    Jeremy has a soothing voice
Jeremy has a soothing voice and he’s easy to follow. I listen from Phoenix, Arizona USA. His advice is right-on-the-money and I implement it daily. I am learning to be more compassionate towards myself. I understand now that guilt and shame are real time-wasters and energy-suckers.

    Assignment turned enjoyment
I started listening to this podcast as an assignment for my speech class. I was originally drawn to it because I, similar to the speaker, had a hard time mentally about a year ago. I am still in recovery, and I figured listening to a podcast about mental health would benefit me while also helping me to get my assignment done. Thank you Jeremy for aiding me when I didn’t even realize I needed the extra help. This podcast has become something that I plan to continue listening to despite the class being over ❤️

    Jeremy’s the Man
I was/am going through a ruff hurdle & a friend recommended this podcast to me; I am hooked. I get my daily walk & advice all in together; to unwind at night I fall asleep listening to Jeremy. Would highly recommend this podcast even if you’re not going through anything; great everyday advice.

Simple & useful mental health tools from a humble guy
This is my new favorite Podcast. I listen while I run or walk and it’s like food for the brain. I like that Jeremy stays true to his format, stays focused and dispels advice that really works. He has gotten me to see that taking care of mental health is just like taking care of physical health, you always need to work on it. I’m so grateful that I found this podcast. Keep it up, Jeremy!

    Practical, impactful tips and stories
Listening to Jeremy is like listening to an old friend. While his voice and tone alone are enough to lower your blood pressure, his content is truly impactful for anyone who is looking to improve their day to day mental health. While it’s great to listen to week by week, I also love to scroll the older episodes and find any word or feeling I’m struggling with that week and listen. In about 20 minutes, I’m guaranteed to feel more at peace. I highly recommend listening!

Practical tips from someone who’s ~been~ through it
Really glad I found this podcast! I love how he breaks down each episode to focus on all aspects of a specific issue. His episodes are not too long, easy to digest. Plus, he has a good sense of humor so his episodes are never dull. Highly recommend to anyone! (Especially now that we’re all going through something during this pandemic)
