Please explain to me how self mutilation has anything at all to do with sailing? Does it effect sail trim? Hull shape? Provisioning? Boat repairs? I have until now loved your podcast. But…. Excellent how to start living aboard podcast!

My wife and I started listening to Annika’s podcast about 6 months ago. We have loved the deep dives into a good breadth of topics from purchasing the right boat, to getting insurance, and of course adventuring. She has even covered how to tackle massive repairs. Keep it up!
