Really good podcast! Only thing is sometimes the sound editing/added music/creepy noises are too loud and I can hardly hear the person who is still telling their story. It becomes more distracting than adding to the atmosphere and is a little annoying.

I love this podcast and I am so happy I found it!!! I love that people get to tell their own stories without interruptions. There isn’t a long into which is great. The stories are so good. I can’t stop listening!!

Geist is one of my favorites. No silly banter, just straight up stories.

Finally a paranormal podcast with no 5 minute long rambling intros. All my other favorites are going downhill but Geist is so good, the stories are actually scary!

It’s a really good first hand account style paranormal podcast. Top tier imo.

Fantastic production values with music and editing. I love the first person narration since you hear the genuine emotion in their voice when they tell their story which is so powerful.

This is one of THE best ghosty podcasts ever. Stories are told by the people that experience them, which is a game changer. The hosts melancholy and soothing voice is perfect. PLEASE come back!!

Just started listening to this yesterday. Great production and stories. Seriously I think this is now my favorite paranormal podcast!! (And…trust me, I listen to a lot!)

First person stories told by the person who experienced it, well produced. The host is more like a narrator with an unobtrusive presence, no podcast “banter” which is what I like.

I love the host, the production & the guests with their encounters. Well done!

The host has a beautiful voice but doesn’t monopolize the podcast, instead giving the bulk of the time to the storyteller. Great format, AMAZING stories, it’s one of those podcasts I look forward to every episode. It never disappoints and always thrills.

3 stars, which is 5 stars for when they’ve done great slice of life stories, but 2 stars when it’s some reality tv star or social media influencer trying to peddle themselves. Best example is Danielle’s story about a former job, which is a ghost story but also about the role of work in our lives/identities and loneliness in a big city. If it’s that type of story, I can’t wait to listen to a new episode. But if it’s another person who’s trying to be a micro celebrity, there’s not enough hyping up from Danielle’s narration to make this person worth listening to.

We’re all obsessed! I get so sad when there’s a new episode, but instead it’s an update😂

Hands down the best. Can not wait for the next episode!

IT WAS SO SCARY!!! It is my favorite podcast by far. If you haven’t listened to it yet, you are missing out! I love the narrator’s voice. She makes it sound so scary. Please listen to this but beware YOU might pee your pants.

I have been looking for a scary podcast told by real people and finally found it! The stories are amazing and of course scary!

Best aunt ever best host ever best podcast ever!

I love this podcast! I’ve always loved a good ghost story but the problem is most podcasts deliver the story in a boring monotone voice with nothing to keep the mind engaged. Not Geist! They lovely voice of the host us soothing yet subtly creepy - the perfect vibe for setting up the stories narrated by the people who wrote them. My only complaint is there aren’t enough episodes! Thanks for the chills Geist.

This is the perfect spooky podcast. I love stories that are narrated by the actual person who experienced it and this is right up there with spooked and you can see me in the dark!

I’ve listened to them all (I have a tiny addiction to everything paranormal) and this is the best quality haunted podcast I’ve heard. The storytelling is so authentic and captivating, leaving me wanting more and more stories in which to indulge.
