    Just the best
No one is more connected in financial services than Rob Blackwell. An incredible storyteller, but even better at getting great stories out of both the well & little known influencers in our industry, Rob brings out the best in everyone he interviews. Don’t miss it!

    Overdraft instead of PPP
Interesting suggestion to allow companies to pay their expenses by over drafting their account. What would the cost be to the company? Probably not the 1% rate on PPP. Terrific interview with Mark Cuban - challenging DC to adapt to a new economy and reduce friction.

    Topical, Thoughtful, and Substantive
This podcast is highly topical, as reflected in the treatment of the payroll protection program. At the same time, it avoids sensationalism and provides sober, thoughtful analysis. And rather than taking cheap shots or making simplistic points, it provides considered, substantive discussion. In short, it’s everything a podcast should be.

    Common sense in play
Overdraft vs PPP is a simple solution to what now is a very long process. Efficiency would save many small businesses and keep food on their employees’ table.

Mark Cuban May be Wrong, But He Sure is Interesting
Listen to the Cuban episode. He’s refreshing and creative. I don’t know if his ideas are workable, but at least he’s thinking about how we might improve the government’s response to the crisis the coronavirus has imposed on small businesses. And who knows, he might be your next president...

    Promising
First podcast - promising start; will listen again. One suggestion: speaker said that community banks were hindered by regulations during 2008-9 Great Recession. Would have liked Rob to ask for an example.
