    So much wisdom
I’m so glad I found your podcast. I don’t believe in coincidences. Your podcast showed up when I needed it the most. All the wisdom that is unpacked at every episode is remarkable. I’m hungry spiritually and My goal in life is to be a much better human being and Monica n Michael are helping me every day . Each episode brings me so much hope, joy and a deep desire to change for the better. I love how deep Michael is with the Kabbalah teachings and I appreciate that Monica “ translates” his mind to us who are not familiar with Kabbalah. Thank you for sharing your mind, heart, kindness and love.

    Kabbalah and more
Thanks for making this podcast connecting Kabbalah with everything else. Just one critique (I know you’re a marriage) but I would like Michael Berg to speak a little more. I feel like he is interrupted sometimes.

    Gratefully yours
I think these podcasts shed a lot of light on our ‘little’ problems or themes which we find recurring in our lives. I’m so grateful that i can relate to an age group similar to my own. I’m 47 - it’s nice to know that I’m not alone facing these queries and/or problems…

Nourishing for mind and the spirit
I have been on a spiritual journey for decades, yet Spiritually Hungry opens my eyes, my mind and my heart anew on a weekly basis. Michael and Monica allow us into their deepest and most intimate thoughts and experiences, showing us all the humanity intrinsic to spirituality and at the same time, reminding us how infinitely limitless we all are. Authentic, emotional, inspiring and informative. Needless to say, this is my favorite podcast.

Monica & Michael, I can’t explain the amount of joy you both bring to me personally through these podcasts each day. I listen to them everyday. They have literally changed every aspect in my life daily! Thank you, thank you, thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’m so grateful that you two do this, and so thankful for who you are, and for Karen and the Rav. Thank you for sharing your light. Your words, the Rav, and Karen’s come to my mind every day. You are both so greatly appreciated. Thank you again for doing these podcasts.

    Better than coffee
There are so many ways I have benefitted from listening to this podcast. Even though I have been exposed in other ways to this teaching it was really refreshing to hear the conversational tone of these talks, as it made it so accessible. It’s a great dynamic that Michael and Monica have and their love for each other and teaching Kabbalah comes across so strongly that it’s infectious. I really love being on the “spiritually hungry” journey and use their podcast as a consciousness “pick me up” - like a cup of coffee - to jolt me into the right direction for the day or, if I’m struggling, to help me see things differently. I love that I can go back and listen more than once to hear it again in a new way. This really is my favorite podcast for advise on relationship/growth/consciousness and how we relate to ourselves and others. Thank You!

    Empowering and Impactful
Monica and Michael, thank you from the depths of my soul for showing up each week and releasing the light to get us closer to the light of the final redemption. You both lead with incredible examples of doing the work, calling yourself out (and each other), and, most notably, being the cause. Sending you both love and light, and keep on laughing together; it’s so healing and infectious!

Love this couple, so full of humanity and wisdom!
Love these two! I started with episode #1, gobbling them up hungrily and now I’m on #62. After each episode, I think, that is really good, I should listen to that one again. I should take notes…because there is a core piece of deep wisdom in each, and reached by the Monica and Michael’s unpacking….and not necessarily easy to remember. See I am already directing myself with two shoulds! I am simultaneously doing a daily partnership reading of The Course in Miracles…which becomes more meaningful after M

    Spiritually Hungry forever
Dear Michael and Monica, I stumbled upon the Spiritually Hungry podcast as a suggestion while scrolling through the Apple library spirituality selections. I have listened to all of your episodes, sometimes multiple times, and they have transformed my life forever. I began to become more interested in learning about the wisdom of Kabbalah by reading Kabbalah for dummies, The Way, Secrets of the Bible and Secrets of the Zohar. I have complex PTSD and substance abuse issues. My desire is to complete my souls journey and share with others in-spite of my own suffering surrounding my issues. Thank you for the guidance and inspiration your work brings to all of your listeners.

    No Slang or Abbreviations
Dear Monica & Michael, I really enjoy and love your podcast. I am a 12 years Kabbalaah student and one of my volunteer duties at the Miami Center is to serve as a translator from English to Spanish. That is why, I can certainly tell you that most of the time hispanic students do not comprehend some expressions like FOMO, SOP, ASAP, and other ones that US natives uses on a daily basis, so my humble recommendation is for you to avoid the use of that kind of expressions or at least at the beginning of every chapter take some minutes to explain them if you really need to use that language. With love and respect.

I am inspired by this husband and wife team’s take on tackling life. With so many podcasts to choose from, sound quality has become one of my criteria for subscribing and it is clear that they care enough about it as I’ve heard a steady increase in the audio quality from episode to episode.

    Inspirational
I love listening to Michael’s weekly lectures on Kabbalah.com and it’s even more exiting to hear Michael and Monica every week talking about different topics that are so relatable. It makes me feel hopeful and motivated to implement something new into my life. I am very grateful for the work these two who put so much into this podcast. Even 1 sentence from them saves my day, and I’m sure saved everyone else’s day too.

    Love… without interruption
Want to love this podcast. Feel like her male counterpart constantly interrupts in the middle of a thought and it breaks up and moves away from the initial idea she is trying to explain. Can’t get 10 seconds in without interruption, guess it just harder for me to grasp a concept when it gets broken down into multiple branches and off topic … knowing this is a podcast that is between two people ( a conversation) still wish it had more structure going into the ideas of ones experience and thought. Will definitely still listen, my brain just needs more structure I guess.

I’m so grateful for your podcast!
The “Love more, Judge less” podcast today was extremely powerful! As I’m aware of some judgements I that I make, I realize there are a thousand more that I’m not. You uncovered how damaging it is to myself, others and the world on a much deeper level than I ever imagined; even the thoughts of judgement that we never express verbally as they carry a vibrational frequency, too. Compassion is what we all need to show ourselves and others. Thank you Monica and Michael!

    Search for meaning
After I lost my wife two years ago I set out on a journey looking for meaning. Meaning beyond her death, meaning of my past love, the meaning I like look to create going forward. After many wonderful books and conversations I met Rebekah who turns me on to The Way. I stumble into Spiritually Hungry, this amazing podcast that helps me to find control in my distraction filled existence. After I lost my wife, for 11 months I concentrated on healing. This period offered great clarity. Then time past and I allowed myself to take a backseat to my engagement of the world. This podcast is bringing me back from the depths of “amusing myself to death.” Thank you for helping me realize how I can be a great dad. For helping me to think through what I want from my next relationship. And for opening my ears to my ego and my heart to my soul. Just finished episode 16, working my way upwards.
