I stumbled upon AJ and Connor on YouTube and really enjoyed their video. I since then subscribe to their podcast and bought AJ’s new book. It’s amazing the type of information they share this is an excellent toolbox for investors of any type. I don’t know anything about investing, but they talk about it in terms that even I can understand. Another factor that they got right and a lot of people underestimate, is that they speak clearly, at a good pace and the audio is clear. This is one of the few podcasts that is good whether the hosts are together or individual. Both AJ and Connor bring excellent insight into this niche.

This is the best podcast to learn about self storage! Everyone from the beginner to an expert will learn something! AJ and his team are so giving, thank you for everything you guys do.

What an incredible resource. Each episode is packed with rich insider knowledge in the form of casual, authentic conversations with real world operators. AJ helps break the conversation down so beginners can absorb lessons learned by himself and his guests. What I love just as much is how authentic, positive, and down to earth AJ is. Nothing beats the combination of learning while being inspired. Just pick an episode, perhaps the most recent, and give it a shot.

AJ is very informative. Some of the topics can be confusing at times but AJ is able to leads the conversation in a way that makes it understandable. Love this podcast !

Great podcast with easy to digest information. Episode 220 is my favorite. Down to earth conversation and realistic advice that can benefit anyone!

I’m sure there is great content on this podcast by looking at all the reviews. However, after listening to episode 200 “ Building a Storage Business from Scratch” I was disappointed. The hosts talked about a lot but I didn’t hear much (if anything at all) during the hour and a half episode about building a storage business from scratch. Will keep trying.

Love the show! I get the most out of the episodes with the smaller portfolios- fortunately they have quite a few of those.

I’ve been getting a crash course in storage through the podcast. Even though this is his investment niche and also a means to get investors, it always seems like AJ is honest with the ups and downs and the good and bad of this class.

The team does a great job adding value to the listeners and having good guest app. I wish there were less ads though. Skipping forward has become a common practice.

I am so impressed by AJ and Team. This podcast is all content. AJ is honest to a fault about the good and bad about investing in self storage. We are in this crazy market looking to develop a first self storage development and we scare them on the same time threatened by this high interest rates for debt. Aj was awesome. Had a lot of information got a very useful in today’s market and also learn a lot of new things as well. Start following podcasts just about six months ago.
