I’ve been considering getting an MBA and this is helping immensely in my journey. Obviously a lot of smart guests but it’s really about how thoughtful their answers are for why they went for MBA and what they got out of it.

Al Dea is a phenomenal podcast host! He has an eye for talent and curates the most interesting speakers across years of experience, industries, and job professions. Each guest has an interesting background and story to tell along with meaningful career advice. I always recommend this podcast to my coachees and mentees who are interested pursuing their MBA. It’s a great way to recognize the benefits of the degree and begin thinking about what they want to gain from the program.

Stumbled upon this podcast, and this is a total gamechanger. Al opened my mind to the opportunities out there for those at various stages in their career, delves into how to navigate the constant demands and changes of the field, and how to grow and succeed in it.

I wanted to do some reflection and exploration around my career over the holiday and came across this podcast. I really enjoyed hearing the career stories of the guests and the host does a great job of asking questions. This is a great podcast if you’re trying to grow your career and an MBA student or alum

Getting an MBA is not just about getting the degree—it’s about who you study with and what the degree enables you to do after. Al does a great job showcasing a diverse group of people across schools, backgrounds, and professions to provide and eye-opening and inspiring listen every single time!

I love Al’s show. It’s an amazing trove of best practices, tips, and general guidance for people who are in most need of real and authentic direction from someone who really has their best interest in mind. I’m 3 years out of my MBA program, and I find myself coming back to the show time and time again. A must listen for MBAs, and people who want to advance in their careers.
