This is easily the best sports trivia podcast out there. Good variety of questions & difficulty, and the camaraderie between the guys makes it a fun listen. Highly recommended for sports or trivia fans.

I absolutely love this podcast. I learn a lot as it covers so many sports. They have questions for young and old. I anxiously await each episode.

This is by far my favorite podcast. And it has nothing to do with my dad being one of the benchwarmers and him stealing my phone to write this. ;-)

Really enjoying this pod. Great mix of difficulty with the questions. Would like to see the hosts loosen up a bit, can be pretty dry and dull sounding at times. But the idea and the content is fantastic.

I’ve listened to this podcast from episode one, and even in the first episode, it’s fairly evident that the people, the hosts running this podcast have a natural dichotomy any natural chemistry, it just seems to natively flow from them. I’ve been an instant fan, and can’t wait to see where the podcast goes!

I was asked to help with the start up of Benchwarmers Trivia Podcast as a writer. Glad I got out. The questions given are too simple, there’s the same running gags throughout every episode I have heard (The “wheel of fortune” before and after category always brings up Danica Patrick Ramsey, or uses the end (not the full name) of one name to start the second (Brendan Shanahan-nah Storm). Their questions makes it seem like sports only start in the 80’s. Trivia is for the entire sports field and not a limited range of dates. The banter between questions seem redundant between the shows. The point total amounts seem ridiculous where games are in the 800’s (100 points for one team only in one category almost locks out the other team in the game). The fourth quarter name and does not make sense (4 for 4) nor does it give a team who is trailing any hope to catch up. Scores are not announced during games. The team names doesn’t help about who is on what team. The lock ins are done randomly, and you don’t know who locks in (teams should alternate about who locks in first). Very poorly produced. More like guys sitting on barstools answering questions instead of a trivia show. Trivia shows shouldn’t be team vs team, but team vs team vs the questions.

I’m a causal sports and trivia fan and this pod hits both of those areas.

This is the only trivia podcast you’ll need! It’s fun to listen to, wide variety of sports (not just football and baseball), and an awesome mix of question types! I highly recommend checking this out if you have a chance...it’s loads of fun.

I’m looking forward to some real fun with this podcast! Can’t wait for the launch tomorrow!
