I might go turkey hunting now
I enjoyed this 4 part series , I only hunted turkeys once and shoot a Jake . After this series I find myself consistently looking up in the timber as I drive, for birds roosting . I got a ton of info for this podcast and now I think I’m gonna try to kill a gobbler this year. Thanks fellas keep the great content coming .. PS - in college we used to chase Knob Gobblers but it had a different meaning.

    Turkey lost
Awesome series. I’m going to try to take my first turkey with a bow this year with my son behind the camera so these tips are definitely helping me out. Wonder if swacker broadheads will make yalls list. Thanks guys

    Great American outdoor show
Love the turkey episodes as a second year turkey hunter. Still learning and chasing my first bird. I live 45 min from Harrisburg so I frequent the outdoor show every year. I actually looked if you guys were coming. It is still a massive show that is shoulder to shoulder every day! Would love to meet you guys in person!

    Podcast review.
Enjoy the podcast. Was a few episodes behind and was listening To David talk about how his rest wasn’t working correct. Same thing happened to me a couple Years ago. Missed the same doe 3 times on the same evening and couldn’t figure it out until I got home. lol.

    Happy New Year!
Always entertaining guys! Excellent discussion and insights… thanks for taking on this topic. Was a frustrating season bow hunting and late season extremely difficult. Had some minor success for our gun season but weather or lack of it early and then extremes later made for a lot of long sits. Jim Bello

    Thank you
Hey gentlemen, hope you had a good holiday. I just wanted to say thank you for all the information during your podcasts. I have always considered myself an average hunter. I grew up on a farm in the Appalachians in western Maryland and there I grew up hunting groundhogs in the summer and raccoons in the early fall (which was my favorite as a kid because there was nothing like hearing an old hound bellowing in a creek bottom plus as a kid I had no patience to sit in a stand and wait on a deer) and deer hunting. My father was not a bow hunter since most harvesting was during bow season. We hunted rifle and late muzzleloader seasons for deer. But during deer season we would sit in our stands and wait. If we still had a few crop damage permits we could take a few does and if you were lucky a decent buck might walk by. But whitetail hunting was just something that I kind of liked but wasn’t passionate about. But there were no tactics employed here. We just sat and waited on luck. I now live and work on Maryland’s eastern shore which my dad calls little Iowa because of how flat it lays (which my dad has been fortunate enough to hunt there and has killed a beautiful buck that was just shy of Boone and Crocket)and the chance of killing a good 140 to 180 inch deer is a very good possibility here. I’m very fortunate that a co-worker has allowed me to hunt on their family farm. I only hunted with shotgun down here until a friend gifted me a crossbow to hunt during bow season. Now being 42 I have more patience to sit in a stand and hunting during the rut has been amazing, waking up a desire to be in the woods all the time. I have acquired a cheap diamond bow that I have been practicing with and look forward to the challenge of using that during archery season. I discovered Raised Hunting on Instagram and enjoyed the posts. I then listened to your podcast this past summer and I was hooked. I’ve shared your podcast with a few friends and next season we are planning on using rub trees with your Raised Scents. Anyway I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate all that you guys have shared. (Also I saw a few episodes of your show on Outdoor America on Samsung Plus and that was outstanding. Sorry I’m just seeing them now.) Take care guys and good luck…. Josh.

    Best Hunting podcast
Thanks you guys! Awesome podcast! I’ve learned a lot from listening to you all! I just started about 2 weeks ago and I’ve started from the very beginning and starting to catch up. A lot of great stuff from real people. The banter is great and I agree with Easton, Warren could do better on his wacky facts!.. Keep up the good work gentleman!

    Best hour of the week
Great show as always, I wish it was easier to review on Apple. Everytime I write one I have to delete the text from the previous review I wrote. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, probably am. Keep up the great work loving how the podcast has evolved since the beginning

    Buck fever
I wish your episode about buck fever came out a week sooner. Last Friday November 1st I took the whole day off at work. About 10:30 the biggest buck of my life walked out following a doe. I took a video of him and he eventually came into range at 30 yards. I had my pin on him, pulled back and I just froze up, I couldn’t shoot I was shaking so much. I’ve been kicking myself in the “meh” ever since. I sent Easton a video of said deer on Facebook. Thank you David, Warren and Easton. Adrian Martinez

    November 5 Update
Hey fellas, the first weekend of November didn’t disappoint, had 4 separate encounters with ‘Murph’ but I couldn’t get him to stop. Bucks were cruising all day, arguably one of the best weekends I’ve had in the tree! I’ve got some vacation coming up so I’ll be back out this weekend (11/7-11/10) Hopefully the next update will be a good one! Thanks fellas, and happy hunting!

    Awesome content! One stop shop!
If your looking for great information and great products this is a one stop shop! These guys are a riot I love listening to the banter, it reminds me of how my dad, brothers and I carry on with each other! Last podcast was great! I never really paid much attention to the moon phase but found it interesting that after checking I to had majority of my trail camera pictures on the waning gibbous (say that like Elmer Fudd and try not to laugh). My next hunt was also on that same moon phase and I seen more deer than I had seen any other sit of the season. But regardless of moon phase and all else like these guys say you can’t kill em from the couch!

    Info for days!
These guys drop some of the best info regarding anything to do with a whitetail. You can take it to the bank if you apply any of their tips to your own properties or permission pieces your hunting experience will go up! Thanks for all you guys do for the hunting space. Keep it up! -Dustin Cole

    We all appreciate you!
I’ve been listening to you guys for about 3 weeks give or take now and I have listened to you guys everyday all day at work! I’m sure I speak for everyone that listens to you guys appreciate the stories and the family matter of what you guys do! We see your hard work and dedication to this amazing sport/lifestlye. There aren’t to many Midwest hunting podcast as thorough and opinionated as this one. I’m 25, Born and raised in Wisconsin been hunting only since I was 20. But the more I listen to you guys the more I learn. And the video you guys posted on tik tok on 10-1 was bad a**. Thank you for all you guys do and watch out for those black pines haha. God bless and shoot straight!

    Awesome podcast
Best hunting podcast out there! Keep it up. Also have a question, when you guys make your mock scrapes, do you place them in different spots every year? I have had my mock scrape in the same spot the last 2 years and it was getting lots of attention. But this year it hasn’t been touched hardly at all. Would like to hear your opinion on this. Thanks!

    Amazing pod!
This podcast cracks me up! Enjoy listening and learning the ways around the woods. I just ordered some Scrape Addict, hopefully I can get some more intel on the matures bucks we have in the area. I hunt the south western part of the state and have had big bucks but just can’t seem to be 1 step ahead of these mature animals. Were are in the driftless area where its hills and valleys. I feel like the hunting is different then more flat ground. Is there any tips or tricks with hunting ground that’s full of hills and valleys? P.S David’s record with a deer hearing his fart is amazing! My goal is to beat that this season😂

Relatable and from small town USA.
Enjoy listening and supporting the Raised Hunting family and community. Content is fun and real. I like that they all are relatable and are from small town USA. Definitely knowledgeable and confident hunters who are worth a listen.

    Ethics discussion…
Interested to get y’all’s take on this, I had a doe on camera last fall that was about the size of a lab… very tiny and she only has 3 legs. She’s completely missing one of her rear legs, almost like a birth defect where one never formed. She survived the winter and is looking a lot healthier this year. I look at it as that she has survived all odds already by surviving the winter and coyotes up to this point, should I be the one to take her if given the opportunity?

    Scents have arrived
Just want to start off by saying that I the podcast and videos. Been hunting since I was a teenager. Only been seriously bow hunting a few years. My first bow kill was a big fox squirrel but my first deer with a bow and my biggest buck to date was in 21. 132” 10 pointer followed by a doe the next day and have had zero interest in taking one with a rifle since then. Chasing a good mature 8 this year that will make my 10 look like a midget. Just got my scrape king in. Super stoked to see the results. I’m a little late, given the season here in Missouri starts in 3 days but, better late than never. I want to get some nocks but I run Gold Tips and need to find spacers to make them snug. Good luck to y’all this season. Ready for the coming months. Keep it goin fellas

    Great show
Really enjoyed this episode. I use to watch hunting show in my younger years wishing I could do that for a living, I still wish that somedays but now I just record and make my own content that I just watch with my kids and no one else. They enjoy it and it is a great way to remember all the memories made with my kids in the woods.

    One of the best
This podcast is one of the few I find myself coming back to every episode. The stories and information are awesome, but what I like the most, is listening to a father and his sons. Those moments when you guys stray away from the topic and start razzing on each other, or picking each other up after a failed hunt, or the latter of a successful hunt. You can feel the bonds that you guys have for one another. It’s refreshing. I grew up hunting with my dad and grandfather. And listening to you guys reminds me so much of how our deer camps would go. You guys are real, not just industry boys repping products or outfitters. Thank you for putting out awesome episodes.

After listening to this podcast and hearing the cost to hunt for Alaskan Moose, I realized how badly we need Trump back in office, maybe he can understand and lower the price of the hunts like this, because Camel Toe Harris forsure aint gonna cut it!🤣. As always guys, Loved the pod. Very informative , my brother lives in Alaska right now and he’s been DYING to get me to come up. Appreciate yall answering some of the questions I had.

    Topic question
Love the podcast guys have a quick question where I'm from most people have 5 to 15 acres, which consist of their house property and everyone has feeders or corn piles out. all these properties around me are big timber properties. I only get to hunt maybe 5 to 7 days due to me living in another state and family members let me hunt during Thanksgiving. What can y'all recommend to maximize my time and effort when everyone has a Headstart to the season along with a lot of hunting pressure being involved? I only have one location and I typically hunt all day, along with past history of deer movement from years past. I do all day sits to maximize my time being there regardless of wind and circumstances. Also would love to maybe hear yall talk about for the average guy with small properties, to talk about tactics to maximize their efforts and work around these small property issues. Love the podcast guys keep up the good work.

    Never fails to impress
I just ordered some scrape addict. I can’t wait to use it this year. I went and gave a listen to the Rub Tree podcast, and will definitely be giving it a whirl. It was very informative and was the answer to my question last week. Getting pumped for this season. Love the wisdom and real life experiences you guys share. Thanks guys.

Knowledgeable, entertaining, funny, and I look forward to new episodes every week
I love it when a podcast is easy to listen to, grabs your attention to the point where I feel like I’m sitting at the table with you guys and touches on the topics you want to hear about. I don’t get a lot of outside information that’s useful so when I listen to you guys I tend to take it more so as advise than just entertainment. I use this as a guide and I really appreciate it.
