    Accurate guidance
I’m so happy I found this podcast to reconnect with my femenine body and follow an aligned diet and lifestyle that is not focused in men bodies.

    Love how candid everything is
I’ve followed Aggies transformation over the years and it is so incredibly appreciated all that she shares atm. Being a woman who has struggled to lose weight over the years and have tried everything under the sun, finding a place to feel listened to and seen has been a breath of fresh air. Her podcast is full of love, laughter and life lessons in the best topics and the most candid way! It’s great to have a place to turn to and feel like you can say “Ah, I’m not alone.” Thank you Aggie for all that you put out into the world and the difference it makes. ❣️ Some reviews here show criticism, but honestly, the fact that Aggie isn’t perfect and is candid about her journey and growth it’s truly one of the main reasons why I appreciate her and this podcast so much.

    Biohacking Bestie: Female Focus
I’ve been following bio hacking protocols for years, but Aggie is one of the first “influencers” to hone in on tailoring the bio hacking movement to women & our specific needs. I enjoy her content across a variety of platforms, and found her podcasts to be helpful. Aggie, please continue to spearhead this movement & provide valuable information for all your besties! Would love to read & hear more specific information related to recommended supplements and protocols with dosages/timing 🤍

    I'm a 50/50
I want to love Aggie. I like her guests and her message. But it's hard to listen sometimes, I don't know if she realizes it but she interrupts people and then rambles on trying to connect with what the guest is saying. Maybe it's a reflection on something I need to work on within myself but to hear it happening makes me super aware and kinda like 😬 I hope she sees this as a feedback. But other than that I do like the guests and the information she is sharing.

What in the world was that guest’s rant?
Recent guests…er… We’re all for a solution to our common troubles at the end of the day. I am all for hearing different takes even if it’s uncomfortable for me, if it contributes something in a meaningful and encouraging way. What I’m not for, is entertaining guests outright blaming others, unresolved trauma using a public space to share hate, and using words like “they’re so sick” while the podcaster calls it edgy and frames it in a way like “don’t listen to this if you can’t handle it!” without calling for a solution, and without entertaining meanness ironically lol. There’s a solution to this, angry guest. And it will come when you can speak to the issues and where we can all fix things. An interesting suggestion if the podcaster wants to go this direction is to maybe include a solution-driven party of both sides to find possible solutions to the problems everyone faces, with the podcaster using her substantive previous content as a buffer/good listening. This was a strange veer, but at the end of the day it’s up to podcaster which direction they wanna go. I won’t be following any longer but I’ll gladly return if an unifying and meaningful ‘cast pops up, because her previous podcasts prior to this were meaningful in a way everyone could glean something from. Keep doing the good thangs!

    👎
I’ve enjoyed most of Aggie’s podcasts but the one with Emily Wilson has to be the worst one I’ve ever listened to. She would answer questions with rants that went on for way too long and never answered the question. I genuinely wanted to hear views and backup to her claims but just ended up turning it off because she was way too annoying.

    Lost focus
I love earlier episodes when she actually talks about health and biohacking, but her recent episodes and topics have veered away from actual biohacking.

    What every woman needs
Wow. Thank you Aggie! For sharing your wealth of knowledge, for helping women all over feel their best, for debunking societal norms & not conforming to the status quo. The information I receive just blows my mind & I’m so grateful someone is finally putting it all out there like this! I just bought your book & I am SO excited to really dive in.

    Talk less, listen more
Great topics and guests. I challenge the host to grow and allow your guests to fully speak and tell their story without your interruption/speaking over them and redirecting to your own experiences. I know it’s a way to relate, but please let your guests speak - quit interrupting. Let their story be their story without your commentary, and let the magic come forth 🩷

    Great info, audio needs balancing
I love the information in this podcast and learn so much when I tune in. Some episodes are hard to hear because the guest’s audio is poor. It sounds like the microphone is across the room from the guest. The episode with Vylanna was particularly hard to hear what she’s saying.

    Loving it
So much value and information. Came for the break up episode but loved all the content so much. Love biohacking and this is my new go-to podcast.
