I’ve listened to a few episodes of this podcast now and I think it’s a great idea to discuss and unpack learning basics and training essentials. I think the person running this knows a lot and has chosen some great topics to cover. However, they seem to approach each episode like a subject matter expert - not a trainer. Which means they drone on about the topic, cover things not necessarily in a manner that seems planned, use of filler words and volume tell me they don’t have a lot of experience training. Which I’m sure is not the case. I wish they’d approach the sessions more like they discuss approaching training. In a methodical and planned way that is practiced. Consider attaching links to great examples related to what your talking about and leave the listener with actions to think and discuss with others. Approach this podcast like training and it could be great but right now the execution undermines your authority on the topics covered. I’d recommend to look at ways to demonstrate the skills you are discussing otherwise it seems like you are saying “do as I say not as I do” and it’s just not as effective. Found myself drifting off to sleep too much so I’m unsubscribing for now but good luck.
