Thank you for today’s episode on perimenopause! I’ll be 44 next month. My mom died of cervical cancer 9 months ago, so naturally I was terrified last month when my period lasted 10 days.

As an adult that was a “passed through” student I wish that your words resonate with someone who can make changes because we will never go forward if our children are not taught what forward looks like! Thanks for your reviews of the horror movies you love. I’m a retired English professor and I always used horror texts in my classes to analyze cultural fears and our values, and the students loved it. They never realized how much can truly be found in a thriller. Monsters are metaphors for our fears! But your reviews made me smile and these days we need more of that. Keep it up! A Fan PS find a movie called “Dead and Buried” And if you don’t mind subtitles (two Korean films) “II Saw the Devil” kinda on the gory side, but an excellent story. And “Train to Busan” omg…best zombie movie ever.

What can we do to demand or force change for the better to get the politicians to make change in health - all healthcare. I keep saying it but I don’t know what to do as an individual.

As a school district employee, parent and just human, these messages are great. Well thought out, articulate, empathetic, and informed. We need more voices like this shouting from every rooftop.

I have truly enjoyed these podcasts. She is wicked smart and sarcastic. She is extremely articulate and is speaking about issues that we need to think about as people. I will continue to listen to her all day everyday because she makes me think about how I look at the current issues
