HeuehrbsGreat showI like this show overall but I really wish they would stop with the medical school talk. It does not apply to my life and I do not care.

emgee11982š¤©Returning to write a second review after listening for over two years. I really love this podcast. I love the hosts. They are educated strong female athletes who advocate for each other and for everyone who identifies as an athlete. I have learned so much from them. I ran my first 50 K after listening for only a few months. Their point of view on fueling has been pivotal for me as an athlete. I am fitter and stronger than eating more and enjoying life more than I ever have at 43 years old thanks to these ladies. Also, I will be running my first road marathon this year putting into practice. A lot of things that they talk about here.

17492994A fantastic podcast for everyone.I love listening to Trail Society on my long runs. The vibe the hosts give off is perfect for the hours of pounding the pavement. It comes off initally as a women centric podcast, and it is, but the hosts do a immaculately good job, at advocating for women, holding up women focused acheivements and topics, and still keeping it approachable and valuable for men. They will have you chuckling at the cheesy jokes, and give you occasional encouragement as you are on your own running journey. I'd give it a million stars if i could.

UltraTayEpisode 72: Dr EmilyI was wondering about concussions and post concussion syndrome continuous symptoms and how it may relate to a females period cycle, I have heard more or more severe symptoms if a concussion happens in the luteal phase. My wife has had multiple concussions in her life and July 2022 she had what we thought was a minor one and has left her practically bed ridden and trying to figure out how to better support her. Have heard some research on Creatine which I ordered from The Feed (Gnarly Nutrition) and then BCAAs which she ordered from The Feed, and more recently mixed reviews on ketones around David Roches bike accident

ya! fightngbest trail coverageAlive and refreshingly feminine led! Love the interviews.
-
KimyamauchiLove this podcast! Thanks gals for all of your great insight on female athletics! I enjoy listening to these three female super athletes and their scientific insights into females in sports primarily trail running but so relevant across all endurance sports.
-
gracediekmanHalfway thereI was glad to see the conversation with Jordan! This podcast seems so focused on white feminism and I would love to see that change. Trail running is still SO white and there needs to be changes made. BIPOC inclusion and representation in the sport is a huge issue, and I donāt often hear it being addressed in this podcast. The episode with Jordan made me hopeful that this will change!
-
Crescent MeadowsSo relatable!I listen to a lot of trail running podcasts, but this one has quickly become top of my rotation. I really appreciate the focus on female-centric topics that are not covered other places. The hosts and guests on the show are inspiring and relatable.

SapphoalyssaInspiredI always leave each episode feeling so inspired and moved by the topics, issues, athletes, and other figures you mention, particularly in the area of expanding access and representation to more women, non-binary, trans, and other non-traditional athletes. You all are amazing.

Walis102010The voices I keep in my headā¦As a runner in her late 40s, I can tell you that these are the influences I wish I had earlier in my athletic pursuits. From conversations on the need to fuel and reinforcement that there isnāt one body type for running, not to mention the ridiculously useful training information, this is the kind of content women (and men!) have needed for so long. I find myself channeling Keely, Corrine, and Hillary on my runs, reminding me to do all the things I need to do to keep me running!
-
MolsunuLove love loveBringing the chat, science, and Corrine has the best voice š¤·š»āāļøLove you three, thanks for all you do for women in ultrarunning.

Escape RunnerStay in your lane (respectfully)Running podcasts (and running itself) are my escape from todays problems and issues, escape from hate, and drama. I was really bummed to hear this show turn into a political show. I do think the opinions shared were soft toned, and not hate speech, however it just sucked to have this discussed in what is usually a fun, and enjoyable running podcast. Felt like another area of my day, and life, were breached with topics and events I prefer to shut out when running.
-
OverstimulatedWomen, trail running, science: itās the trifecta! This is exactly what Iāve been wanting. Iāve been combing through other quality trail running podcasts, filtering for more female specific content. So nice to find everything Iāve been craving all in one place. Canāt wait for the women's health focused series.
-
TmerkSuch a good listen!Absolutely love this podcast. Corrine, Keely and Hillary cover such great topics, which is relatable to all kinds of athletes, trail runner or not. Listen in!

H2Oman RunnerBest in Class A Must Listen for runners of all modalitiesThere are some āultraāpodcasts out there that may have been around for awhile but this one races to the top in my opinion as a MUST LISTEN. So much content is worthy of revisiting over and over. And as a male āshoe fittingā at REI lots of new trail runners I am getting a master class in so many topics to share with customers across many spectrums. There are nuggets in each episode. I cant rave enough about this podcastā¦just listen to one and you be a confirmed fan too. Good things come in threes and these three ladies deliver the goods. Menninger, Malcolm, and Allen are providing a great service to the community of runners. Thank you ladies!
-
Carolina RubioDelicious feeling of eavesdropping on an amazing convo! This podcast is an incredible gift for female identifying runners. I have learnt so much from them. My favorite part is how humble and vulnerable they are about their journey. Itās delicious and feels like you are listening in on a coffee run between friends! šš½šš½š„š„

ninjarnrYASSSS!!!!So excited to have this podcast to listen to. For years Iāve been wanting more female voices and representation in the trail running community and i am so glad it is finally happening. I am looking forward to the discussions and thoughts that this podcast will generate - already in the first episode there are several interesting topics that are touched on. The hosts donāt have to solve all (or any) of the issues that are raised, but I think as a community we can work together to address them and come up with solutions. Thank you for giving birth to this āidea babyā š - I look forward to listening as it grows and would not be opposed to weekly episodes š. Props to DBo and Pyllars (another great podcast and community) for backing this.
-
