other shows. These are generally 5 minutes of episode and 6-10 minutes of ads. Also they clip the weekend episodes that repeat everything from the week so it’s the exact same thing again. This guy is an old morning shock-type joc that just never got over it. Don’t bother.

    Same episodes over and over!
They just name it something different and even the ad free version has ads. Just not an unbearable amount. Good premise, real bad execution

    It’s like spam
Crowds out any true crime search I do. And John Ray’s finding we’re not unfounded. Bet you wouldn’t have Victoria or Asa babysit your child
  • Coco520
    This guy is trash
He uses horrible language to describe the victims … yes victims… keeps referring to the women as “hookers” dehumanizing them. He’s a complete douche and shouldn’t have a platform. There are much much better podcast about LISK by people who have empathy and show respect towards victims. No integrity.

Great for updates but entirely way too many ads.
I like this podcast for updates but way too many ads. Very unfortunate for such a good podcast. 5% podcast 95% ads.
  • Wondercat3
    such disrespect to the victims
too many ads. Hosts say sex worker instead of murder victim. The hosts have no empathy for the victims of this horrible person. Rex, if anyone hasn’t found LISK podcast go check that out. It’s so much better.

    Many ads

Nov 16 episode re: Rodney Harrison resigns
I do enjoy your guests, and discussions you have re: victims of crime, their families and loved ones, etc. However, in your Nov 16 episode with former FBI Jennifer Coffindafer, you both speculated as to why Rodney Harrison resigned. I'm VERY surprised that neither of you included the recent Suffolk County election for a new County Executive, as a reason for his resignation. Even prior the election held last week, there were rumblings about his possible resignation... and why? Because when a new County Executive is elected in Suffolk County, that new Exec typically appoints their own Police Commissioner. It's very political. I learned about political appointments in NY a long time ago by watching news clips, listening to podcast series (James Burke, etc.), and viewing current YouTube content creators who are retired NY police. I'm just a retired teacher in Oregon, all the way across the country. If can inform myself by reading current events, I'd think you and Coffindaffer would be able to as well... before publishing your episode. I'll continue to listen to your podcast, I'm just a bit disappointed... mostly in Coffindafer b/c she knows how to do her homework.

    Bleh
They insist on calling the victims “sex workers” which is really insulting. They were a lot more than just that. They were someone’s daughters and mothers and significant others. 💔 Their uncaring discussions of them as well as the suspects family is so distasteful. Beyond that over 1/2 of the episodes are adds unless you pay for their subscription….

    Bad host
The host is disrespectful and it’s very obvious that he has no idea what he’s talking about. Episode some selves are very short which is fine. Is he offered any sort of new information. It seems like they repeat the same information episode after episode after episode. Plus, the majority of the episode is ridiculous ads. Not worth the time there are way more podcast that give you information in a respectful manner.

    Pointless podcast
Way too many ads and all they do is repeat the same things over and over again and brand it as a new episode. 4-5 new episodes a day but never any new information. Where as other pod casts will have a new episode every week or two with loads of new info. Check out LISK podcast

    WAYYYY TOO MANY ADS
So annoying. Way more ad time than information. Im done with this podcast.
  • flowerfarmerAllie
Oof! Disrespectful and so many ads.
Continuously choosing to NOT use the term “sex worker” is horrifying. Hosts must show more empathy. They do have updates and experts speak on occasion, but you have to weed through so much speculation and an absolutely absurd amount of ads.
  • NickasaurusRexx
    Yuck
Host loves to crassly throw around the term “hooker” when referring to homicide victims and play moral authority over lifestyle choices, etc. Additionally, pretty poor speculative content and endless ads

    Too many ads
So. Many. Ads. And there is no way I'll pay $5.99 a month too hear 10 minutes of content that seem to be the same questions daily. I only got through about 10 episodes, but I spend far more time forwarding through the ads than I do listening to content. Would be great and I would pay $5.99 for ad free if it were an hour long podcast.

    Their cats? Please!
Too many ads and too much talk about their cats! It was beyond annoying.
  • PMPSY
    Really enjoyed it until…..
….they talked to the family lawyer and the suggestion that because a family is “weird” that they might be involved in crimes.
  • PodcastListener514
    Too Many Ads
Why so many ads?! It’ll be a 15 minute episode and only 3 minutes are actual content. I like the quick hit episodes but spend more time fast forwarding ads it’s almost not worth it
  • MagoFantastico
    Too many commercials
If I have to listen to Bumble and Bumble Seaweed Collection commercial one more time, I’m gonna scream. I really want the info, but commercials dominate 5 of the 8 minutes of broadcast

Too many commercials and side bar conversations
I’m sorry but Stacey is annoying.

If your going to quote someone you should put in the whole statement not use part of it to support your spin. When AE said her children were crying themselves to sleep she immediately followed it by saying they aren’t children, they are grown adults but they are her children. How anyone can comment on her current experience , thoughts, statements or whether or not she should have known is so low and absurd unless they have experienced it. Why not just keep the family out of it rather than make disparaging comments and assumptions and then say you’re not trying to be disparaging. Less ads more facts and more responsible reporting is available to listeners elsewhere.
  • AllaboutMaura999
Omg the same ads and no real updates
Not enough content to be a podcast!
  • VAFJ
    Too many ads
I want to hear about the facts of what is going on with this case. However, I have never heard so many ads in each episode than I have with this podcast. 5% of actual content and 95% all ads. Hopefully this can change. I don’t mind ads, just not almost a whole episode’s worth of ads.
  • kellyjogal
    Ads mostly
Loud long repetitive ads blasting in my ear. Ugh.
  • erminiver
    Lousy
Yak yak yak topped off with mega commercials and no close to the show. I’m done.
  • Ninasacc
    Ads, repeated, over and over
This podcast, as well as many others within the network appear to be splices of content from longer form shows that relate to the podcast subject. I will download a 12 minute episode, but it will be 10 minutes of ads, making it a 2 minute “episode”. A sound-byte is not enough and the host(s) often come off as insensitive. Leaving a review in hopes that it changes as I do like having the focused topics. Even worse: the 10 minutes of ads is the same as OVER AND OVER AND OVER. It does the opposite creating a negative response to the paid sponsor. At the end of each week I am flooded with “recap” episodes which are just the same episodes reposted. Very spammy.
  • The Arioto
Stick to the Facts and Lessen the Ads!
That’s it. Do that and this is a good pod. Half your show shouldn’t be ads. You should steer clear of off the wall speculation. Facts!
  • KL_83
    All speculation and shaming
The way this host repeatedly uses and really leans into outdated terms for the oldest profession, it genuinely feels like he’s trying to shame the perpetrator for having such low brow victims. The host may occasionally say that he feels bad for the victims and families, but the tone of the podcast is super disrespectful. It’s basically short, often inaccurate or speculative daily non-updates on the case where the host just makes fun of people. The perpetrator is vile because of his actions, you don’t have to make fun of fat body types or call his innocent (as far as we know) family haggard-looking. This seems like a poorly conceived and poorly informed cash grab podcast for rubberneckers.
  • ACW21
    Hosts are crass
The hosts are crass and disrespectful in the way they speak about the victims. Unfortunately they are the only podcast I can find giving daily updates. And the ADS. More than half the episode is ads. It’s ridiculous. How many times can you play a Madison Reed ad in a row!?? This podcast will test the limits on that and you’ll get to see. 🙄

Maybe he was part of a ring to provide women to powerful New Yorkers??? You sound ridiculous. This is how rumors and misinformation starts. Put away the tin foil hats and stick to the facts.
