Amazing podcast. I have a theory that mob spawners were meant to be portable so that ancient builders could use a spawn egg on them to spawn any mob anywhere. But there was a problem. The materials they used to make them just broke when they tried to mine them. But the builders learned from their mistakes and were able to build truly portable spawners. The spawners were hard to make so the ancient builders kept the spawners on themselves and when they died out they had the spawners on them and were lost forever. The spawners found in dungeons are just the prototypes. Also I am an enderfolk. Edit: IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR. I understand that real life takes over, but a year!? Maybe an update saying that he’s done or a lot of things chained together so he couldn’t do anything but this is kind of painful to wait. Shadow is a good story teller and theorist and shouldn’t throw his talents away. He did say that he was either starting or finishing collage so congratulations on that. It is likely that he finished in the last year if he was finishing.
