Feelings come and feelings go- Mindfulness allows us to recognize feelings and move through them. This podcast will give kids some helpful and powerful tools for navigating time of difficulty. Heather Odegard (or Ms. O) is a kindergarten teacher who loves teaching mindfulness to groups of students during and after school hours. She believes children should know about the power of their minds at a young age!

    My 7 year old struggles w anxiety and everything u discuss i wish there were more bc he loves your voice! He asks every time we put on meditation "mom i like that lady" (referring to u bc u were the first one he heard) its helped him so much already! Thank u for theseđź–¤
