mmcw1226Not a fan of the hostI wish I could suffer through her condescending tone and judgmental attitude but I can’t.

Stephiee8Absolutely in loveI love this podcast and this is the first podcast I’ve ever subscribed to because I listened to all the free stories and needed more to work to. Absolutely love it never can get enough

HoneyBear215Absolutely amazing!I recently found your podcast after listening to Wife of Crime and I’m so glad I popped over to check it out! I love that you cover so many unknown cases and the military tie in for all cases is fantastic and unique. Thank you for such great content. I’ve been binging for about 2 weeks and am almost caught up and will be checking out your YouTube next!

srimpygalEpisode suggestionWow, love your show❣️ A fellow USMC friend sent me a link, I love it❣️❣️ Suggestion, sometime between 1967 and 1970 a murder suicide took place in Quarters on Ford Island, Hawaii. It involved a Navy family and a Marine Corps family. It could be too sad, I was a child when it occurred and I just remember the whispers.

2244356745I have heardgreen river killer a million times but this has been my favorite. Your voice is easy to listen to and I appreciate your support for law enforcement and sensitivity to victims but not making them out to be Shirley temple. You are doing a fabulous job. Keep it up!

PW 2000Love it!This is my first podcast and now I understand why people make time to listen. Military Murder was recommended by my cousin, “Myrtle”. I decided to start at the beginning and now I binge several episodes at a time now and then. What am I going to do when I get caught up? I don’t think I’ll like having to wait for the next episode! Love your voice, the stories, and the way you insert your opinions into the stories. Great job!

annoyed at commercialsBeautifulI just wanted to say I’ve always loved true crime and just curious about the whole thing. I feel for the victims and their families. Stuff like this I don’t cry, it’s sad and I feel their pain, but 2 weeks ago I was listening to your podcast and I couldn’t stop crying and I was questioning why cuz I never do, maybe a tear here n there but the waterworks were coming. Then I heard the second part of your story and you mentioned you were changing things up and focusing on the victims who they were when they were alive and it hit me. You gave their names, how they were as people, their families, their character and giving us, your listeners who they were. That hit hard. Before never really knew the victims just knew about the killer and their life, very rare the victims. You gave them a voice and it opened me up to even though I never knew these people, you gave me an insight and I hate crying but it felt good to know YOU care about people and showing your listeners these people had families. Thank you I love your voice and your knowledge and your podcast.

112288sbToo ManyEntirety too many ads. I usually turn on a podcast while I do my house work. If you like to listen to ads this is the podcast for you. I know you can skip them but it’s annoying when I’m trying to get stuff done.
-
MamirhiNo name campaignI really appreciated that you referred to him as “shooter” and think you should always do that. The fact that we can name serial and mass killers but few to none of their victims names is tragic. The killers don’t need notoriety or infamy. Well done.

Hershey/OrcaI’mRetired USAF this has me glued to to the speaker every time. Keep em coming!

LeahLeahTI love it 🥰Omgggg! I’ve heard a bunch of these stories already but I love love the way you present them. I’m always at work giggling and laughing. I love when you say “what in the world”. I love hearing the baby giggling. I just love it. My major in college was Criminal Justice so this is wayyyy on my level! I love it here!
-
HenMarie87Love it!This show got me through training for my ruck-march for WOCS. It has opened my eyes to we really never know what someone is capable of, so I remain vigilant always! I love how Margot tells the story short and to the point, my favorite true crime podcast.
-
Bennett4everLove this podcaster! Now that you know that…LET’S DIG IN! (Said in my Mama Margot voice) I’ve been listening to this podcast for a year now and it is my FAVORITE of all the podcasts I listen to…and I listen to a lot! Mama Margot is so down to earth and you can hear it as she relays the stories/cases. Her expertise as a lawyer just makes it 50M times better. She takes care to explain the legalese so that you leave understanding why certain things happen the way they do…although that doesn’t make me feel any better about the demise of the victim. M&M doesn’t leave a stone unturned with the cases she brings…change your name to Thorough Margot! LMBO! Thank you and your team for doing the work for listeners edification! Rosalyn Air Force Vet

littlemaggie827One of the Best!I have loved Margot’s podcast since the first time I heard it. Thanks to Heather Ashley. She’s an amazing story teller and her side comments always crack me up and reflect what I’m thinking too! I had the pleasure of meeting her at crime con in Vegas. She’s so lovely and genuine in person. I was so happy to meet a fellow Latina out there. I even got her to sign my backpack. I should’ve written this review a long time ago but I’m here now and happy I still am ❤️
-

I would like to hear you cover the story of Melvin Walker, the Marine that assassinated the Sheriff of Dekalb County Georgia.

AtticusadorableInformativeI love this podcast as it mixes true crime and military (I’m a proud vet). But what blows me away is the education she gives on domestic violence and ability to show that many don’t make it out or make it out with serious issues. I survived several domestic violence relationships. The one before the last caused PTSD so bad I hate leaving the house and spend a lot of time in depression. I wish I had know more of the signs and how to get out and I wish more people would’ve known and helped. I can say the last domestic violence situation my community supported me in getting out so I believe people are getting informed. With a lot of stories it shows abuse then the person as a strong survivor but not what you go through after to get to or try to become a survivor. She displays much of the darkness that others shy away from. I hope that anyone being abuse can get out and we can know the signs to get someone out. She made me feel heard and she’s probably saving people. Things like what signs to look for and how to get out are important. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. She probably underplays the positive effect she has but realistically she’s like saving lives.
-
lkakFantastic showHer coverage is enhanced by her legal & military background, and makes this a must listen podcast. Phenomenal from content to presentstion.

Iza WatergirlMy new favorite podcastI can’t believe I just found this gem after being a daily true crime podcast listener for years! I do have to say that it hits so close to home being that I’m now a little over 5 years active duty in the Army. I love Margot’s voice and just how she expresses herself, the realness I feel listening to her. Thank you for your service ma’am, and for making my drives to and from work, my runs and my pumping sessions my favorite alone time. I look forward to continuing to watch you make an impact and I can already see the changes that you’ll make in the military culture/community.

Alee1879!Great podcastMama Margot does a great job putting this podcast together. I like to start from the beginning on all of the podcasts I listen too. Music City 911 was where I heard about this podcast and I love it so far.
-
PodsAreFetchHost is insensitive, mocking, & overly-dramaticThe stories are interesting but the host is very insensitive with her ridiculous overly-dramatic voices that can sometimes even seem mocking. None of the popular, professionally produced true crime podcasts have hosts that do this. Additionally, at no time should the host assume a victim said something or imitate (poorly) what they believe the victim or even perpetrator, said. Margo can be a bit misogynistic as well; saying things like, a woman caused a man to commit murder or made him go crazy, puts blame on the woman when it is clear that the murderer (the man) is likely psychopathic and manipulative. She also makes multiple references to a victim being raped but never refers to it as rape, instead just says that she was “forced to have sex.” Many of the bigger words/terminology she says are used incorrectly and she uses “I digress” so often that it seems like she only recently learned the term and wants to show it off. Words are often mispronounced, which makes the production seem lazy and unprofessional. It’s not difficult to research the proper pronunciation of words before recording the show. Our entire office has stopped playing this podcast due to all of these issues.
-
Dee-dee HLove itYou are doing it right! So many coverups & military persons don’t get the coverage they deserve. Serving in the Army for 20 plus has opened my eyes to systemic occurring problems. Thank you for serving and continuing to serve by allowing non military persons to get a glimpse of the reality for many military families. Wow amazing podcast!
-
MaryMA-VAOne of my faves!Margot, you do such a great job bringing us these difficult stories. You deliver the info without any chatter. Your humor, your compassion, your *heart* really come through! Thank you for all you do - for your listeners & our country!

EllenhatesyouArmy brat loves Military Murder!Growing up moving around and being obsessed with crime I was always considered a bit of a weirdo. Fortunately I have found my people! Listening to this podcast is always an adventure. I love the story telling with facts, not too much gore, and the perfect amount of sass. It’s pretty cool, learning all about the murders that happened on the bases I grew up on. Thanks !
-
arwalker6❤️ LOVEI absolutely love this podcast. I love Margot’s voice, her enthusiasm and her reverence to the deceased. My son is a Veteran Marine and it’s even more interesting to me for that reason. Margot always keeps it classy 💕
-
-)BOY(-PleasedThis podcast is awesome love how momma Margot tells these crime stories. And she has a very great voice to tell these crazy stories. Keep up the great work Mrs. Margot.
-
Gossamer_WingsGreat true crime podcast that has a specific focusI just want to say I love the phrase douche canoe which Margot said and I still laugh because it’s the perfect phrase. The story telling is well done with sources clearly stated. Margot offers the right amount of personal information that makes the podcast without making it about her. I appreciate that the childish sound effects were removed.
-
Rick 645446669You definitely rock at telling stories!!!I love the little personality that you put into your podcast and the little zingers!!!😂⚡️👊🏻 💥👍🏻✌🏻&❤️

-
KMarquise2006Love Mama MargotI have been listening to Military Murder for a couple years now and it’s one of my favorites. I would have absolutely given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that it seems we are being forced to pay for a subscription to get most of the episodes now. If this isn’t the case can someone please enlighten me 😊
-
Makaykay__2014Amazing!I found this podcast from Housewives of True Crime and I love it already. Her storytelling is impeccable! and keeps your attention. I can’t wait to listen to more episodes in my rotation!
