Currently watching GG for the first time (mid way through season 3 rn) and I stumbled upon this podcast. You two are hilarious and I love how long the episodes are. Also, as an actual Upper East Sider, I appreciate how you address your audience lmaoooo

TV from even ten years ago can feel so dated now, so it’s important to have hosts who balance comedy with acknowledging how things have shifted over time. Maria and Talea provide updated perspectives on Gossip Girl (how much money are these teens spending on transportation, anyway?) while also name-dropping fashion and culture moments of 2007 high school life (I heard that dELiA*s mention). It’s also nice that this podcast is spoiler-free through the episode covered each week, so that I can listen as a newcomer to GG!

The podcast we all needed. Love the hosts’ chemistry together. Feels like I’m just hanging out with my friends when I listen. Xoxo

I absolutely love this podcast. Talea and Maria have such good chemistry and have such interesting takes to share. As a millennial, it is fun to listen to the nostalgic memories of life during the time of the OG gossip girl. I highly recommend giving this one a listen!
