After listening to the series on love in limbo, I’ve been able to approach space with empathy, compassion, and a renewed sense of self. It got me through the immediate heartbreak and emotional storm and into a place of understanding and security. I know there’s a mountain still ahead but I feel so much more prepared to tackle it now.

I sometimes listen to non therapists with the thought of gaining insight from others that have gone through a similar situation and what helped. Estrangement episode talked about their own family experience in depth which involved no estrangement. No need to add and amplify a personal story that doesn’t add to the topic of discussion.

I have been listening to many relationship related podcasts. I had to hit pause because so many of them started to become too mainstream and a little all over the place, totally okay but not my thing. This podcast is a really great voice of reason and reminder of perspective when I’m taking a pause in therapy, which is something that I really appreciate. THANK YOU 😊

First off, Staci & Tom are so easy to listen to! Sometimes when a podcast is led by co-hosts, they often talk over each other. Staci & Tom seamlessly guide the conversation together. I am enjoying both their guest interviews, as well as the episodes where they draw on their body of work with couples. It’s obvious how much they care about the well being of all couples. Their passion for teaching couples how to thrive in their relationships overflows in every episode!

The topic of adoption is often a challenging one. It makes people uncomfortable and the. People shy away from the conversation. Staci and Tom shared a bit of their journey asked relevant thought provoking questions and kept the conversation flowing.

Always learn something insightful from Staci and Tom. They are honest, caring and truly make the world a better place. Great show!

Great pod cast. Easy to listen to. I usually queue it up while I am working out; or if I have a long (60 mins or more) commute. The focus is on how to gain and maintain relationships; with an emphasis on having a healthy mind, body, and spirit on the individual level. The point being we must be “right” as a person before we can successfully and meaningfully engage with others. The format of the program is a weekly expert in some aspect of what will lead to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. It is a dialogue between Staci and Tom and the expert of the week. About two thirds of the discussion is about the subject of the week; and then the final one third is how it relates to nourishing our connections with one another. Even if you are not necessarily looking for relationship advice the subject of the week is worth the time. It is all about learning something new every day. I would suggest listening to the “debut show” - 8 Oct 20 - for at least the first 15 mins to get an understanding of Staci and Tom’s backgrounds and their concept behind the pod casts.

I love this show. Navigating life as a single woman has its share of challenges. On this show Tom and Staci share great advice, talk about many of the challenges of dating and give ideas on how to address them. LIstening to thie show has given me the nudge and inspiration to keep in the dating game.. I also love the vibe of this show. It goes from light to funny, to stories where I well up with tears. Thanks for creating something I can relate to. I can't wait for the next episode.
