ellekaybeaHigh hopes, ads ruined it.I was so excited to start this podcast as I love dual female narrators. However, I wish I was being hyperbolic when I say almost a third of the episode is ads. 5 mins at the beginning, another 5 in the middle, and 4 solid minutes toward the end. 14 mins out of 45 is entirely too much. It ruins the flow and it’s so frustrating.

jtmf0320No Banter 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻I love this podcast! The hosts are great - no banter, and they get right to the story, which is so refreshing! They have great pacing and do a great job of giving pertinent details. Each episode is succinct, without skimping on content. All of these things make it a 5 star podcast that I look forward to!
-
PopTotsandRollDoing great. You ladies are doing great! Enjoyed the show and your compassion for victims.
-
xDearDahliaxUpdateSeems like it’s a lazy podcast lately. Too many interviews.
-
lauragaby125super fan!I love this podcast ! I started listening the first episode and now i can’t stop! :) Natalie and Paige explain everything perfectly! I love listening to this while working ! Keep it going Natalie and Paige <3 :)

CrimecrymyloveCouldn’t love moreThis one’s for any who loves the Deck or crime junkie. I love how far this podcast as come. I love that it mixes interviews in as well!
-
HereForThePod0309Big fanLove these two. Have to say - love true crime but what sets this a part is that it’s really not focused on the gruesome details and the murderers themselves but like some else said, they focus on the victim. No obnoxious banter that you need to fast forward through or that you never know how long it will go. Pure info, pure content and solid. Enjoyable without being downers. Thanks ladies!
-
ThatguynamedjoshMonotone reading from a scriptThe two episodes i tried listening to were super dry and not engaging at all. The content was ok but the delivery needs work.
-
PandafetWay too many adsAwful

MeganEngland8786❤️❤️I have loved this podcast for a long time. I love that you do your research well and you don’t speculate on things without facts. I am happy to have found you. I only listen to a few podcasts religiously and this is one of them. Thank you for being amazing!!

Mariafernandax1A little disappointedI love this show and have been listening to the beginning, I’ve literally streamed every single episode & have introduced a bunch of friends to it. But latley, I’ve felt like I can tell your hearts aren’t in it. The episodes feel rushed & like a chore. I’m a fan & I would support if you guys needed a break to come back as your best self. Still a 4 star because I remember when I first found you guys I couldn’t get enough. Hope the content returns to normal soon.
-
KDK122113Could be betterI like the podcast but the amount of mispronounced words drives me crazy. I sometimes find myself focusing on that rather than the actual story being told.
-
mondathepirateLike having an article read to youI really wanted to like this because the cover art looked cute and they looked like a fun pair… but it’s so boring and they literally just read to you. No commentary, banter, just monotone reading.
-
Alechi11Stop saying quote and unquote so muchIt’s a good podcast but there’s a way to tell the story without saying “quote and unquote” so many times for each episode. It becomes really annoying to hear after awhile.
-
RapMon3Conspiracy TheoristsWhy bother pushing a conspiracy theory linking two cases that have absolutely nothing to do with each other? Josh Powell and his family were clearly the ones who murdered Susan and their children, and there’s no connection to any other cases. Unprofessional, unethical podcasting. Do better
-
Kayjay26843Just okayI’m a huge true crime listener and I found myself getting bored and distracted while listening. Very monotone and read from a script.
-
corianachenellewhat a podcastI started listening (from the beginning) on Spotify so I didn’t see the shows description until now. I NEVER leave reviews, but I had to after noticing something. What sets this podcast apart is the victim focus, my lord. I usually listen on a drive or while I’m cleaning, and by the time I made it through the Kelsey Smith episode it dawned on me that there were little details about the perpetrators in the episodes. The victim truly takes the spotlight, and that is so different than what I’m used to. I had to come and leave this review because I was floored by how considerate they were being to these victims. The show also is a great listen but whew we love a sympathetic, empathetic, conscious podcast with a heart. Great job ladies

Xoxo_bridgie(:I recently found your podcast. Absolutely love this. Looking 👀 forward to each week to listen 🎧.
-
MbrohmsGreat True Crime podcast!I love the way they skip the 15 minutes of talking about nothing that so many crime podcasts insist on doing. They do a great job telling the story in a respectful way.
-
DisconnectedNeptuneInformed PodcastWell informative podcast with honesty and open mindedness.
-
McFilthThe BEST!I cannot wait to download the new episodes, every Thursday. These two are so respectful to the victims and do a wonderful job telling their stories. They are the only true crime podcast that I listen to!
-
Luckyme6212Loving itJust discovered them recently and can’t stop listening!
-
Podjunkie9Subscribe now!Natalie and Paige give a very straightforward, detailed account of crimes and murders. They’re always very professional and get straight to business. I look forward to listening weekly to the podcast and also following along on their social medias as well! Check them out!
-
mrs weedenLove it.Straight to the point. Very informative.
-
Erin BoykinOne of my all time favesFound this podcast because of another true crime podcast I listen to. By far one of the best out there! Love the stories told that most have never heard of, the way they are told is with such compassion. You can clearly tell they do their homework and tell the story from their heart.
-
looKathatGreat PodcastThese girls are great at describing each story with great details and bringing so many murder mysteries to light. Each story paints a perfect picture in my head and I respect the way they speak about the victims and victims families and what they go through. I can’t stop listening. I do just want to add that in the older episodes… Paige did go on tangents way too much and also interrupting Natalie way too much on her stories. I’m not going to change my rating but I listened to the newer ones first and I can see the changes. Glad it was brought to their attention.
-
jxjdjudjjdncGood, but too many tangents.I'm still in the first year or two episodes so I hope things have changed. I like the content, but I don't care for the tangents they run off on. We get it, you can relate in some ways to a victim or to an experience, but please stop taking 5-10 minutes to go over that. We're here for the case, not your personal history. However, if people are interested in that, save it for the very end of the podcast. Also, please stop talking over each other.
-
beanandgigi14Must HearGreat podcast! Well-researched and compassionately delivered.
-
_Karlaa32MehTheir episodes are way too short and have too many ads. They don’t give a lot of details and I often find myself asking several questions at the end of the episode. They also seem very rehearsed. Especially when they ask a question. Almost like they’re just reading a script and very monotone. Some episodes are better than others, but they can definitely improve. They need to ad more of a personality. Also they need a new intro and a new theme song because it’s soooo bad. I always skip it if I’m not in my car.
-
JayandreaaStraight to the pointI love this podcast because these girls don’t beat around the bush they tell the story with all the details respectfully I truly enjoy listening
-
Cva2011I like the stories but delivery could be betterOkay so I made sure to listen to old episodes and new episodes before leaving a review. It feels like your personalities came through a lot more in the older episodes, the newer ones seem robotic and rushed. I just listened to an episode where quote/end quote was said at least 15 times in a span of 9 minutes and it was driving me crazy. There’s no need to say that when you already imply that someone shared this info or said a certain thing. It’s very repetitive and can get annoying. I kinda giggle when you guys seem to prompt what’s coming up next by making questions or comments like “tell me what happened next,” because it seems very rehearsed and scripted. In my opinion, if you could go back to your old ways of being more relaxed and making it more conversational, it would be a lot better. You can definitely see an improvement from older episodes where you would go on tangents and interrupt each other all the time, but it’s like you went from one extent to another and could use a middle ground! Keep up the good work and hope to see a bit more personality in future episodes!
-
Extrahappy12It’s not for me…To be fair, I think Natalie does a great job when it’s her turn. However, Paige’s episodes make it difficult to continue listening to this podcast. She gives way too many examples when she’s trying to make a point. Instead of using one quick example, she will give 3 or 4 and goes off on a tangent. Girl, we get it, you don’t need to say all that, we can use our imagination. I also noticed that she often speculates…she tries to explain why she thinks someone did or said something and once again…goes off on a tangent. I prefer Natalie’s approach because she sticks to the facts and I find it to be more respectful to the victims and their stories. But again, even Natalie’s episodes have Paige speaking and interrupting so overall it’s a no for me.
-
stefp44DecentIt’s a decent podcast if you’re lining it up with what else is out there in the true crime world. Honestly I would give an extra star if 3/4 of the episode didn’t include “quote _______ end quote”. It’s used so much; there are a variety of ways to share that someone said something without repeating yourself 100 times in a single episode.
-
BanyapPretty goodI like it a lot so far. Pretty cut and dry which is a nice change from what I’m used to listening to. No silly frills, just facts and the episodes are brief.
-
MargoW1246Okay-ishBesties please can you say “Now a word FROM our sponsor” instead of “now a word for our sponsor”. Also feel free to relax a bit more and show your personalities! Us as the audience appreciate that. You do a good job with all the research and etc. but sometimes it feels like long pauses, reading from a script, etc. i do listen every week and will continue to do so.
-
JennMelvinPretty goodI like this podcast. I listen to it when I can’t listen to Crime Junkie or Anatomy of Murder. I like Natalie and Paige. The negatives I have, though: The intro song is so annoying and horrid. The episodes tend to be too short, and sooo many ads. It seems like they put an ad in right as something good is about to be said, or if they’re interviewing someone, they cut them off mid-sentence for an ad. I understand y’all need the ads to make money to continue the pod, but it’s excessive most of the time. One more thing, some of the episodes don’t have enough info or it’s left out. Some of these cases have also been done on Crime Junkie, and Ashley and Brit went into way more detail and gave more info. Otherwise, great podcast!
-
mrsphancyIt’s a good podcastI like the structure and delivery and the hosts are fun to listen to. Great respect for the content and the listener. Keep it up.
-
sahndruh88So soI do enjoy listening. But for a short episodes y’all play too many ads.
-
Sully2019!!!!!Love these girls.I found this podcast accidentally and am glad I did. I love the passion they have for the true crime stories they tell. They tell the stories with their personal feelings. This is what I enjoy. If you want to hear two ladies discuss true crime theses are the two for you. Thank you for the time you put into each case you discuss.
-
GattimeowBest!I thought I had found my favorite podcast elsewhere but, wrong. These two are great at the storytelling and why can’t I be their bestie too?! ☺️ some of these cases I have never heard of. Very original and I cannot help but smile every single time after every show when they simultaneously say “bye”. Love you gals!
-
mymammyAwesomenessMy new favorite pod cast love love thank you guys for making my day go so much smoother
-
Apow11Love Natalie, drop PaigeI love listening to Natalie story tell, can. Not. Stand. Paige. She talks too much and it cringe when she’s speaking. Otherwise, I enjoy listening.
-
OthenaccGoodI just started listening to this podcast so I am only a few episodes in. Love the stories but it is extremely annoying when one person keeps interrupting another and shouting into the microphone. I’m hoping this doesn’t continue further into the episodes.
-
ShaeRae417Can be difficult to listen to!For the most part I love the stories, I love the background info that you get from Natalie and Paige however, I find it extremely difficult to listen to at times Paige interrupts Natalie way too often and it is distracting and it takes away from the stories although tangents are understandable on occasion and are easy to go off on, it really is distracting and in all honesty makes me wanna throw my phone. Not trying to be mean but I often find myself saying oh my God shut up and let Natalie finish telling her story! You both have great dynamic but unfortunately the tangents are making it difficult for me to want to continue to listen to the future episodes the more interruptions the more I don’t want to listen to the next episodes. Maybe tell the story and then do a discussion with each other after the story is finished??? Just saying thats my opinion. Hopefully it gets better if I can get through these earlier episodes Good luck to both!
-
KaitlinsellsTalking sounds roboticThe scripts and how they talk drive me nuts. It sounds so robotic and systematic, no inflection and saying everything in the same monotone voice. I could only listen to 5 minutes before having to turn it off.
-
gigi rowThank youYou guys are amazing! My daughter & I love listening to your stories!
-
BabdbdnanMehTried this podcast after finishing every podcast from TCS. This one is hard to listen to, very scripted and sounds like they’re just reading.
-
viixmmxiOk..This podcast is ok.. It’s no longer then 30 mins (which I wish was longer) goes over things that are already known in the media & for it to be such a short episode; they go right into sponsor commercials at 2:30 secs into the episode .. & there are about 5 sponsor commercials in those 30 mins or less ..
-
J ham 1267Stay on TopicIt’s too hard to follow. They go off on weird tangents that have nothing to do with the case.
-
DaizjhaAwesomeKeep up the great work. Love that you guys get straight to the point
