These are the most genuine voice affirmations that I’ve ever heard !! I have a go-to podcast for calming affirmations , but now I’ve been coming to Debbie Neal’s podcast for ones when I’m wide awake and ready to draw in empowering energy . I feel that when I listen to these Debbie is putting her hands in my hands and squeezing the wonderful intentions of her words into my mind . Other times , it’s as if she’s positively clutching her hands to my shoulders and shaking her words into me , like one of those confident best friends that, after you hear enough times, help shape the voice of your psyche. So many voice affirmations that exist (not Debbie’s ) are spoken with too low or inauthentic of an energy, rendering them inefficacious . But not Debbie’s ! She will give you the vibrational match ! Debbie has great energy and delivery in inspiring topics. There are tactical tips that are truly easy to implement and she makes you want to do it! If you can see her live she will speak to your soul but this podcast is the absolute best way to tap into an inspirational leader who walks the walk.
