Phenomenal Example of Leading with Empathy
Each episode dives into the attributes of a true leader. It takes in the nuances of personality, external as well as internal circumstances and provides a foundation of where to build your leadership from. I thoroughly enjoy how Ginny’s voice has this sense of a cadence when asking questions and sharing about her background. This podcast dismantles the theory of imposter syndrome and highlights in what ways do you yield your power as a leader and how you may be unintentionally controlling other’s power. A very great podcast to listen to as you go about your day. Great work Ginny!
