THT and FKS are my 2 favorite podcasts! I listen weekly and have been from the beginning. Also I’m loving the change of the intro song! Sounds so good!

I love the hot takes and how genuine everyone is. The stories are interesting and make the drive to work fly by!

Never end this podcast I love it so much it’s so juicy and entertaining and it’s the only podcast I really listen to. Keep it up love it!

I love this podcast, I’ve only been listening since January but I’ve been going back through the episodes and only have 86 left, i love Morgan’s voice and most of the guest hosts are really fun (Gabby was insufferable though) and all of the regulars, Lauren and Justin are great! And I LOVE ALEJANDRA, every episode she’s on is just incredible, I would love to see another episode with Richa too, but I love the story’s, the hosts and guests, just everything. The on,t thing is that recently I feel like the takes aren’t very hot anymore, they’re more focused on being politically correct and to not offend ANY one, please do more story’s with gray area like you used too, and give true not takes, not just what people want to hear.

I used to really enjoy the Host and guest-host takes but over the past few months it’s gotten super boring. The host themselves has also become much less empathetic and seems to force meaningless contrarian takes for the sake of it. Some guests also have personalities that aren’t suited for interesting conversations on the stories covered.

The new episode with Dylan Efron was good until Morgan had to bring the coconut story for the 100th time. It’s not just that the story is absolutely disgusting…it’s that she brings it up EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. Every time she has a new guest “have you heard the coconut story???” No one wants to heat that f’ing coconut story anymore. If you want to ask them about it, take it out of the main episode and put it on patreon or something.

Love this podcast but it’s hard to listen to lately as it feels very scripted, or just kinda fake I don’t know. I like when they’re being real and actually saying what they think and not trying to tip toe around as to not get people mad. A lot of the stuff they talk about just seems scripted too lately

I love this podcast, I listen to it during work and it never fails to make me laugh, tear up, or smile. I love how real you and your guests are. I also love how considerate and kind you all are. It’s refreshing 🫶 please never stop

I love the podcast, the stories are my fav. I love it more when i found out you were from MN! I am also from MN, i live in St. Paul currently and work in Wayzata. I like this show a lot for what it is - it’s entertaining and mindless. But having listened for a few years there’s a couple things that have only become more grating. -Please, for the love of god, be more selective about your guests. Spencewah is AGGRESSIVELY obnoxious. I cannot stand him and I have no idea why you keep bringing him back. Good lord. -Morgan, you’re a grown woman in your 30’s with a graduate degree. It’s not cute to not know how to pronounce simple words and phrases. We’re tired of the bit, please learn how to say things like “et cetera”. I know I’m not the only commenter who has told you this. -The default “get therapy” response is also obnoxious and incredibly ethnocentric. People of color have a much, much more difficult time accessing and being heard in therapy and it really shows your privilege they way you just expect everyone to hop on the therapy train with you without a second thought. Also, not all therapy is equal, and some forms are either scientifically ineffective or downright harmful. It’s not a blanket cure all the way you treat it. There is more than one way of working through things and you could stand to educate yourself on this. I do like this show but it has some growing to do or I’m going to have to move on.

I love love love when Morgan has guests from smosh, especially Courtney and Angela. I think they feed off each other’s energy really well and this latest episode with Angela is one of my favorites. More of her and Michaela Oakland please😩🙏

Normally I really enjoy listening to this podcast but the episodes with guests are hard to listen to sometimes. The core of Morgan, Justin and Lauren (and Michaela) are the best episodes.

I recently found this podcast and have LOVED it!! I have been binge listening to all episodes !!! Soo good

I agree with some that the “takes” Morgan and others have on topics they know nothing about gives *eyeroll*, mainly marriage, pregnancy, and parenting; but I listen solely for entertainment and not for life advice. Also the episodes with just Morgan and Justin seem weirdly like a way for them to just act like they’re a better couple than anyone else and it’s a bit cringe.

I’m so obsessed with this podcast 🤣 Love I truly love it. I listen to it literally all the time. I’m new to it. I even listen to it with my boyfriend and he chimes in too lol. I love the advice too and it’s nice to give your honest opinion out too.

Love the stories and The advice! My 18 month old loves your intro music!! She’s dances every time she hears it and we have to rewind it constantly 😂

long time listener…my literal only complaint is morgan’s opinions are very strong around parenting issues when she is not a parent. Saying a dad should be able to handle wfh and child care. i’m a sahm so it really bothers me throwing around know it all opinions on something you absolutely know nothing about.

This podcast is hit or miss but my favorite episodes are the ones that do not feature Justin. His voice, his know-it-all attitude and his takes are terrible. I do not care at all what he thinks.

I love Morgan and her podcast. I’ve been listening from the very beginning, I love the takes from Lauren, Justin and we miss Alejandra! (But so happy for her) Keep making episodes, I love your show and your takes so much! 😍 it’s my absolute favorite thing to listen to when cleaning, driving, etc!

I’ve been listening for a while & I love this podcast. I’ve tried other AITA pods & don’t really like them. Morgan has a great voice & cadence. I love that she has a guest host weekly. However, none of us liked the Gabby episode. She was vile. The epitome of someone trying so hard to be ‘California’ (I’m native SoCal & that’s not who we are). Morgan, you CAN disagree with a guest & not feel like you have to go along with the ridiculous and/or ignorant things they say. Don’t have that chick back, please.

I’ve been listening to THT since the beginning and have loved the way it has changed and evolved over the years. This shows has helped a lot with creating a community and just a great source of entertainment. I will say the ads recently have gotten slightly frustrating in the placement. Love that they are getting their coin but the placement of the ads can be improved upon since it ruins the flow of the episodes.

I listened to this as background noise for a year, but there comes a point when the endearing goofiness tips into dangerous territory. I’ve lost patience with the endless mispronunciations, the misremembered facts purported as scientific truth, and the hypocrisy. Morgan thinks this show’s commercial popularity, which stems from its mindless brain rot appeal, somehow makes her an esteemed authority on a wide variety of topics that she has no business speaking about. Listener beware: This show has the intellectual depth of a puddle.

THT used to be one of my favorite podcasts, but it has really declined in the last year. The episodes that have dropped since the new year have been especially bad, and I am now considering unsubscribing.

I use to love this podcast but Gabby is disgusting and Morgan won’t apologize for her own shameful behavior when Gabby is around. Much better podcasts out there!

This show used to be my favorite, been listening for over two years. I used to look forward to Thursdays specifically for this show. Now it’s become continuously insufferable. Ever since episode 200, it’s only gotten worse. I can no longer stomach a full episode with Morgan’s lukewarm takes and her pick-me attitude. Now that she hasn’t apologized for her recent actions, it’s over for me. I’ve officially unsubscribed.

I first caught onto THT thanks to TikTok. I would scroll, listen to the clip and then immediately have to search for the rest of the story because needless to say my flabber was gasted! Eventually I just started tuning in to full episodes. My husband I would sometimes listen to it and then pause and discuss the stories. There’s definitely been cringey moments/ whether it’s stories/ cohosts/ or the “hot take” itself. I appreciate that in spite of that, they keep sharing, and keep learning. I think sometimes people forget how much of this show is literally based on people’s opinions, you don’t have to agree and not all cohosts will be “for you”. A couple of reviews on here made me laugh, so I’ll give my not so hot take on them, To the person who wrote “your not a doctor” It’s “you’re”. If you’re going to post a poor review at least use proper grammar. To the white male who feels like this show isn’t inclusive for you, the next podcast you listen to will likely be up your alley. Calm down. 🙄

This is definitely one of my favorite podcasts. I can listen to it all day without getting tired of hearing it. Morgan has a lot of similar views to me. I see some people give her a hard time because her opinion sometimes adjust depending on who her co host is, as if she's trying to appease everyone. Overall she's doing the best she can and I do believe we're hearing her raw opinions based on opinions she's making up... & people can change their opinions about things without being fake.

I have listened to almost all the episodes. This is a super critical review, and I hope Morgan takes this as constructive, if she even reads it. First, please fix the sibilance issue. The “s” sound is so sharp, especially with Morgan. There are mic and distance tips online to make your podcast less painful to listen to. Eliminate “like” from your vocabulary and you’ll cut your episodes down to about an hour. You also don’t need to say “dot dot dot”, just pause, we’ll get it. The mispronunciation of words and misstated phrases aren’t funny anymore. Sometimes it’s hard to believe Morgan has a graduate degree. Example: “You have to put your foot in the sand!” No. It’s either “draw a line in the sand” or “put your foot down.” Et cetera. Not Exetera. “It goes”, “she goes”.. no. It says… she says.. it reads.. he goes on to say… The obviously fake posts. Come on, you can’t be this gullible.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm extremely disappointed by Morgans actions and how she handled the criticism and took zero accountability regarding her episode with Gabby. I've listen to this podcast for years and that was my last episode. "Women's bodies are meant to have babies." Body shamming. Just because it's two hot takes doesn't mean you have to sit through a guest whose values and morals supposedly don't align with your own. If those are your actual thoughts this is not a podcast I'm interested in supporting any longer.

I was soooooo happy to hear Lauren back on the podcast. Morgan seems so much more relatable, comfortable, genuine, and down to earth with her regular co-hosts. This podcast was so much better when there wasn't "influencers" in every single episode. I used to not be able to get enough and now I find myself skipping whole episodes because I can't handle the co-hosts.

I LOVED this podcast SO MUCH I listened to it everyday but ep 201 was so weird and disgusting actually. I prob won’t be listening if this is the type of stuff your gonna be posting. Just weird.

I recommend the earlier episodes, but as someone who used to watch every Thursday, the mount of time dedicated to ads and tangents just doesn’t make it worth while to listen to anymore—and I pay for YouTube premium. I can’t imagine how insufferable it is normally.

Some of these reviews are wild. Some of yall just don’t seem to like women very much. I think Morgan is an incredibly engaging host who comes across as super normal and relatable. Some of her takes are bad but I bet some of yours are too.

The Gabby podcast was just absolutely awful. Morgan isn’t taking any accountability, and in fact doubling down on Gabby via Instagram. Just really sad. Unsubscribing

Episode with Gabby Windey was horrible. It feels like Morgan is just trying to get viewers for the Shock Value. The misandry in this episode was extremely disturbing… I won’t listen to this anymore until Morgan makes an apology.

The 1/30 episode with Gabby Windey was so hard to listen to. There was too much talk about how Gabby's a "raaaaging misandrist" with a funny and cool TikTok and not enough about the stories and comments, which is the whole point of the show. I totally get wanting to express your interest in/admiration for your guests, but please do that at the beginning or end of the episode (or off mic), not randomly in the middle of a story that has nothing to do with how many TikTok followers or funny videos the guest has. It takes away from the enjoyment and tbh just makes the episode boring. We come for commentary on the stories, not commentary on how someone is so popular on social media.

Using your platform to body shame people is disgusting. You should apologize.

I love listening to reddit stories especially Smosh Reads Reddit Stories. I thought THT would be the same but omg it is insufferable. Morgan is the biggest pick me and cannot for the life of her hold a valuable opinion on a story. The random tangents that go on forever that just paint her as this rich privileged girl is so irritating. I hate this show and I literally like everything.

Have listened for awhile and no longer will after a certain guest. So disappointed in Morgan.

I loved this podcast but lately I’m realizing how every episode is just saying the most politically correct answers and trying not to offend anyone. It comes across as disingenuous. Also cannot stand when they talk about politics, it feels like uninformed talking points are constantly being shoved at the listeners.

Gabby is so annoying. Don’t ever have her back again. Her fake voice was bad. You guys hardly even talked about the questions. This sucked. Bad.

After the most recent episode, I am done with two hot takes. As a straight white man, sometimes Morgan’s guests have made me feel like this wasn’t a podcast for meant for me to listen to. After the most recent episode I am done with Two Hot Takes. Letting someone say the kinds of things Gabby did and going “yep I’m releasing this episode.” tells me that Morgan agrees, this isn’t an inclusive for everybody show. A good thing to come of it is when my diversity, equity and inclusivity committee meets next month I’ll have some talking points about aggressions that can make people feel unwelcome. Thanks Gabby and Morgan!

The newest episode with Gabby turned me off to the show completely. What an incredibly horrendous guest and quite frankly, person. Yuck. Also Justin says some pretty misogynistic stuff in the older episodes. I loved the episodes with the Smosh cast though! Morgan isn’t bad either, but really should choose her guests more wisely.

I’m trying to like this podcast, but some of the older episodes are so condescending and pick me. Morgan and her co hosts have to back track on their takes sometimes because they realize how rude they were being. Might have to only listen to newer eps where it seems like shes more aware.

Watched you guys for a while, but it gets so boring when the same lines are reiterated over and over again to try to hit the minute mark. It’s so obvious and not to mention it’s not like it’s crazy advice or wild takes either they’re actually pretty average. Your friends at Smosh Reddit do a better job of getting to the point talking about something while not dragging it for the next three minutes, you should consider something similar.

episode 200 was terrible. Sound quality was intolerable and the commenters droned on and on. Was not a bad idea but the execution on this episode did not work at all. Please do not ever do this again.
