I listen to this podcast every day when I walk my for motivation, how to maintain fitness, build muscle, and nourish myself in a way that feels sustainable as a mid 50s woman. Balanced, fun, and very inclusive. Love it so much. Never feels gimmicky or sale-focused. Down to earth AND motivating. I love the individual interviews with clients the most because you really can see the inner and outer transformation of clients. As a mindful eating teacher, I love how Maxine’s approach is compassionate and encourages a very healthy relationship to food.
