FqamonSuperficial and poor qualityBasic and boring. Long intro sales pitch and not much in the short session afterwards. Difficult to listen to because of the echo. Good for those early in the self awareness process.

CierraDrumsBest Resource Out There For Healing Anxious AttachmentI’ve been on the re-parenting/self-awareness train for some time now and I am 100% confident that this is the absolute best resource I have found. I intend to leave multiple reviews over time because there’s just not enough good I can speak about Stephanie’s work. This podcast, her meditations, & her newsletters have truly changed my lived experience and I’m forever grateful. Also, to offer so many free resources in a time where finances for basically everyone are not ideal is crucial. I beg anyone of ANY attachment style to listen to this podcast - you will be changed for the better. Thank you Stephanie for all your hard work ❤️

GenX907One of the best podcasts on Attachment TheoryI have listened to a few different podcasts on Attachment Theory and this one really stands out. Stephanie shares her knowledge and experience in a very compassionate way, making it easier to learn and understand the different attachment styles. Highly recommended!

cbode5Stephanie Rigg’s content is exceptionally insightful and helpfulFound this podcast 2 weeks ago and haven’t stopped listening. I’ve gotten valuable perspective/info from every episode I’ve heard. And, importantly to me, it’s delivered succinctly and clearly in easily digestible doses.

Mama_on_the_run:)💕Thank you Stephanie. Your podcast has been helpful in both recognizing my patterns and developing strategies to break the patterns and develop healthier ones.

pengwormSo helpful!Stephanie is the real deal. There are so many podcasters in this space who only care about selling whatever new program they are shilling. Stephanie does offer things outside the pod, but she’s never pushy and over the top about it. She mentions offerings available and moves on, nothing wrong with that. I always learn something new when I listen. The thing that I enjoy the most is that Stephanie really seems to care about the listeners and the subject matter. So many podcasts on this type of subject are just void of any real depth. Stephanie is relaxing, conveys empathy and understanding while witholding judgement. Whenever I want to learn something helpful and make sure that it’s relaxing and nothing yo triggering, this is my go to. Thank you Stephanie for helping me learn about myself and to heal.

ConnieU23So happy I stumbled across thisThis podcast has been incredibly helpful in the few episodes I have read. I know it may not be geared towards ENM type relationships, but as someone new to ENM, I have found it incredibly helpful and appreciate every time something resonates with me and my current habits.

ALD003333A podcast that is helping me recover and re-patternI stumbled on this podcast and episode #150 The Hard Truth About Setting Boundaries, just after a break-up that involved my partner lying to me AGAIN. I was looking at my part and why I allowed the same behavior over and over again. I’ve spent a lot of time in the self-growth space, and yet I watched myself desperately take this person back time and again. This episode rocked my world, Stephanie has a way of getting to the truth in such a powerful and direct way, I had many epiphanies, deeper compassion for myself and clarity about why I do what I do. Episode #111 The Pillars of Trust and Trustworthiness, is also educating me how to choose a partner more wisely. I’m so grateful to Stephanie, she’s literally changing my life. And I’m no longer playing a small game and accepting less than honesty and integrity in a partner. I’m moving on with more confidence thanks to this ongoing support from Stephanie’s concise, educational podcasts, shared with kindness and compassion.

MlissMBetter than seeing a therapist!I’m a couple weeks into a painful break-up (partner cheated) and so glad I found your podcast. I’ve seen a therapist a few times but haven’t found it as helpful as listening to your show. There are so many relevant episodes to my current situation and it’s really helping me process. It’s also nice to know I’m not the only one who has gone through this. Thank you for providing so many valuable insights and lots of actionable advice. It gives me steadiness and hope during this terrible time.

sbmorinFind Yourself AgainStephanie’s podcast has helped me gain more confidence in myself, decrease my anxiety during relationship fights, and start to find myself again. When I’m feeling myself fall into an anxious pattern, I listen to an episode and she helps me get back on track. Her free podcasts have helped me more than my own therapist has! I’m hoping to purchase one of her courses soon. Thanks so much.

Melbel1218Comfortingi love the comfort Stephanie brings but i wish her videos were longer and would go more in depth

I love Timmy!Soothing, insightful, easy to digest emotional toolsStephanie’s course modules and podcasts are soothing, insightful, easy to digest. Her “real world” psychology and relationship concepts are emotional tools that are extremely helpful in my journey to heal. Thank you for the Higher Love course. I’m invigorated to be more self- attuned and I feel so good about “having my own back “ mindful of anxious triggers and trusting that I’m capable of self-regulation and self love! I love the module video slideshow bullet points. It’s great for information retention. I revisit the modules and podcasts as my soul needs.

Ebbandflow4Just getting startedI’ve just gotten started on my journey of understanding my anxious attachment style. I may also have some avoidant tendencies too. It’s quite overwhelming but I have started to feel some peace knowing I can put a name to the feelings I’ve had for so long, not only in romantic relationships, but also friendships and in other areas of my life. I am finding your podcast incredibly helpful. Thank you for being a voice for the anxious attacher while also exploring and validating other attachment styles.

Tiffyshell126This podcast has validated my experience in ways. I didn’t think possible. If you're looking for a glowing review of an attachment theory podcast, here's one that could highlight the key elements of such a show: I recently discovered a podcast on attachment theory, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. The hosts are incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down complex psychological concepts into easy-to-understand insights. Whether you're familiar with attachment theory or new to it, they make sure to explain everything clearly without talking down to their audience. Each episode delves into different attachment styles—secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized—and explores how these impact our relationships, both romantic and platonic. What really stood out to me is how practical the advice is. They don’t just tell you about the theory, but also offer real-life strategies to foster healthier connections. The guest experts they bring in are fantastic, adding depth and varied perspectives. One of my favorite parts is the Q&A segments where listeners' personal questions are addressed with compassion and thorough analysis. You can tell the hosts genuinely care about helping people better understand themselves and their relationships. If you’re looking to deepen your self-awareness, improve your relationships, or even just become a better communicator, this podcast is it!

mommathudsonThis podcast has been a game changerI became a widow 3 years ago after 30 years of marriage and found myself at 52 years old back in the dating pool. I quickly realized I had some insecurity issues that became a significant problem when I started dating someone seriously. I found this podcast and have been listening religiously every day. Stephanie has such great wisdom and insight on this topic and I love listening to her very soothing voice. She seems to ground me and give me perspective when I need it. I’m so thankful to have found her podcast. I credit her with giving me the tools that have saved my relationship with my new partner. Thank you, Stephanie.

Lucy M.PLove this podcast!I love the energy, tone, and delivery of this podcast. It helps to make the information that much easier to digest. Each episode is packed with helpful information and clear takeaways that you can apply to your relationships. A must listen for anyone working towards a more secure attachment style!

universalglowFavorite Podcast- Just what I neededI found this podcast just recently and I am glued to it. She really gets it. I am soaking all of this up like it’s medicine for the soul. At last, so much makes sense. It helps me to explore this anxiously attached side of myself without shame and frustration. It’s so helpful to hear her partner’s perspective as well. Thank you for sharing all this in such a calm and meaningful way.
-
KL_47One of the bestShe is one of the best. Super smart, does her research, good head on her shoulders, relatable, kind, a calming voice and an all-around good person. She has helped me heal heartbreak. I find myself not listening as much as usual though because there’s been too much on attachment styles here and everywhere - I definitely have burnout on the subject. Thank you for all your wonderful content, you are a gem.
-
living life in loveLove this!! Thank you!!Wow- love your tone and delivery style!! The content, sentiment, sincerity, and wisdom you share with your listeners is so thoughtful and genuine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, From one anxious gal journeying to become securely attached 😘

nessap_wowi had recently tried to date after being in a long term relationship. i found myself spiraling quickly and self sabotaging almost every potential date. i had no idea what was going on, so after a major meltdown and a few buckets of tears i found stephanie’s podcast and it has literally changed my life. while im still not dating again yet, i was able to see my past relationship so differently and i’m able to work through most of my triggers. i almost always recommend stephanie’s podcast and annoyingly send her podcast to everyone i know, “here, work on yourself”. i will be forever grateful to stephanie and all her hard work. thank you! ps. i’d love some more fearful avoidant content 😬

ThierryRaShould be taught in schools...There are so many reasons I could give you to subscribe to Stephanie Rigg's channel and to tell you to make sure to allow her content to "speak" to you week after week. Stephanie is an extraordinarily calm, compassionate, funny, but also "real" and incredibly knowledgeable podcaster on attachment. I've been in couple's therapy for almost six months now and, boy, it's been rough. After following my gut feelings that the easy fixes many youtubers and other podcasters "offer" when it comes to relationship advice and attachment style healing, I feel I have found the safest of homes in "On Attachment." Stephanie's podcast does not replace therapy (unless you combine its episodes with her own fantastic therapy sessions and classes, obviously ;)), but it comes from such a place of compassion and genuine desire to help her listeners better understand themselves and others that I still have personally found it an invaluable companion to my own journey. Stephanie has helped me understand myself, my triggers, my fears and my strengths a lot better, as well as the role of all of these in my relationship. Stephanie invites me to introspection without ever judging me. She has played a central role in my ability to grow in the very difficult times I'm currently experiencing, and I have no intention to stop listening to her when things will change, because her contents and insights are so universal and apply to all aspects of life and love. Stephanie, we're so lucky to have you and I'm so, so grateful to have found you.

VarnskieWhat a gem! So thankfulI only wish this podcast had been around a decade ago. As a 36 year-old human, I have often wondered about the dynamics in healthy relationships because I have never been in neither a long-term nor a healthy relationship, and this podcast provides the perfect morsels to help those of us on healing journeys along their way to a more secure sense of self, to be a better version of yourself, and to feel more confident in what you bring to the table while dating.
-
must’ve been the rosesTips for Early Dating (ep 88)Thank you so much! That was exactly what I needed to hear. New listener and will be back for more. I’ve never understood why I like to “leap frog” in early dating and what you shared made it easier to understand why going slow has always been so challenging for me. Now I feel more empowered. Tears. Truly thank you. Wish me luck!
-
d_rogueInsightful, Validating and ExcellentI find Stephanie approach very accessible and informative from BOTH sides of attachment theory - very validating for each to “do the work”. She is very encouraging and speaks from her own experience which is why it is so relatable. Unscripted and from her heart.
-
AKGoil907Obsessed with this podcastI’ve been listening to your podcast for at least 6 months (apologies for being so tardy with my review). I can’t get enough of your podcast. I have a disorganized attachment style and benefit tremendously from your explorations of both anxious and avoidant attachment styles. I frequently relisten to previously played episodes because they can be a balm when I’m feeling activated. I feel seen and validated even if the truths are sometimes hard to hear. I am so grateful to you and your partner for making a tough subject feel less scary and more approachable.
-
Cyclone lynThe Best Podcast on Attachment!I have been reading books and listening to other material on Attachment Theory for a few years now and this is by far the best explanation and advice I’ve found so far. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with the world! Keep up the good work!
-
TtaggzSo helpfulI am a therapist and in addition I struggle with anxious attachment. Its something I have been working on for a long time. I am finding the content of this podcast so helpful; I would say the best material on attachment I have found. I also find that when my anxious attachment is activated, listening to this podcast is soothing for my nervous system. There are so many examples shared in the episodes and I say to myself, “wow this is me.” I will definitely keep listening as well as share with my clients, thankyou so much!
-
Teachable TimThis show is a MUST LISTEN!Stephanie, you are doing such important work! As you know, and as you’ve said, the Anxious/Avoidant relationship is fairly common. I listen to this show for hope and encouragement. The shows are nice and short for commutes, and full of helpful information. Life changing. Can’t thank you enough.

DeeZee!Steph is someone who understands/gets it!!Can I leave a 10 star rating!? It is so refreshing to find someone who specifically addresses my concerns and doesn’t talk about a wide range of attachments. With my ADHD I get confused with trying to figure out how to pick out the nuggets in a podcast that I can apply to my life. With Steph’s podcasts I can use every nugget to help me through my journey. Not only does she get it, she’s been through it and she shines a light on those secret unconscious behaviors that we do that seemed so innocent until it is brought to light. I’ve been exposed!! I love how she reminds us to be gentle with ourselves and be kind to ourselves. She even explained how sometimes those quotes of “self-love” may not be as helpful when trying to learn how to self love, that writing quotes with lipstick on the mirror might not bring the results that are needed. Yep! To try using the term self-worth might be more effective to some. Yep! And there’s more. Take notes my friend while listening to her podcast and allow time to study them and work on them.
-
Mrs. Hernandez2011Thank you!First off I wanted to say I found this podcast due to me searching up trust and jealousy. It’s something that I personally need to work on in my relationship. I’ve never had anyone word it as perfectly as you have. Thank you for your words of advice. Appreciate you and your podcast . I’m now a subscriber and listen to every new show!

DhoswpShareStephanie can help you understand why you feel, react, and end up in cycles in your relationships. She helps you untangle what’s going on with yourself so you can ultimately bring that healing and peace and growth to your relationship. She not only explains dynamics that can occur in a way that is nonjudgmental but also gives detailed guidance and concrete examples of how to handle situations without making it the ONLY way to handle them. Listening to this show can truly help you learn about yourself, communication, relationships, and growth. I recommended it to a friend in a difficult relationship and relied on some of the teachings during my own. This is never a waste of time. And also her voice is just so soothing! hahah

Jaylenox98Anxious Guy...so glad I found this. While it might be a common misconception that men don't experience anxious attachment, it does happen and I am one of these unicorns. Found Stephanie over a year ago following a life changing breakup and while she doesn't know me, she has been my companion and strengthened me since then to be better and more secure. I'm so glad I found her. Ps: I didn't think the perfect voice existed but she has it!
-
001bgExpansive nourishmentSo informative on a deep level of the body and soul. So supportive and practical. Such balanced perspectives and insights on the full spectrum of each attachment style and how they relate to one another. Your heart and mind are beautiful to be with. Beyond grateful, thank you Stephanie 🦋🌹

Renata AdaMy discovery about Anxious AttachmentI have been trough 2 divorces and many years of choosing to be alone. Recently I decided I want to have a LTR with a committed partner. As soon as I started navegating the dating scene my past anxiety hit me again. I tried to understand why since I was not even that interested in this person anyway and it was so early on but I couldn’t so I just thought I am not meant to be with someone. Until someone told me about anxious attachment and I landed on Stephanie’s podcast with has been the most eye opening experience to me so far of how my brain actually works and why I do feel so out of control and overtaken by a tornado of anxious emotions when I attempt to have a partner. In her podcast she has a way of explaining how anxious attachment works and even the possibility that it can be healed which it is a light in the end of a very narrow tunel with the possibility that I might actually find a way to be a better person in a relationship and who knows maybe feel loved and make it last. Thank you for giving hope when I obviously have lost it.
-
Sasa307Incredibly valuableThis podcast has been so life changing for me. I am currently going through a breakup and binging this podcast has opened my eyes to so much about the patterns within that relationship as well as my own. The tools I am learning are invaluable as I began implementing them and can see the changes they create. Thank you so very much Stephanie! 💗

Chqu33fThe best attachment/growth/self development podcastI’ve listened to similar podcasts for years. This is the first review I think I’ve ever written. I’ve had anxious attachment as long as I can remember, and podcasts have always helped… but every single episode of this podcast has something in it that makes monumental shifts in my thinking and behavior and I’m making real improvement in my life and relationships. I’m so so grateful. And, I understand this is a job for many if not most podcasters, but I also find myself appreciating the lack of sales undertone in the episodes; when she discusses things that can be purchased it just feels authentic. There’s no long tangents about xyz to be purchased. Sorry, not to knock the other podcasters. it’s just refreshing. LOVE this podcast. I keep a journal nearby and write down so much of the nuggets of wisdom. I hope she keeps going with this podcast and if she runs out of things to talk about with attachment style, branches out to other things she feels called to help people with.

CourtScott1Relationship-Saving AdviceMy partner and I have unconsciously been living out an anxious-avoidant trap for 3.5 years. We’ve read books, gone to therapy, done plant medicine, but nothing has been as effective in giving us the self-awareness and tools to break the anxious-avoidant cycle as Stephanie’s body of work. Her podcast and Secure Together course are equipping us with the hope that we can fix the sticky parts and open the lines of communication and love. Thank you so much, Stephanie (and Joel), for your devotion to this work.
-
1875almaGreat relationship podcastI’ve been searching and listening to many relationship podcasts over the last year. This is one of the best. I’m happy it was finally suggested to me. Leaving a 5 star review to hopefully help others find it too.
-
3852angryTakes too long to startThis podcast could be so much better if the beginning wasn’t so exhausting to listen to. Please shorten the intro and cut out the repetitive excess info. Also the sound echo is difficult to listen to. Other than that she has a pleasant voice and helpful perspective.
-
tngirl1953There’s more.Thank you, Stephanie for sharing your journey. You and your courage are changing lives. Warm Regards
-
JacquiACKCBeyond HelpfulIf you have anxious thoughts or feelings around dating, this podcast is bound comforting, supportive and reassuring! I have thoroughly enjoyed each episode I have listened to and would highly recommend this podcast to anyone wanting to learn more about the anxious attachment style.

GabrielaZinnThis is the podcast my heart neededI am so glad my dear therapist told me about this podcast. It has been such a fantastic tool not only in navigating a relationship with my partner, but also how I relate with my children and friends. Stephanie is so wonderful and I absolutely love her voice!
