    So great! So Fun!
Talking about photography sounds like the most utterly boring thing ever but Lucy's take on it is so refreashing. Lucy's podcast, YouTube and articles are a breath of fresh air to the stuffy world of photography. Thank you Lucy for all of the inspriation and for doing things your way!

    Woke!
She is a little too woke. To each his own but I can’t stand that. I like her accent though. I’ll check back every so often to see how the show has evolved.

    Fun take on film photography
Lucy has a great YouTube channel, and I’m so happy she’s expanded into this podcast. Each episode features an engaging conversation that feels so natural and effervescent that I can’t help but smile while listening. Her guess cover tons of interesting topics beyond film photography and each episode leaves me inspired and excited about the art of photography. I can’t wait for new episodes.

    More than photography
While it’s all good and well to talk gear and technique, it’s refreshing to find a podcast that talks about what it means to be a person in the world, and to be and stay creative. The attention to women and parenting is wonderful.

Great listen and fresh take on photography
Great listen, I enjoy hearing Lucy’s perspective on film photography and other analog mediums like zines and vinyl records, been shooting for about 8 years now but always been a fan of photography YouTube channels and podcasts but idk hearing another female photographer just hits different and has sparked inspiration in me again! Definitely recommend this podcast to any interesting in film photography.

Analog photography podcast that’s good for beginners and experienced shooters alike
Lucy’s podcast is a fun approach to film photography that makes the medium feel more accessible to even people with a casual interest in film photography. There’s nothing stuffy or pretentious about it and it feels like hanging out with a couple of your friends discussing common interests. Highly recommend.

Fresh and approachable enthusiasm for photo talks.
If you are unfamiliar with the delightful YouTube channel by Lucy (and her BTS magician Lux), let this podcast be your introduction. Lucy has a fresh and approachable enthusiasm for all things analog and creative. Gear talk and tech specs take a backseat to deeper discussions of inspiration and process. Her excitement to talk with her guests is contagious and overall Lucy Lumen’s Podcast Adventure feels like hanging out your favorite film photography friends.

    Unpretentious but still smart
Lucy has created an enjoyable and interesting show about film photography that avoids getting bogged down in gear talk or techspeak. For analog photography lovers of all kinds (including those who only dabble on breaks from their pixels).
