I complained in a review previously that I didn’t like surprises, if I clicked Racebrain I wanted to hear Rich, Jack, and Brakken. The episodes with Matt were great but an unknown, you all changed it and it’s a show on its own. Thank you! More RaceBrain swag please!

Ever since Jack upgraded his dial-up internet this show has gotten really good- whether you’re interested in OCR, hybrid fitness racing, or are just a runner. The banter is fantastic. Brakken is smooth with his endless monologues, Jack has the sense of humor you’d expect from an Aggie engineer, Kirk sits on the periphery and injects his wisdom and wit, and Rich herds the crew with his trademark Philly brand of sarcasm and humor. Glorious!

Bringing great athletes and podcast hosts together to form Race Brain has been awesome. The hosts are money and the content is fun and knowledgeable. Three hosts from two of my favorite podcasts, plus the infamous Jack Bauer who has saved the world a million times and has all of the numbers to either back or contradict all of the absurd stuff that Brakken says. Who can ask for more?

If you’re a true, analytical fan of the sports of OCR and hybrid racing, this is the show that all other OCR podcasts have fallen short of, now fully realized by some of the top minds and personalities of our sports. Rich, Jack, Brakken, and Kirk mesh very well right from the word go, and while I sometimes feel they gang up on Jack a little too much, those breaks help to keep the overall tone light and fun, in spite of their covering some deeply nerdy and in-depth content. And unlike other podcasts who’ve tried to do shows like this, these four have the true knowledge and experience to back up their analyses, and to provide truly meaningful insight that’s both fun and useful. As a tool to both learn from and keep you engaged from one event to the next and all the days in between, this podcast will keep you listening and growing your love of this sport and all its many details.
