These Friars have so much wisdom. Fr Dark Scary is really something else! I imagine Fr Dark Scary in the flesh would look like Teddy Swims. And Fr PT I kind of imagine is like Jalen Hurts. The other two - probably some saints from long ago. In all seriousness, these guys are funny and more importantly they help me grow spiritually every week. I’m so grateful for your yes to go all in for Christ, it has surely blessed me, Friars! Praying for you guys.

I’ll be chuckling for the rest of the day— after I clean the hot cocoa I spewed all over myself!!! I really enjoy this podcast— the content is wonderful and thought provoking! And I do enjoy “the banter” at the beginning!!

Each of you have been such a gift to me and my family over the past 6 months. I have gone back and listened to almost a year's worth of old episodes as they have been so moving to me and a constant guide in a very difficult season of life. I love the banter, I love the seriousness, but one of the things I love and noticed from the beginning was the genuine love of Jesus Christ and genuine prayer at the end. Sometimes people can just "say" a prayer for the sake of "ending in prayer". As I listen, each time, I am moved by the your love of the Lord and Our Lady in your prayers. You have become my favorite podcast and one I recommend every chance I get. Thank you for preaching truth even when it is uncomfortable.

Overall I like your podcast. I enjoy listening and hearing your humanity in your speech. Although some of the day to day life issues like leaving the toilet seat up or down though humorous and truly demonstrate your humanity would better not be discussed in your podcast. It also seems that your discussions are spontaneous as it isn’t always clear there is specific focus to each podcast. To be honest I am usually listening during my morning workout or during my drive to and from work so I my full attention isn’t always there so I maybe the one missing the goal of your podcast. I really do enjoy your podcast and I’ve followed your community from the early days of Father Groeschel on EWTN and I continue to follow you all hoping to learn and grow spiritually so that I too can be an example to those people in my life and that cross my path. I believe the CFRs and other religious are preserving society much like the monks did in the Middle Ages. In a world that is full of noise, they are holding on to the crucial practices of prayer and silence. Thank you for sharing with us how to lives that are true, good, and beautiful! This is the only podcast I support with a monthly donation because I believe their work is so needed in our world today.

I listen to a LOT of podcasts, mostly Catholic ones. This one is by far my favorite. I look forward to it so much. They make me laugh in the beginning of each episode; you can sense their strong brotherhood and I love hearing how they relate and respond to each other. And then at the same time, it’s incredibly deep but not in a way that is hard to understand. They always have great topics. They challenge me, encourage me, motivate me and draw me into a deeper relationship with the Lord. What could be better than that? I recommend it to everyone. I couldn’t love it more. Thank you!! And I hope they really do take a pilgrimage because it would be a dream to join them!😁

I’ve been listening for 1.5-2 years, on Wednesday mornings when I remember that a new episode has come out, I feel a quickening of joy in my heart. I’m generally deterred by random chitchat at the beginning of podcasts but I absolutely love listening to yours! Y’all usually have me chuckling out loud and I just love having a glimpse into your daily lives. More significantly, this podcast has helped me grow so much spiritually and brought me closer to the Lord and deeper into our faith. It has been such a blessing that I’ll forever be grateful for. P.S. I don’t normally leave reviews but I really wanted Fr. Mark-Mary to feel better! 😂 but kidding aside, I meant every word ❤️

Fantastic podcast that has been giving me encouragement to deepen my relationship with Christ in meaningful ways. I particularly love that the friars have a clear theme each episode. Their focus on prayer and relationship is a great spiritual companion, and encouragement to drink from that Wellspring of Life amidst the aridity that comes from the challenges of daily life. We found this podcast after praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet on YouTube with Father Mark Mary and Father P.T. every night with our children. (Love that one- don’t change a thing!) The podcast content is excellent, and it reminds me that the life with Jesus Christ is a joyful journey that we take together. Thank you for taking the time to make it!

I love this podcast! The banter at the beginning has me chuckling every time and shows so much personality of each Fr/Br. You feel like you know them. The discussions on every facet of life and holiness never disappoint and give me a lot to pray with and unpack with the Lord. Keep doing what your doing guys, we love it!

Wow! I just found the Brothers’ podcast and I started at the very beginning and listening to at least 2 a day, not sure if I’ll be able to only listen once a week when I get caught up!! It’s practical, real life and fun!! My relationship with Jesus gets stronger and stronger everyday.

Love the realism in the conversations with these friars and Fathers. I gain so much from them in my spiritual life. These podcasts supplement and enrich my prayer life, my relationship with Jesus, Father and Holy Spirit. They also push me into difficult situations in prayer that I want to run away from because it is uncomfortable. I DO enjoy the banter between these brothers in the Lord.

Now it's turned into 29 min of cutting up and talking about nothing. Disappointing

Listening to this show has become a part of my Wednesday routine. As a working mother of 3 young kids, I might not be the typical listener demographic, but the topics that are discussed on this podcast can be applied to the life of someone in any vocation. It is great to get insight on the Franciscan way of living and thinking from these awesome friars. The notion of not having it all, not always having comfort, and not getting a dopamine rush out of everything you do is so so profound and lacking in our mainstream culture today. I really like all the topics they discuss and this show has definitely helped me grow a lot spiritually. Thank you for taking the time to record this show.

i currently have been dealing with scrupulosity pretty severely and negative self-talk from that. This podcast has brought me joy & hope in this time of spiritual desolation. (: In one of the episodes I think you expressed concern that the episodes weren’t good, but let me tell you that there’s always something (big or small), some spiritual fruit that we as lay people can take! I was looking for a new podcast to listen to and found this one! Poco a Poco is a essential mindset to have in this crazy world of ours. Lots of people try really hard to a whole lot at once and it can be devastating to the mind and soul. This philosophy of little by little helps make the journey to holiness so much easier and it’s something I speak on with my co-workers all the time. God loves us and wants us to have a relationship with him but it helps when we are surrounded by other like minded people that can sharpen us and hold us accountable. You guys do a awesome job of showing what brotherhood is all about and I feel like that is something lacking in the world these days. Men have to much pride and huge egos to want to have friendships like how you guys show. I pray you guys continue your awesome ministry and continue down the path of holiness. May our Heavenly Father continue to bless you guys and the work you do!! God bless!! 🙏💪

Just wanted to say Fr Angelus mentioned Saint Catherine of Sienna church in Wichita on todays episode and I just wanted to say I was there at the talk he gave in advent!!!!! I couldn’t come back the other two nights but I was there the first night I was like oh it’s Father angelus!!!!!!! (Back story- I don’t go to that parish mass everyday but that day I went and father said by the way there will be a guest tonight and it’s father angelus and I was like no way I listen to that podcast every Wednesday I was freaking out like oh my gosh no way! ) I was able to go the first night but I am a single mother and didn’t have anyone to watch my son the other nights! But anyways I was there haha! I was thinking about giving him the mug I just got in the mail that day of the scared heart but I didn’t lol! I had 1 hour the first night I was able to go then had to go pick up my son! God bless

I totally loved and listened to this show a lot. The priests show a lot of humility.

Great talk, but clear up your cough before you record any further... it's hard to listen to. 5 or so episodes hacking away means you should go to a doctor before sitting down to record more! Get better soon.

The friars have such a gentle and humble way to sharing bold messages and speaking to the heart. I write down so many notes while listening to this podcast because there are so many things that speak to me and I don’t want to forget them! They are also hilarious and you can sense the true joy and love they have for each other and for Jesus.
