    Thank you!
    I really love your podcast.

    Excellent Content
Thank you so much for the fantastic content of this show, Harriet! It has been so helpful for me as a parent of a teen in recovery and for myself as I’ve come to the realization through her journey that my own eating was disordered. Your episodes on psychology that you just released are top-notch!

    Great content BUT
I find the content of the episodes thought provoking and helpful but the audio is frustrating. The volume of the episodes is inconsistent; I often find that when listening to this podcast after/before others, the volume is much much lower. All the other podcasts don’t require adjustment to volume when listening to different shows but this show requires higher volume for the actual content (not usually intro).

    A wonderful resource
Harriet Frew strikes a great balance among exploring the science behind eating disorders, encouraging listeners to gain insight through reflection, and providing concrete strategies. I’ll be returning again and again to her large bank of podcasts.

    Wow! Packed with Practical Information!
I just recently discovered this podcast and wished I had found it earlier when my child was in the depths of anorexia. There’s a wealth of information here in a highly digestible format, whether you are looking for help with a diagnosed eating disorder or help with disordered eating. I’ve enjoyed the variety of topics.

    The TOP eating disorder podcast
When I was looking for an eating disorder podcast about a year ago, Harriet’s came up first, and I was delighted to find how relatable, kind, and compassionate she was. I could easily imagine her sitting across from people in a therapy room, providing a sense stability, calm, and nonjudgmental acceptance. You can tell that she is presenting her authentic self to the world, which is what people in eating disorder recovery really need. I highly recommend this podcast.

Happy to have found this podcast
I find the information provided on each episode I’ve listened to so far to be relax and easy to understand. The variety of guests and the calm, inviting voice of Harriet is a bonus. Thank you for what you do.

    Thank you!
Harriet, your story and mine are so similar. Our stories of recovery are so alike as well. Although I have been recovered for many years, you are helping me to Re-Heal! At the time, there were so few resources. Through your podcast, I am learning more about my eating disorder and my recovery and filling in the gaps. Through you & your guests, I am receiving the education, empathy, & support I never had!

    Audio is really terrible
The topics and advice seemed like it would be great and extremely helpful. However, the audio is just terrible. I can only understand bits & pieces.
