    Unpretentious Motivation
    “Get up a 4:30 am, eat a perfect meal, be the best you.” That type of Fitspo makes me want to give up and curl up in bed. That is not Casey. “Walk with me” feels like taking a walk with a friend who has struggled with his health and is HONESTLY sharing the ups and downs and what is working the best for him, right now. It’s a compassionate, supportive, and loving look at getting healthy. I love how I can hear the birds, hear neighbors saying “hi”, hear Casey a little out of breath, and at the end, Casey shared how far and how fast he (we) went. It feels REAL. Definitely, go for a walk and take a listen.
