Cr@zyBusyMomThank youMy son was diagnosed 3.5 years ago and I have been looking for information in various avenues. I found the podcast and Love it. I have been binge listening from the beginning so I am still a year behind but I can relate to many things and I think, so I am not the only one going through that. I have learned about so many other resources and inspiration from the interviews. Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge.
-
greysmom921Extremely helpful and relatable! My son received an autism diagnosis this past year and I had no idea where to start with the information overload. Finding this podcast and these moms has been a lifesaver! Between their own experiences and the guests they have on the show I have learned so much!

Momogboys2💙This show has helped me not feel so alone in the journey of my son being diagnosed with Autism.

Gisele RamBest podcast!!Ever since finding this podcast last year I’ve felt less alone in my family’s Autism journey. This beautiful community of moms sharing the good and the hard make it feel less isolating. The girls are so relatable and knowledgeable. I always look forward to Monday's new episode. Thanks to the 4 of you taking the time out of your already busy schedules to share with us mommas.
-
Katie GallardoBest podcast for ALL momsI have found a multitude of encouraging moments and topics discussed by these amazing moms about parenting neurodivergent kiddos. But what I love the most is that you could be a mom to a neurotypical child and still access so much encouragement from this community. Inclusion is always a forefront of their thoughts and it’s is so so refreshing to listen every week.

2millersmamaLove these fellow Autism Moms!Every time I listen to your podcasts, I feel like I just want to be in the room chatting with you and chiming in! Ha! I love that you switch up topics often, but also host episodes (grab bags) where you just go through and answer questions. All of our situations and stories are different, but also can overlap and be similar in their own ways. All of you have inspired me and I thank you for that! Thank you for sharing your lives and stories with us all! These conversations have made me feel like there are others that see and know my struggles… that I am not alone! Much love! 💜

MarilhaGNewly diagnosed sonMy son was diagnosed last year. Since then I am reading every book out there and learning so much.. but in the mist of trying to become a “doctor” this podcast not only provides me with some many insights, information but also make me laugh! Thank you ladies 🙏

Lauren ShresthaThe Complete Guide to Autism - amazingCan’t recommend enough, I learn something new constantly and frequently relisten to episodes. Just incredibly well done!! Plus these women are so well spoken and you feel like you’re talking to good friends!

Dxpmeli22What gets me through the rough daysI have been a listener for awhile, almost from the beginning and I look forward to these episodes each week to start the week right. When I am in the thick of it, I re-listen to old episodes to find encouragement along this parenting journey of autism. I recommend all my fellow autism parents to listen to this podcast. I love also interacting with each of them on social media. Such a down to earth bunch of ladies.

Ms.Teary ReviewerGlad I Got Passed the Intro & Into a Good PodcastAnnoyed at the intro to the point where I considered taking a star away. However, I appreciated the body of the podcast so much that I’m glad I got past the intro and was able to enjoy the podcast. I appreciate that there are four different viewpoints and these are real people who aren’t claiming to know it all or be right about everything but are sharing their everyday life experiences and are just in the thick of it and trying. There is comfort in shared experience. And I appreciate that in sharing their experiences and some of the struggles, successes and everyday living of their kids you are able to hear about such diversity within the autistic community, and that that diversity isn’t limited to “high needs or low needs” or (and I understand this terminology is outdated) “‘high functioning’ or ‘low functioning’” or (and I understand this terminology is also very outdated) “‘mild or ‘severe’”. In sharing simple, everyday stories one is better able to hear about the complexities of the autistic community and in the experience of parenting children who are autistic (and also non autistic, as many of the Moms also have non-autistic children too). Their children are *not* the same and yet they all have some shared traits and the Moms have some shared parenting experiences. This is a long winded way of saying that the podcast is good because it’s real. Don’t come here for medical advice. Come here to hang out with some Mom friends. **********************************************Update: I barely write reviews and I’m updating this one, so that goes to show how invested I am. I’ve noticed lately that there have been a variety of professionals in varying areas that have come on the show. I loves the one about Gestalt Language Processing because I’ve been hearing about that but hadn’t taken the time to look into it and I was able to learn about it in an easily digestible way while doing dishes and that was great! I cringed at the guest who worked through the son-rise program because that program is heavy into propaganda and peey reviewed research confirms the low efficiency (effectiveness) of that program (or is is spelled scam?). I also tend to just love the episodes where you guys get into a kind of natural flow talking about your kids and experiences you’ve each had with your kids in certain areas (the sleep and holiday episodes are ones I especially appreciated). However, I don’t want to be too critical of your having professionals on because, as stated, I so appreciated you having one on to discuss Gestalt Language Processing. This is a bit rambling, so here’s the TLDR: I’ve noticed you’ve had a lot of professionals on and the quality of those episodes seems to vary greatly. But, I still really enjoy hearing you guys talk about your experiences with your kids.

maggieShea0823Breath of fresh airI found these wonderful moms on Instagram when i was trying to find some tips. I immediately started listening to an episode, and was in tears at one point. It was such a relief and so much information i needed. My daughter who is 3 was diagnosed through our school system a few months ago, and besides her 1 day drop in I wasn't really given much on what to do next. They've definitely pointed me in the right direction so thank you for helping me not feel so lost in all of this!

Camille SaundersBest podcast on autism out there!Moms Talk Autism is the most encouraging and Informative from show to show podcast that I listen to! As a mom of a son with autism I find it hard to discover community that gets it and these four ladies feel like trusted friends as they are open with their personal struggles as special needs moms as well as they seek to deliver helpful information to us week to week! It’s a blessing to listen and I believe it was divine that I stumbled upon their show!

Jackie15mamaLove, love, love!!Hi! I am a mama to an Autistic 5 year old and I am so, so grateful to have found this group of moms. I’ve been following them on Instagram from the very beginning. Back when another mom started the page. I love this podcast and am so thankful that they decided to do this. Extremely helpful and inclusive.
-
elaine-lady-ricoAwesome podcastThis is a great podcast for moms who speak about their daily lives with their kids with ASD! Thank you ladies!
-
Jasmine GannaloLove the podcast but small critiqueLove listening as someone who doesn’t have any autism mom friends. My only critique is that the interview skills need to be honed. I’ve often been really interested in hearing from the experts but the hosts do all of the talking. Sometimes good questions are asked but then are never answered because personal stories stear the conversation in a different direction.

mammmaofthreeTash. Pay more attention. Stop clowning aroundThis was a great podcast. No one has control of the chats. Tash always wants to talk. She interrupts just to laugh, say “you know what I’m trying to say” ummmmmm….. brings nothing to the table. The singing. Enough already. When their is a “guest” and she/he introduce themselves. Makes no sense that Tash wants to tell us about their whole life then introduce themselves. I just can’t. Many of us want to either learn or hear the feedback. It’s too much Tash. Listen more. Because what your doing is taking great info and interrupting for no info. Jean has the most info and when you speak Jean many of us get it. I’m positive. This last podcast… again Tash speaking and it doesn’t stop. Oh the Yah! Yah! :/

Mari KelleyI look forward to every new episode!I am so thankful to have found this podcast. It has been so validating and informative! Being a caregiver to any child can feel isolating, but even more so when you have a neurodivergent kiddo. It’s so nice to relate to these mommas and many of their guests. I appreciate the different perspectives, the vulnerability, and honesty of these families on this journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the time and energy you put into this, on top of your wild, busy, beautiful lives!

Shattuck24⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️I’m so grateful I found your podcast. You are all amazing and it’s so helpful hearing other people’s stories and daily life and realizing you are not alone. We haven’t had great luck with our daughters school or some of her doctors and you guys have helped me also learn so much❤️
-
CaringMamaSo gratefulI’m so grateful that I found this podcast. I could relate to so many of your stories and feelings, and I really felt that I’m not alone in this. I feel validated and seen. Thank you so much for sharing your stories. While listening, my mind wandered back to when my son was little and I was often in tears after getting together with other moms for play dates, because my son would pull me away from my friends and I would never get to talk to them. While my friends seemed happy and relaxed at the end of our play date, because their kids played with each other, I often felt stressed out and alone, and was on the verge of tears. I felt like no one understood me. Now I feel like I’m not alone in this. My son is 10 and he has different challenges from when he was a toddler. I think my husband and I will be listening to more of your podcasts. Thank you for creating a supportive community by sharing your stories, and your thoughts and feelings. We all benefit when you do.
-
judy1234!Maybe let autistic people talk about THEIR experiences with autism???I’m neurodivergent. Its terribly hard to express how I feel when I’m overstimulated. But I’m the only person who knows how I feel. You need to put more autistic people on here because to understand autism you need to let THEM tell THEIR story.
-
MontellanonAmazing girlsI’m so glad you guys put together this podcast I feel like you guys know me and never met me I feel like you guys know my son know my way of living without even meeting me I’m thankful for you guys keep it up. I wanted to ask if you can do a podcast for homeschooling with special needs. Thank you
-
Blaszczyk N.Thank YouThank you ladies so much for this podcast. I find myself laughing and crying with you all. I finally feel seen and I am starting to feel like I can confront the people in my life that don’t understand what I’m going through or just don’t want to understand. I am learning to “expand my portfolio of friends” and I thank you all for that!
-
MamaofMELFinding CommunitySo glad I found this show. My son was just diagnosed with Autsim Spectrum Disorder and he turns 3 this Thanksgiving. I just started listening to these episodes and I am relating so much to all of you women. I have heard the comments “he’ll be fine, everyone has some level of autism,” “he seems too high functioning and looks like any normal kid,” and “it’s ok. He will be fine. Don’t worry” and it’s made me feel that my feelings, thoughts, and fears are not valid. This show has helped me with navigating this new diagnosis. I am slowly working through the 5 stages of denial. This podcast helps me feel less alone and more understood than I’ve felt since his diagnosis. Thank you so much for sharing. I feel as though I’ve found a community where we belong.
-
MamafromchicagaMy first recommended podcast to anyone on this journey…..I have a 9 year old daughter with autism and this show is something I look forward to listening to every week! Insightful, reliable and such a lifeline! I recommend this podcast to anyone along this journey…… be it a newly diagnosed family or a seasoned one! Great job ladies! The work you do is important and so valued!
-
TopeteLSo informative and insightfulSo grateful to have found your show. I was very last after my son’s diagnosis. No longer feel alone in this journey. Thank you for all of the information and support you have provided.

catlropp81Love You GuysI found your podcast a few months ago, and I absolutely love it!!!! This is the podcast I listen to anytime we are in the car, and at home on the weekends when I am cleaning! I have had worries about my son being on the spectrum for years! He will be 8 years old in December! We have been struggling to be heard, and expected by our family for years. We JUST got the confirmation of Level 2 Autism, anxiety, and ADHD. I was SO relieved to get the confirmation. I am STLL fighting to get my son all the support needed at school, but I think we’re starting to get somewhere. However, our family has no interest in being supportive, or open to learning about Autism. Luckily I have found several groups on social media that have been amazing! You guys, and Finding Cooper’s Voice are my favorites. So many more similar groups and pages are coming up. These groups have been SO much help and have been exactly what I have needed as far as my daily pick me up.
-
CamiShoreStruggling with my booMy beautiful boy has his diagnosis appointment scheduled for December, but we’re pretty confident it’s Autism. I found you guys and started crying through every. Single. Podcast…but now I am learning and…almost (lol…it’s hard) ‘enjoying’ it. Thank you! By the way - my lil man, 4yo, is Austin. 😉 We call him Awesome Austin. My husband found a plaque (in a thrift…of course) and it says: I’m not here to be average, I’m here to be awesome! I know! I’m not crying - you’re crying! 🥲
-
heatherchristoGrateful to have found this podcast! As a mom with a 4 year little girl who is on the spectrum and a neurodivergent 6 year old boy, I am so thankful to have found this podcast. I appreciate the mix of topics and perspectives shared. It can be challenging navigating a world that feels like no one else understands sometimes. It’s an encouraging reminder how we are not alone in navigating a better world for our children while still taking care of ourselves and our families. I also appreciate Shannon sharing her experiences with Gracie, as it’s very challenging finding other moms with girls on the spectrum where I live. I would love to see an episode related to girls on the spectrum if there isn’t one already!
-
Jayden's MuvvaTop 5 List!As a mom of an autistic son trying to navigate a new world this podcast has been detrimental in providing education and helping me have a better understanding of autism and allowing me to be a better mom. The ladies are real and it is very entertaining
-
doctorTND5 Star Review - Dr. TayI love how authentic and real this podcast is surrounding the conversation of raising autistic children — the challenges and the joys. As a licensed child psychologist who works with autistic children and their families, I cannot recommend this podcast enough to families.
-
melia 🇵🇼Slow paced sometimesI love these moms! They are very fun yet informative and I resonate with each of them in a different way. But, sometimes, some of them take a little too long to get to their point when it’s their turn to talk, constant pauses and “uhm” just sort of drags and makes me loose interest of the topic. But other than that they’re pretty cool!
-
briitneyyy24Amazingit’s great to find mothers who understand the struggles of parenting a child with a child on the spectrum.. and definitely helps
-
Rocio23meLove this podcastAs a mother of 4, 2 of whom are autistic one on the more severe end, this podcast has brought me so much hope and helped me feel not so alone in the world. This world that isn’t necessarily as accepting as I wish it was. Hearing the stories about the lives of these mothers and their children really helps me and has even guided me in exploring other avenues in terms of health and services for my children.

RamFam4050Finally found what I’ve been looking for! After years of searching the WWW (yes, I’m that old y’all) I finally found a round table of sorts where I can relate and not feel so alone! I’m about about 7 episodes in from the most recent and every episode so far has me feeling connected and leaves my heart feeling a little lighter. Since I haven’t been able to find a parent support group of sorts in my own town, this is the next best thing!
-
crneilsenLove thisAs a mom of a child with severe autism, I am loving this podcast. It’s so real and practical. I can relate so often and this is my therapy.
-
TucsonJenSo relatable!I found this podcast over a year ago and it has been the most wonderful form of therapy, being able to relate and laugh with the wonderful moms who created this! They’ve created such a beautiful community with this podcast for all of us to connect and not feel alone. Five stars!!!
-
Mruck8A must listenAs a parent of a newly diagnosed child, this podcast is incredibly therapeutic. Listening to these ladies has helped me process and gain new perspectives on my child’s diagnosis and our family life. Thank you for all you ladies do for our community!
-
LilymazuFinallyGrateful for the real conversation around Autism. I’m a mom to 2 on the spectrum, ages 23 and 21. My daughter is considered non verbal and incontinent and my son is quirky, but functioning with support. I will be listening to every episode. Thank you for covering a wide range of issues, ones we can all relate to and possibly haven’t taken the time to consider and reflect. We’re in the trenches, so it sometimes feels like a luxury to take the time to look back. But, I’m coming around to seeing the value in owning your story and eventually, one day sharing.
-
Christy6620Unmatched/real informationI found out my son had autism at the end of January. I found you all a couple weeks later. I tune in regularly as does my mom! Thank you for answering the questions that are hard. Thank you for sharing. You are giving it all and you have helped me and my family in turn. We are so grateful. Only gave 4 stars because I don’t have too much spare time (like many parents who have ND kids) and I can only listen in 5-10min increments. So I’ll turn the podcast on and sometimes the whole 5-10min is just joking around or going off on a tangent that is irrelevant. Perhaps that content could be trimmed down in editing. But thank you all! I’m so glad I found you and the titles for the subjects help me find what I’m looking for easily!
-
SickofadkingvirusMoms Talk AutismThis podcast is just awesome. It’s real, it’s raw and not just people talking about something they’ve read or researched on, it’s real parents talking about real like with their kids on the spectrum. I absolutely love it! I highly recommend
-
TimTimmyTim7Grateful for this! This is truly a lifeline. I love the idea of “diversifying” my resources/ support network. I’m going to think more about that. Thank you for your work, dedication and vulnerability. Plus, I love hearing about your very cool children and families every week. 💛
-
Mommah2JGreat podcastCame across this podcast a few months back, I have a 5yr old autistic son, so finding this podcast came at a perfect time for me. Learning and knowing I am not alone in this journey, although different but yet the same. It’s good to know there’s moms out there with experience and knowledge. The ladies are funny and so fun to listen too. I’ve laughed and cried with their episodes! Highly recommend to parents to listen too.
-
Michelle92986Amazing, life-changingThis podcast has been a total game changer in my life. My son got diagnosed at 3 and it was such a lonely and isolating process until I found this podcast. It truly is like listening to friends chat, and not only does it give listeners the feeling of community/support, but also so much practical tips, information, and wisdom for how to weather the storms and support our exceptional children.
-
Sheb3468Love!!I love listening to this podcast. It’s relatable and feels like I’m hanging out with friends while I’m driving along listening. It’s a great thing to feel heard without even having a conversation myself. It’s also prepared me for many things that I’ve encountered on our families journey! (Insurance troubles, IEP, self-care,etc)
-
Ari boy mamaLoveEach of your insights on your journey has been helpful. The conversations that you bring to the table are raw and real. Although I’m still struggling with my son’s diagnosis, I have gained so much from listening to you all. It has been a pleasure 🥰
