I have been searching 4 a Jewish mindfulness app This is amazing!!

I saw the pause podcast on meaningful minute and I couldn’t wait to see what is was all about. so far these first two episodes were incredible and they were all about being present in this very moment and how we live in a very fast pace world and it can be hard to be mindful these days. Listening to this episode of living the presence was so incredibly helpful! I can’t wait to see what else the pause podcast has in store! Everyone should definitely give this a listen when they have the chance.
